Clothes are made good, better quality but the prices are too high. Was going to get perfume there. Wound up going somewhere else and saved $40.00 . Perfume was My Way and Black Opium. Dillard's put an extra price on their already added price...

NARA in men's jeans was so helpful. My teen hates trying on clothes and shopping as a rule so Nara helped narrow down what worked and what didn’t and kept Noa trying on clothes until we had several items that looked great. She suggested socks, shirts and additional jean styles. Thank you, NARA, for making this so much easier for us.

Was at the store today around 4:30pm or earlier (not much earlier) & While shopping I felt a snobby vibe from most the employees and that's all well & good, accept for when a woman employed there possibly by the name Amy she had glasses and her brown hair in a bun . She was in the perfume department. I was getting a new small bottle of Clinique perfume called bloom & the young girl who was working the Clinique area was a little invasive and pushed a flyer on me and insisted on helping me find the product I was looking for,so I let her "help" found my perfume of choice & was not told by her that she had commission from selling the product and I still had shopping to do, so I start walking to the womans clothing department. Next thing I know this last was saying ma'am in a rude tone that startled me and this woman is lucky I can control myself because a younger me would have reacted very differently. She completely embarrassed me and she was charging after me so aggressively that has other shoppers looking on as if I was shoplifting the perfume. My husband is tax exempt from the military and I wanted all our items to be on one ticket. The staff should probably not be so rude to customers, it's very tacky and JCPenney offer similar products with less attitude towards the consumer. I will not be returning to this department based on the reaction by that woman . I called the GM and left a message. Hopefully the staff member will have repercussions due to this situation but I seriously doubt that will happen. If it does I'll never know anyway and I'm not very happy about it. Thank you

I also got my perfume from a different store after this event took place I just went to the outlet mall.

It's hard to navigate their website and it just seemed as if any time I liked a particular item. I would come back to it and it would be gone(sold out I guess) so I just wish they had more stock available. But in store shopping is fine usually I get followed around constantly (to make sure I'm not shoplifting I guess) but overall good store if you are rich and look rich it is the store for you then.

It has some pretty decent name brands. Some of it is old styles and the prices are a little too high for some of it being that inflation is the way it is. I pretty decent selection, variety of clothing and you don't have to commute to the city. Not a bad choice just bring them prices down. True Religion isn't popular like that any more.

I have been coming to this Dillards my whole life and have spent countless thousands of dollars here. Three weeks ago I purchased Ugg boots for online pickup and was given dirty, worn, and not even new appearing boots. I was then helped by a man in the shoe dept that was nice and helpful and allowed me to exchange them. While observing the Christmas display I was followed by an employee and watched closely. They aren t even trying to hide it. Just today I helped myself to a fitting room to try on 3 items. I had 4 items total. I quickly tried on 3 of the items to decided how I liked the fit of them. I wanted to make sure as the cost would exceed $200. Apparently I wasn t being fast enough because then the woman in the clothing section that never bothered to help me before started asking me through the fitting room door if I needed help with the sizes. This has never happened in this store before and tipped me off to the fact I was being monitored. You are always able to assist yourself. I felt like I was being closely observed again and being rushed so I quickly threw my clothes back on and then answered my incoming phone call. She immediately greeted me outside of the fitting room asking me about what worked out and what didn t. Again, I ve never had this type of encounter here before. I wanted to put one item back myself and potentially choose another. She stuck her hand out and told me she d take it. Then she rushed to the fitting room I used while I was purchasing my items to inquire about one of the undergarments I tried on. I then realized while I was being rushed I hastily got dressed and mixed up the new undergarment with my own. I left my debit card on the counter to quickly correct the issue in the fitting room. After about 15 seconds security showed up. I apologized profusely for the mishap which would have never happened if it wasn t for the borderline harassment. Nobody can be left to shop in peace and you re bombarded here like you re too stupid to try on clothes yourself or treated like a thief. I will not be back. This is seriously disappointing as I have loved shopping here since I was a teenager. Edit: after thinking more in depth about my experience, I realized that some of the odd behaviors I noticed but don t think much of, did in fact happen. While I was deliberating on the costs of said items, or which items I wanted to buy from this store vs. a different store, I was being watched. I returned to the pair of pants I was contemplating to see the size and realized a man was watching me very intently from behind a clothes rack. At first I assumed he was just a creep watching me, a woman shopping alone. Then I realized after the fact he wasn t even shopping or with anyone. Then I realized while I was just casually shopping and checking out various items, contemplating the prices etc.. a different female employee would leave one register and go to the next register that was closest to me, even when it didn t even appear I was ready to check out, and I was never greeted or addressed about needing help. I m guessing since it was so slow that day I was an easy target for overzealous employees looking to exert some authority over a customer. I have bad social anxiety and everything that happened lead up to the mishap at the end. I m grateful the employee addresses the garment mixup, but if I wasn t already overwhelmed and pressured while in the store, it wouldn t have happened.

This is the only Dillards that gets my business. Ive been to a few locations between Oklahoma and Mississippi and all of the staff is rude to me EXCEPT this store. Everyone here is so welcoming and willing to answer questions, which I truly appreciate. Its the reason I keep coming back.

Love the store, got great help at the fragrance counter (sorry forgot her name...blonde with glasses, middle aged). I would recommend training your sales associates work on not arguing about sales commissions and whos customer belonged to who in front of your customers. Issue was in menswear, specifically Big and Tall. We will be sure NOT to have those individuals help us in the future...maybe we will take our purchases to the fragrance counter!

I was looking for some new makeup and a friend recommended Mac inside Dillards so I went. The pro there not only helped me choose what was best for my skin but she applied everything to my face so I could see it for myself before I made a purchase. Theres no doubt that the make up is more expensive than what I usually buy but its also incredibly lightweight while having great coverage. It was a real help too being able to watch her apply it.

Every time I go back the service gets worse. I pretty much come here just to purchase perfume. I have to flag down someone to help me each time after waking around and looking for a bit. I dont really come here much because if this, but the selection is very nice. I never get any samples anymore, I always spend a lot too. Great perfume selection, great service-- Carol is AWESOME! She was so helpful and friendly that we stayed! Great fashion advice and quickly had an eye for things my wife would like. Bought a coat for my 14 yr old on Christmas Eve. He didn t like it. Went back 2 days after I bought it. No refund, they said it looked like we wore it and that it was dirty. Pretty sure the manager thought I was up to no good. Too bad for them, I make ok money driving a truck and my kids and my mom only like to shop at Dillard, and we will never be going there again. Mgr should be so proud of her customer service skills and saved the store an $80 return.
