I ordered a 16-piece honey bbq boneless wings for us. It arrived fresh, moist, none dried out and hot but the sauce is a little rich so just be ready. But it was prepared and ready curbside within 15 min. The only downside is how really rich it was. It was a little over $22.

Well they are back at it in a good way!! Well for thin pizza anyway and bread Sticks. Since last update. We really try to give this place lots of chances. We love pizza hut. Grew up on it. Love that you can still come in and sit down. I hope the keep to the motto. No one out pizzas the hut! So many pizza choices.

Decided it was time for an update. This visit was an ok one. We ordered the Detroit Pizza. Which we found was weird. It was like an order of cheese bread cut in big pieces. With the cold marinara on the side. Not pizza sauce. Guess we just have to stick to thin crust pizza. The bread stick were great.

This is the worst…. They hang up on you when asking about your order they cuss you out over the phone and the delivery guy just drives to house and leaves with out getting you your pizza… all I did was call back and ask them if I was supposed to go out to them to collect my pizza and drop off tip… they freaked out on me. Pizza Hut is a waste of time and money stray away!! We now choose to never visit this place. Hope it gets shut down soon.

The night manager is extremely rude and would not look for my son s jacket that was left there when I called. I told her where I was told it was and she simply said idk where so and so put it. And when I told her it seemed like she didn t really want to even try to look for it she got upset and hung up on me. Manager said her name was Wednesday, sure lives up to it with personality.

After working hard all day, I just wanted a simple pizza. Nothing difficult, nothing complicated. After ordering via the pizzhut app, I had to go to this store twice, get yelled at and argued with not just one employee but three, and told to take my incorrectly prepared pizza. Needless to say, I did not accept the pizza. Really aweful and negative experience being allowed by management. Employees should never yell at customers in front of other customers. We could hear employees talking smack all the way from the kitchen. Manager apologized and said that she was gping to fire the employee who continued to argue and yell even after he was told to leave the area. This situation was highly unprofessional and uncalled for. I will make a formal complaint to the better business bureau tomorrow.

They treated me like a guest in a home, the service a d Food was spot on. Dietary restrictions: One of us is allergic to mushrooms, so we got the chesse bread for her. However anytime she wants a pizza they make sure it does not have any. I ordered my pizza at 4:40pm with a 5:15pm scheduled delivery time. It is now 6:15pm and my food still hasn t arrived. This was after I called the store at 5:40pm to check on my order and they said the driver left 20 minutes prior and should arrive any minute. I order from this location all the time and lately, the deliveries have been late or they have been forgetting parts of my order. Update: food arrived at 6:25pm.

This used to be my favorite pizza place until it was turned over to untrained, rude follow the fat leader monkey s! They charged us 20.00 for delivery, because the would not correct the medium cheese pizza they sent t when we ordered a lg pepperoni half with black olives! They kept insisting it was Door Dashes fault and refused to correct the order or refund us, and kept, very maturely, I might add, picking up the phone and saying Door Dash then hanging up! We called corporate. Customer service there gave us a coupon for 2 lg free pizza s, but kept what we had already paid, and we had to pay yet another delivery fee, so essentially a free 1/2 of a large pizza. Nevertheless, we ordered, and ; hours later, exhausted, got the kids in bed and went to bed. Only to wake up to look at our statement and see they had charged us 20.00 for a delivery fee!! I landed! I will have Princess Pizza Huts job! She will know her real title of Borderline B - , and I will be refunded my entire lost cost, and I am spreading the word. BEWARE! SCANDALOUS AS CAN BE!

My husband & I decided to have a late late lunch. We both agreed Pizza Hut was it. Pizza was Supreme thin crust & cheese breadsticks. Mmmm Mmmm Delicious. But the young man that waited on us name Terrell was Amazing!! We will be going back. Parking: Plenty of parking for several vehicles. Kid-friendliness: There was 2 children came in with mom for a pick up order. I was not facing them but I could hear one of the young men visiting with the kids. It was great to listen to children s laughter! Wheelchair accessibility: There were several ramps outside. More than enough room in the bathrooms. They have everything covered

I order pizza, 45 minute wait, fine, but doesn t come by the time it s supposed to, I give it a few more minutes and try to call and just get a recording saying they are closed, their customer service is no help and just tells me they ll try to call the restaurant and have them call me, yeah waited another 10 minutes, no call, called customer service again and they just said we ll give you a refund in 3-5 business days, taking a gamble trying to order pizza these days I guess. Mistakes are whatever but now it s too late for me to order anything else and I guess I m going to bed hungry Edit: the charge went through on my account. Have some area coach specialist helping who is too incompetent to find the order, someone from store finally called and said they would stop the charge, but it went from pending to posted on my account. I haven t had Pizza Hut in several years, but decided to order it for delivery tonight, and am very glad I did! We ordered a pan crust cheese and hand tossed crust pepperoni from the 12th ave location. The pizzas arrived swiftly, about 35 minutes after I placed the order. Both pizzas were piping hot! The pan crust had that perfect texture and flavor that used to motivate me to read books in second grade for the chance to get a free mini pan pizza! The sauce to cheese ratio was in total harmony. The pepperoni pizza crust had the right amount of crunch and chew, the cheese was melty, and the pepperonis were plentiful. Everyone in my family loved the pizza and we will definitely be ordering more often!

I had ordered delivery tonight. They had used a delivery service that they had partnered with. The drive was not coming. So I called the store and let them know the situation. They offer to remake my order and personally send one of their employees to come in deliver my order. It was a very pleasant experience and they righted it a wrong that was out of their control. Really disappointed. Their new melt was filled with very few toppings & even less cheese (see pictures of the meat lovers melt). My husbands pizza was good but he asked for it to be cooked well done & cut in squares. They didnt do either one, but once he put it in the oven for a bit it was good. We dont order from Pizza Hut very often, since we dont live in their delivery area. Usually, we are always happy with our order. This time, however, it was just disappointing.

I ordered a pepperoni detroit style pizza, which i have ordered in the past. This time it was terrible!! It had incinerated pepperonis and lots of sauce, but Im pretty sure they forgot the cheese! Staff was very nice . Respectful tords me . The lady working front on 8/13/22 around 5pm and 7pm was very awesome. I just got out of ccdc and need to charging my phone to find a ride . Told her that I wouldnt bother any customers. She allowed me to go do what I needed . That is a true and good employee. Respect ur customer no matter how they look . Rich or poor . Ordered delivery thru the app. Paid for delivery with tip. App notified me that the order was delivered. No food. Called the store, couldnt find the order. No apology, no refund, no discount, just a promise that they will try to deliver it again. What a joke. Update: food arrived 2 hours after it was ordered. The original order, not a fresh one. Food was barely warm. Driver told me I couldnt have it unless I paid him cash. For the order I already paid for. I had to call the store again personally so the driver would give me my order since he refused. I will never order from here again.

Sloppy presentation, items like onions and burnt things all over the inside of box(my pizza didnt have onions on it but onions in the box). Stoner level service. Had to call for my curbside despite being 12 minutes early and marking myself arrived in app. The conversation that took place would be embarrassing to whomever manages this place. We quit going to Pizza Hut years ago and they reminded me why...I thought for sure they had changed to keep up with the competition. It was worse than 5.00 pizza. When everywhere else has natural fresh ingredients its tough to go back to frozen processed food. No flavor super weird tasting and texture.
