Great selection of office products and a more than helpful staff. I generally do curbside pickup on my lunch hour for our shop office needs and I have never had an issue with anything. The staff seems to fill the order almost immediately after I place it. I never have to wait and I am always greeted with a smile when I stop in.

The printing service is extremely inconsistent. Your managers really need to train every employee in what services you offer and what paper you offer consistently. It s very hit and miss with this department for some reason. I m a professional artist and when I m trying to meet a deadline I typically, nervously, choose Office Depot. I had a 24x36 piece printed on matte finish photo paper a couple months prior, the lady was amazing and understanding and worked with me. I ve gotten a different girl with a lip ring, twice now, and both times I walked out extremely disappointed. The first time I had a painting I was giving as a gift, and needed to print it to the correct frame size. She told me they don t have photo paper and then proceeded to direct me to the self service printer for smaller projects like office printing. She gave me pretty much an 11 x 17 paper that felt like printer paper and sent me on my way. So I had to pay for something I didn t want and wasted my time printing on my own. This time, I came in saying I needed an 11 x 13 piece printed on the matte paper (assuming since the girl from a couple of months did it with no issue that it would be fine) she then proceeds to print it again on 11 x17 printer paper and says that s matte card stock. I said no, the previous girl who helped me used a paper that was for photos that was actually, fully, non reflective matte. She said we don t have photo paper .What? So she handed me the print and of course it was awful, cause it was just laser printed on printing paper. So she just said anything else? And I said um no I guess this is it. And as I proceeded to get my wallet out she said you re good , probably because it very ovisouly wasn t what I needed. Will be using Quik Print from here on out. Just sucks I have to drive to another town because of the lack of inventory knowledge.

Order a couple of banners for my business. Brought in last order and asked for the exact same size and quality. They upcharged me for a larger banner and then had to cut my banner down to the cheaper smaller size but still charged the higher rate. Would not recommend unless you want subpar quality and to be severely overcharged.

Major NPC energy here. This place is stocked by a crew of zombies collecting paychecks and going through the motions. Had a variety of bad experiences here, and dont even try the print shop they are literally borderline illiterate and have minimal training on any form of equipment. Such a poor example of a store.

I have used this location several times for their copying and print services. We homeschool and I create customized notebooks and planners for my kids every year. Ive never had an issue. I just submitted an order, after spending all day on this project. Whoever was working the print and copy center on 7/5/22 at 5:30 pm called to tell me she was going to cancel my order because it didnt make sense. I tried to explain why I had the settings like they were. Every time I started to tell her something, she interrupted and kept talking over me. She said she prints things for Classical Conversations all the time and my directions werent right. This is a custom book I created, its not curriculum. I dont think she was familiar with the customer facing specifications. If I would have done the directions she told me to do, the layout would be wrong and the cost would be double. But she wouldnt let me get a word in. Then when I told her she was talking over me, she hung up on me. I was not rude, I was not mad. I tried to explain but she wouldnt let me. It came across like she was lazy and didnt want to do her job so she would just rather have canceled my order. After she hung up, I got an email that my order was canceled. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive never been treated that way on the phone by someone I WAS PAYING TO DO A SERVICE.

I went to the store and asked a question that if they had any chairs under a certain amount. The lady at the counter near 7:15pm said everything we have is in the back . Great. Next time attempt to look and don t make lazy answers. Answer the question properly. You want a customer to see the options not be told to go look for yourself after I just did, maybe I missed something. Ridiculous and lazy.

I went to Office Depot with a very particular office chair in mind. After talking with Miles and him showing me why the chair may not be good for my back, and maybe even bad because of the chair rating (which I did not know what a thing) we looked at other options. He took the time to show me several chairs and explain the benefits as well as what chair rating I needed and I found a chair that s more comfortable, even without the fancy padding. Miles was amazing, he helped me load it in my very messy car. Thank you so much for your patience.

Purchased printing work online. The Norman Store called and stated they could not accept the print job, and that is perfectly ok and understandable. What is not is how I was charged for the work 45 minn after they canceled the order and keep saying sorry it s up to your bank. I was then give an 800 number to call and stay on hold. Ivy the manager could care less and just wants to place blame on everyone accept her and her employee that called and canceled the order. It appears that there is some underlying thefts going on.

Upon leaving a survey about my recent experience getting copies for my daughters baby shower, I received a call from Jesse (I hope the spelling is correct) from Office Depot asking how they could accommodate a request. I have never had a company reach out in this manner and attempt to change something in their store to allow the customer a more comfortable and better experience. This is what old fashioned customer service is all about. I have been a loyal Office Depot customer since the company opened in 1986. Their service is outstanding. If you haven t used their service or checked out their products, stop buy, especially the Norman, Oklahoma store. You will be glad you did! Thank you Jesse for reaching out!

They have a wide selection of all kinds of office supplies. However I dont trust them to work on my computer. I called to check stock on an item and when they told me it was in stock I drove 20 miles to purchase the item and found it was not in stock.

Came in to look at a new tablet to use for work and had some questions. One of their associates was walking to the back of the store obviously on his lunch. He took a moment to ask if there was anything he could help me with, and took the time to answer my questions and helped me make a very informed purchase. He even made sure everything was handled correct tly at the register. I very much appreciated him taking his lunch break to help me out. Will definitely be going back.

I went in with the exact SKU of a desk I had found on Office Depots own website. The staff pulled the wrong item and became confused when the price in the system wasnt the expected one. After waiting for a security override to reset the price, the mistake was discovered, and I had to wait again while the correct item was retrieved. The whole experience took about half an hour, which is a bit ridiculous considering that I showed the staff the item listing several times. Also, it seems that corporate is really pushing hard for employees to sell protection plans. I had to say no three times and listen to a long spiel before they would let it go. This isnt the employees fault, and it seems to be a problem at every Office Depot location.

Sometimes they have exactly what I want, and others they dont. Service is scarce, so you have to roam around looking for a sales person. Now that they own Office Max, there are no other choices in my town, so they have a monopoly on mediocrity.

Great place for your office needs and special printing needs! I had to get help from the customer service desk the other day to get special size paper for an airplane checklist book. The lady was so helpful she was able to tell me which paper would work best, how to print it to prevent bleeding of the ink to the plastic covers, and custom cut my paper for $0.75! You cant beat that service. I have come there often with off the wall needs or questions and generally have gotten the help that I need. The business cards are great as well. Some of their office supplies are cheaper than a lot of other places. So give them a try!

Being that this is really the only office supply store in Norman you dont get an option to go anywhere else (I suppose Best Buy but they arent really office supply). This Office Depot has always been full of friendly staff and clean. It has the trademarked smell of every Office Depot ever. And unlike most office depots they have managed to find all the light switches and the store is fully illuminated. Minus one star for poor selection of laptops. Four out of five.

Just spent an hour in this store with four kids & four school Supply list. At 9pm I was approached by a worker telling me they were closing out their register and asking if I still wanted my items. Yes, however I still have a few things to get. He repeats they close at 9, it was 9:03. I left my cart as Im not planning to make another trip and was very put out they could not wait 10 minutes for me to grab my last few items. I went to the front....now 9:05 and was already locked in. The same associate ask, did you not find what you needed? Really??? Ill spend a little extra and continue my school supply shopping at Copelands in Norman.

I have been to several other Office Depots throughout the OKC area and this group will help you when needed but also let you browse the store with zero hassle.
