I love the employees. But i hate that dg skeleton crews them. Then the company took the carts away. Im handicapped. I needed a cart yesterday. And i almost left because i nearly dropped what i had. Im in so much pain today cause of it. Its not the employees issue. Theyre just doing what their corporation tells them. The employees made that store so much better. Its cleaner. Organized better than ever. But the no carts was an issue for me. Love to the hard workers that get forgotten. And hate to the corps for what theyre doing to us all. But the manager had what carts were left....and they were filled up with stuff.

Sign says they close at 10 but there’s been quite a few times where they closed 10 min before or 15 min before. That’s not good customer service! Your dots should stay OPEN until 10PM LIKE THE SIGN SAYS!! I shouldn’t have to drive/walk further because you wanna get home early!

They don't have a continual stock of things. Whatever the truck brings in and piles in the center of the aisles till you can't get by then it's up to the one person working there to try to put the stuff up

Stop by the store 10 minutes till when inside. They let me know that I had 8 minutes before clothes. 1 minute later, hes back over there saying ma'am. We're closing now and all I had to do was get some pull-ups from my kid but I had to PUT everything down and leave terrible customer service dollars!!
I guess teller general doesn't want to make money these days. Because I will not be going back.

Stopped in for laundry detergent and was HORRIFIED at the state the store was in. Aisles are blocked all over the store (fire hazard) and nothing is organized. Items have just been thrown on the shelves all over the store regardless of where they are supposed to be. Completely unacceptable and I can’t believe that’s okay with the manager. Staff is nice enough, but I won’t be back.

This place was pretty dirty when I was there. Trash on the floor, disorganized shelves. The worker who checked us out sorta yelled at another worker. Weird place in my opinion.

The store at one time this location was new and was looking amazing,but now it is ALWAYS mess and looking run down. Their is usually only one person there and most always a line. This Manager and her associates need more help at this store, one person cannot do everything!

Hey its DG. Cheap stuff overpriced. Except for penny days. For real look it up. On Tuesdsys they have a list that goes our secretly and the items on that list are 1 cent. Kinda cool supposedly they staff does not know about it. Ya Right! They have been instructed to not talk about it or get fired. But hey I dont work there so yackity yak yak I go!!!

It was ok I guess. Ive come to expect an unorganized cluttered store when I go there. The corporation that runs theses stores need to wake up and accept that thete is only a certain amount of merchandise that one can place in an area. Im not faulting in store staff for the appearance of the store BUT management needs to get a voice and be heard. This is my opinion based on shopping at Dollar General.

The old lady that works there is really rude and she kept telling me if I dont hurry up then I will end up getting fired and when I first started she didnt even help me with the register she left me up there by my self and alot of people were up there one day and she said shes not suppose to be on a register and she said I need to do it on my own
