Wife and I were looking for a specific item found in a Dollar Tree by us on Air Depot. Love the place. But we were in Norman and went tobthe one off Lindsay Ave. The worker m6bwife talked to was wearing a camo bandana and a full fledged hunting knife in sheth hanging like a bandilier. His belt worn like a bandalier with the approx 12 inch hunting knife hanging to his right side. Why are you allowing employees to carry hunting knives? I believe it to be alarming to women. My wife was shocked and this is why I am posting this. Your employees should not be armed. Thank you.

The Dollar Tree was very good. It wasn't that clean and the workers were not that friendly. But we were able to find everything that we needed very quickly and it was reasonable reasonably prized. The only thing I didn't like was there was a lot of new product that had just received In the store and there were boxes blocking the walkways and the products are on the. There seemed to be someone working, but there was only one person working on the shipment and there was a lot of shipment on the floor. I usually recommend this place and I do kinda. But when there's a shipment that is came to the store is really not a good time to go and visit this place. Had to walk around and go way around other aisles. Just to get to annihile that I needed. And the register experience was very poor. Customer service and friendliness does not happen here very often.

I never expected such friendly service from Dollar Tree. It was just one person but this lady clearly made it her goal to brighten everyone’s day at the register. I didn’t expect to walk out the door with a smile on my face but it happened and I watched it happen to everyone in front of me in line too.

Also, they do a great job of putting out seasonal decorations.

I love Dollar Tree! I can go into the store needing one or two items, and walk out with forty things. I find name brand makeup and makeup accessories everytime I go in here. I get all my Christmas and party supplies here.

This location has an extensive craft section of the Dollar Tree locations that I've been to. The employees are professional and clear cashier lines when they back up. The check-out experience was quick and the cashier was friendly and professional. During my visit to this location, there were cases of products the employees were trying to stock at 1:00 PM on a Saturday. It made navigating the store not easy with a shopping cart. Overall, this is a fair location when compared to other locations in this region.

Had a great experience there today. The lady there is so sweet. We had a nice conversation, and she was very helpful. I got caught up talking and forgot to separate my order. She offered to fix it, but I knew it would be a lot of work, so let it go. These people are working very hard in this economy and taking a lot of guff from people that do not normally shop there and think they can treat employees any old way. I applaud her for her professionalism and being in a great mood despite how hard and difficult her job must be. Thank you for being kind to me. I shopped in several stores in that area today and this was by far the best experience that I had!

They do not answer the phone. We have tried to call day after day to see if an order came in and you can let it ring for 30 minutes. They dont answer except to pick it up and hang it back up. So incredibly rude. There are also several employees who do not shower. And if you do a ship to store order, you will get an email that your order has arrived and you will get a deadline to pick it up by. But when you go in, the order is not there. The way this site checks their trucks in tricks the system into thinking it is there. So then your deadline expires but you dont get your stuff and it just gets refunded after you have waited for it for weeks and gone in more than once to pick it up and tried calling to no avail. This is no way to do business and its not fair to put the employees in that situation either.

Terrible Customer service! Cashier does not greet you, the customer. Talks to coworkers instead. No, thank you to customer. It was not even busy, no long lines. There are other dollar trees. Next time will go to another one I guess. I work in customer service for years. If i treated paying customers like that I would not have a job long.

This is the best Dollar of in my area, Basic products are woefully understocked.... as all stores are since covid... But my dogs stole and hid my hairbrush and even though its a $1.25 brush, I love it for my long tangly hair. I have a few others way more expensive but I really like this particular brush. There a several items I buy consistently at Dollar Tree even though Walmart has same-ish thing - cleaners, candy, my bestest coffee mug, craft stuff, and puppy chew toys. The monsters will destroy a toy in minutes so its a one-off anyway. At least I dont lose much and I can see what type of toy they prefer . Also great way to test kitchen gadgets I can try one on the cheap (do I really need an avocado knife?) As it turns out, No. Not for avocado anyways, but love the gizmo for other uses.

The shelves were looking almost as bare as the other dollar type store down the road. But the help was ok from one male employee. Other than that I keep my marks at a 3 mostly due to the attitudes of the majority of the employees.

Older man who works there only ever wears his mask under his chin, not covering his mouth. Sets a bad example for other employees and the community. Some employees mask properly, some dont. Not a safe place to shop if youre serious about health and safety. I have complained to the company before, with no response and still no improvement after weeks, apparently. Shame on Dollar Tree and shame on this stores management.

The old guy was very rude told us they were closed 5 minutes before they were. Told us to hurry up and then would not check any one out at the register the help the cashier out. They deserve negative 5 stars, he also was not wearing a mask and the assistant manager was wearing hers on her chin

Dollar Tree is my go-to store after Aldi for groceries. Being a long-time vegan I find many options to stock my pantry and my spices. Ive found some really nice vegan health and beauty products as well. I could go on and on about all the treasures but just make one search on YouTube and hundreds of DIYs and haul videos will appear. For those of us who are frugal out of necessity or habit DT can be essential.

I will say that they have a lot of stuff here and it is clean but a guy who I assume is the manager (with glasses) is always very rude to his employees. Tonight there was only one cashier, and another employee just walking around,with 7 or 8 people in line who looked like she was having trouble breathing. Some people in front of me asked if she was okay and she said she was fine but it didn t seem so.

Dollar Tree always have stuff you may need that you do not think they have. I found a package of two sponges that are made in Waldlake Michigan. The price is one dollar. The sponges are great. Our great grandson loves the Paw Patrol show on nick. They have the inflatable balloon for a dollar. Our great grandson has a big smile when he sees the balloon.

Ill just keep going to one on Alameda. The cashier at this particular location chose to ignore me, and did not even speak a single word to me after I left my items on the counter and walked out. I was going to give them a higher review than this its because their store is really nice and neat and tidy. However that is not an excuse for poor customer service or Worse, lack of customer service.
