Great prices, aisles were easy to maneuver.
I purchased my items in 2 bags...I left 1 bag....about an hour later I called and told them the situation and they had saved it back for me.

Looked online at inventory of a computer desk called was told have 4 in stock they went to verify then said we have it just in chalk color not same color of skew. When went to get it was told we dont have it but Edmond store does. Online said the color we wanted would be available pick up in Norman next day. Was told thats not true only pick up in norman if we would have ordered it online and norman had it in stock. Not good customer service.

I was approved for a $1,500 credit limit. Used literally $62 & never got the first bill in the mail. Called to ask why & found out I was 2 days past the due date! Paid what the agent told me to pay & somehow received a bill for $8 the next month but because it was on the previous billing they said that went UNPAID..they reported me late to the credit bureaus for 30 days late payment! I have ZERO LATE PAYMENTS WHATSOEVER ON MY CREDIT & this took my credit down 31pts bc of $8!! That credit card is shredded & theyll never get my business AGAIN! BEWARE

I went in to buy some furniture. Alex was vey helpful and courteous. He was very nice. I hope they work on commission. He assisted me with my purchase and made my experience wonderful. In addition, the store manager, Charlie, was also a delight. He made the sales transaction very smooth. I have seen other managers seem so miserable with their job. I wish all staff would emulate Big Lots in Norman. Thank you

First of all Ive been buying furniture from the big lots in Norman for 8 years which includes a full bedroom set including the mattress and box springs and three living room sets and and 4 mattresses. I have not complained except for the mattresses which all sag within a year so they did replace them. I just replaced the mattress. Then I went ahead and purchased a new sectional and added a 600 dollar recliner. I picked up the products and when I was unboking the sectional I noticed a rip that appears done by a very sharp blade( I used scissors ) but what really caught my attention was the big gouge in the leather. That is when I stopped and called Charlie who happens to be the manager and was told to bring it back for a replacement. I got the new new one and unpacked it which was perfect except for one cushion. I called the next day to get a replacement and was told to come by and pick up a new one. When I walked in I was verbally attacked by Charlie and accused of intentionally damaging the product. Im return customer with plans to also come back and add one more item for another bedroom but after the way I was talked to and verbally talked to I will never enter this location and maybe not any other store until this piece of work is completely gone and found out. Just because he has a bad attitude that doesnt mean he can take it out against me. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years and he had the nerve to tell me how he has bent over backwards for me which could be true because of the amount of furniture he has had to load in my trailer. Big lots have just lost customer over one persons inflated ego.

This location has terrible customer service. I went in this store last night and waited in the furniture section for 10 minutes and never had any assistance. I actually needed to buy a piece of furniture but I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. As I walked out there were 3 employees standing up front doing absolutely nothing. Not to mention that while I stood in the furniture, one employee walked past me multiple times and didn t even ask if I needed help. It was as if I was invisible.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. My husband and I walked up to the counter where two employees were standing talking to each other. Didnt greet us or say a word to us. My husband asked which register was open and the girl told us the other girl would help us and she walked off and the girl that was supposed to help us walked off to help the other girl without saying a word to us. So we stood there waiting for a minute, and she came back still hadnt said anything to us then started talking on her walkie talkie right in front of us, making us wait longer. Then my husband asked her if we could pay for our stuff, and she rolled her eyes and started to ring up our stuff. Super rude and just uncomfortable to deal with. The store wasnt busy, so being treated like we were stopping her from something important was super frustrating.

Great place to go to get low prices on the items that you need. The staff is not the most friendly or quick, but they get the job done. The store could be cleaner, but it isnt horrible. They usually have a good selection of the things that I need. I dont go in often, but never had a problem when I do. If you need something at a low price would recommend.
