I thought it was funny the self check out had a line but not the paid cashier which I prefer anyway (someone is getting paid to do it). In & out, my pic is of spouse request "get me some quick & easy breakfast item" he was happy. Great price when compared to go through drive through >50% cheaper.

Edit 11/15/22: Some pretty good Christmas deals, but surely going fast!! Photos added below. 😃 Previous post: I usually get to Sam's during the week around mid-day when I have other business in OKC. This store seems to be fairly well-organized and I usually don't have to wait. Many of the prices have doubled and tripled on certain products while others seem to be about where they were a couple of years ago. The only negative thing I noticed was a lack of friendliness and warmth on the part of the staff, and it was across the board. I don't understand what changed for the people working here, but it's impossible to ignore. These folks were nicer during the height of the recent pandemic. Now it's like they don't care about their members anymore. Oh well, try to be patient with them as they work out whatever their problems are. We can still choose to value and care about each other...we're all in this together. ❤️

I called into customer service. I needed to make an appt. They told me that from 2-4 I can do a walk in as first come first serve. Apparently they don't check to see when lunches are done for any location. So I adjusted my lunch to fall around then. I get there and they were about to take lunches and said it could possibly be an hour wait. I was about to leave but Forest went ahead and took care of me and made sure I got my tire with nail in it to be taken care of and also set me an appt for next day for rotation as well. Lost it’s way. Beware of online false bait and switch advertising! Manager agreed that their online ad was misleading but would not honor it because online is “a totally different operation”

On a comparison to other sam’s clubs I have visited this particular club Falls in the middle of the pack. The stackers are courteous but the member service is always extremely slow. This will probably change when costco enters the local market. The best time to go is afternoon on week days. But, who has time to go then? Lol

We placed an online order for pickup. I was quickly acknowledged, and the Sams Club associate brought our order out on a flat cart. I remained in the drivers seat, as usual, while our order was promptly loaded into the back of our SUV. When I drove back home, Newcastle, OK, I realized we were missing about half of our online grocery order. My wife usually picks up our order and has never had this issue. She thought I was joking at first. She called Sams Club & confirmed all our cold/frozen items were still in there. I would recommend that Sams Club use a verification method of some type to ensure all items that have been ordered & paid for are given to the customer. They only ask the name on the order & then load. I have never been given anything to confirm that the order is picked up or verify that I have received my paid order in full. The employee simply loads the vehicle, closes the rear hatch on my SUV, and walks away. We live in Newcastle & we were unable to drive all the way back to Norman, again, to pick up our remaining items. Those groceries were needed, but due to Sams Clubs failure to completely fulfill the order, we had to refund the groceries we thought we would have for the next two weeks.

I needed a cake last minute on Saturday. I had called the day before asking if they would have birthday cakes out, they said yes. I got to Sam s; I talked to Delta that worked at the bakery and a she informed me that someone misinformed me and showed me the cakes they had out. I didn t like the options they had out so I was on my way out when Delta stopped me and told me that she informed the decorator Zoey. Zoey said they had a couple options and they could help me out because they felt bad that someone misinformed me. I got my friend s cake and it was exactly what I wanted! I m so grateful that Delta and Zoey helped me out!

I love the pricing at Sams and the variety of things they carry. I went in to get my flat fixed. Thankfully I had my tires installed here and ended up with a new tire and only paid for a new install. The service was slow and the people dont seem to know what they are doing in the auto area but Im glad they took care of my car.

Ive been to this store multiple times and it never fails that when I go to the customer service desk there are two clerks helping one person. One guy gave up and left the line. I said something to my husband because its so common there. They must have heard me because they split up and were able to help. Also, this photo. The tables in the snack bar were so gross, but even though there werent any customers in line, the workers were standing there chatting it up. I dont care if people want to have a good time. I just dont want to eat where theres hair on the tables. Every empty table was dirty. Clean first, then chat.

We do mobile pickup all the time because of how cheap and easy it is. The food is very reasonably priced, and the employees are super nice. Today when I went we had a ton of stuff and not a lot of room, and some how the employee made it work.

It might just be me but when the cashier rings you up and tells you the total, that should not be the last that they speak to you. No thank you, no have a good day, no nothing. Just handed me my change with receipt (also change ended up on floor), while still talking to another employee and walking off. Thank goodness I didnt need anything. We spent $1200 on purchasing a couch through you guys.Everyone was very helpful and nice. We brought my car to hopefully unbox the couch and take it home piece by piece. I was not aware that the couch wouldn t fit. We told them we d go get a U-Haul and come back and they stated that it was okay. We come back and the gentleman named Rodney thought it would be appropriate to bring workers outside and make fun of us thinking we could fit the couch in the car. Multiple times he repeated look at what these guys thought they could put a couch in and would literally laugh in our face. DID THIS 4 TIMES.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is super nice and helpful and their offered services are fair priced and efficient. The store itself is always stocked and incredibly clean. The clearance deals you can find scattered around the store are better than anywhere else I regularly shop.

Everytime I go in Im reminded why I hardly go there. Only one person at a register and 6 were standing around to assist the customer check themselves out. One elderly lady was having problems and nobody helped her. Then the one women checking your receipt at the front takes so long she always has a big line of people, she scans a couple of other peoples items but she scans every single one of mine.

Its well kept and clean. My only problem was witht the checkout. It wouldnt work properly and I pressed the button for help but no one came. For about 10 minutes nothing.
