This is a great Starbucks. The building is painted with beautiful colorful flowers. The outdoor drive through area is landscaped with amazing flowers. This location is for quick to go orders and drive through.

Yesterday I ordered a venti latte and money on my Starbucks app as I didn't have enough to pay for the latte. I gave $10 for the $1.48 overage and realized later she never gave me my change. Also, they do not guarantee to have any gluten free coffees or items. I didn't rate the atmosphere as it is just a drive through

This Starbucks in the quickest and best in Norman in my opinion. They also have good service. I have accidentally mobile ordered thinking I was ordering at this location and it was actually main and Flood by mistake, when I got here to pick up my drink, this location went ahead and made it for me quickly once I explained what happened. I appreciated that.

They put zero effort on making your drink, most of the time they don’t make it right. I have had many occasions where they don’t make my drink right and I have called to complain but I don’t see change at all… I could give this location 0 Stars if I could.

Amazing service and fast drinks! It's a fresh new concept, 1st in the country, drive through and mobile pick up only. Extremely clean, brand new, and the Manager Jen is awesome!

I ordered a venti cinnamon dolce latte. I could tell the cup was lighter when it was handed to me and occasionally they don’t fill it all the way. When I got home it was significantly lower than normal and I’m just disappointed when I pay 7$ for a coffee that’s basically half full. I took the picture before ever taking a sip.

I placed a mobile order from my house and drove to Starbucks. I waited in the drive thru line for around 15 minutes and then waited at the window for 5 minutes before someone even asked what the name on the order was. When I got my drink it was primarily just milk. I ordered the iced gingerbread chai tea latte and switched the oat milk for almond milk.

The parking lot is in a difficult spot to get in and out of quickly. Love the art on the side, friendly, but give yourself time to navigate in the traffic.

I like the Starbucks, it serves good coffee. I have no complaints, always get a cappuccino or an iced coffee usually unless something changes. I visit when visiting Norman, good location, good staff, no complaints. Great place, will be back. Would advise to check this one out.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks simce theyve opened! I am so thrilled with the convenience of it being so close to my house and away from the normal congestion of other locations. I always order on the app on my way to work and its ready by the time I get there. The staff, especially Kayla (not sure of spelling) are always so pleasant to see. Starting my day off with such amazing service is a rare find these days and I am very appreciative of their service! Hands-down, my favorite Starbucks location!

Great newish location in Norman! Love the double drive thru. Customer service and drink quality is amazing!! Quite strange to not have a cafe and I wish the internet reached to my car in the parking lot to get work done. If you want to strictly pick up your coffee to go, then this is perfect. If you are looking for a sit down location, try a different one since there isnt a cafe and the wifi doesnt reach your car.

Stopped in today for some warm drinks in this snowy weather. The staff was AMAZING. Hats off to those who put their lives at risk driving to work in bad weather all over the state. Got a cold brew. I took one sip and realized it was full top to bottom with ice. Like they filled the cup full of ice then added coffee. 3/5 because this was frustrating but this is the first time I ve experienced a mishap at this location.

They were having a very busy morning so service was a little slow, but staff repeatedly apologized and worked hard to get caught up. I understand that sometimes things happen and service gets delayed. The staff did an amazing job of communicating with customers.

ngl the facetime thing they got goin on on the drive thru screen is distracting at best, but mostly a little creepy. also why ask for my name at the speaker? i came here for coffee not to make friends, plus i like my anonymity. the point of drive thru is just get the food and go. dont over complicate things trying to connect w me.

Very disappointed! I ordered 2 pumpkin cream cold brews (which cost nearly $12 ). One was handed to me in my car with the foam dripping down the sides of the cup and was never given napkins or anything. That drink had foam all on top or the top and was a mess in my car. Barely any foam in the drink. Both drinks tasted more like a plain cold brew with no flavoring. I ve had this drink multiple times and never had this issue. There s no phone number to contact the store anywhere.
