Store closed early because employees wanted to go home - this was over family weekend! Store sign read 3pm but the doors were locked at 2:40. A bunch of us ended up knocking on the door till they finally let us in to grab what we needed, took 10 minutes. Terrible, especially since we drove from out of town.

Our experience has been: One of the mugs arrived broken and that's the second time. The first one was a gift from someone else sent to us. The packaging is very minimal and the bubble wrap is not sufficient to survive shipping. It's a trend and risky to order from this shop.

I visited Oklahoma for a week and wanted some souvenirs. I found this main campus sooner shop. I was disgusted to find they only offer mainly clothing, none of the cool collectibles or knock knacks I wanted. Walmart had a better selection. I'm from Oregon, and when I go into a Oregon duck or beaver store they sell everything...Oklahoma could learn from Phil Knight. This store is very disappointing

Terrible! Ordered an item on 8/15. Supposed to receive on 8/17. Complained. Sent again. Still not received. They seem to ship it & have no idea where/what happens after that. You need to stop contracting with On Track. Ridiculous!!

We purchased a set of ball makers and several other items at the spring game. The clerk failed to place the ball makers set in the bag with our other purchases. I called on Monday to let them know and was told by Ms Barnett that she would send them out. I called back on Thursday to check the status and was told she was too busy to do it and would TRY next week. Not good business practice for a purchase that was already paid for and it was the store’s failure to include the item on day of purchase. Tells me they don’t care about OU fan support of their shop. SAD to hear as season ticket holders, their own at stadium shop is too BUSY to help us.

Great store, clean, well organized, great location, friendly staff. But very 💸 . I get we're supporting the OU but let's do that through ticket sales,etc. not t-shirts.

The WORST manager I have ever encountered, very unprofessional. Definitely not worth your time and everything is overpriced, especially when there s other stores on campus that sell the same stuff for less!!!

On my daughters graduation day, with the whole family in town we were looking for swag to celebrate the event. They stood firm on their late opening time and early closing time. 20 family members in town and not a dime was spent that day. Sad, realy sad.

My order was cancelled without notice. I spent over an hour calling and no none answered. The web chat service was useless. It was such a disappointing experience and Ive yet to receive my refund. I finally got through to someone. My conversation confirmed customer is dead.

I wish this had a bigger presence on Google Maps because it is THE best place to find Sooner gear. Its like Balfours, only much, much bigger. It offers everything from hats, shirts and decals to furniture, shoes and outer wear. This is where the old book store used to be (prior to moving to Campus Corner), and its two floors of nothing but Sooner merchandise.
