He took the time to help him place his order on the kiosk and explain the process to him , and then went to grab another employee to finish out his order at the register as he was paying cash. All while he was holding his own food in his hand with his jacket on; presumably waiting to leave or finish out his break. SUCH A SWEET GUY Wish I could’ve got his name.

For the first time in 3 years everything was correct, fresh AF and the ingredients were actually spread nicely and evenly... noticeable difference. Make this person your new official trainer/manager/regional. Lol no really, best TB we've had in a long time.

The place has no atmosphere.

Food was wrong for the second time.
You can’t order with the cashier you have to use the kiosk and this group or 6 older ladies where struggling to use it. What’s the point of a cashier if they don’t cashier. The older generation get embarrassed trying to do it and give up ie my grandma! The stuff was very rude to when I said my order way wrong. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore the less they can do is prepare it properly and not making it look like a mess when you open it.

On a Highway 101 magical mystery tour, I finally tried the North Bend 'Taco Bell'. This store seemed to really have it together. First off, they are located in a convenient location, unlike the Coos Bay fender bender concrete peninsula location. The NB store had friendly people that accepted my hard earned cash, instead of making me swipe plastic at a kiosk. Should I ever become Amish, I will take my horse drawn buggy through your drive through. Ultimately this store carries the cherished and cult followed 'Chili Cheese Burrito' and even makes it to perfection. Yes!!! Thank you NB Taco Bell for offering the 1990's 'Chilito' to us!!! The employees at this store were very personable and enjoyable to interact with. This is the best Taco Bell on my roadtrip, thank you again.

i’m an arby’s manager and revived a $2 tip today and instead splitting 50¢ to my workers i thought i would jus pass the tip forward. the girl at the window, who was no older the i am, said “mm thanks” and ruined my mood instantly. i understand fast food and the frustration of customers but she deserves all the bad customers if she can’t even seem appreciate of a tip at a fast food place where it doesn’t happen often. my generation has no back bone when it comes to working and i’m sick of it, go work in the kitchen if you can’t serve a smile.

I love Taco Bell food but more and more it's becoming so expensive that I usually just stay home. the employees are nice enough, but the food isn't worth what they charge for it. the environment isn't great either. they seem to keep taking things off the menu that are clearly bestsellers because two people complained about the same item I complained about. every time I go in there the menu is smaller and smaller and the prices are higher.

I use to love Taco Bell. Yeaterday, I had to wait in the drive up window for 5 minutes and not told why. I paid $10 for barely any food! What gives? Where's the beef? Fast food is expensive for next to nothing to eat. $10 and I was still hungry! No more fast food for me anymore. Heck, I'll live longer if I don't! Thank you Taco Bell for showing me the light.

The gentleman working the drive-thru, has orange short hair and glasses.

And absolutely zero customer service, didn't communicate with me at all when I was in the window, and sounded very annoyed when I pulled through the drive thru. They should have someone who actually cares about their job in the window

These guys can’t even get a simple order of less than 6 items right. Ask for no lettuce, get no tomato, or sour cream. Ask for no sour cream and you get extra sour cream apparently. I’d give credit and say it was just a mistake but it literally happens every time unless you talk to them like they’re 2.

Specifically asked for NO DAIRY. No cheese, no ranch sauce etc. on my cheesy Gordita and made it Fresca style (meaning no dairy) and of course they put cheese on it anyways. Also not to mention their poor attitudes when ordering. Won’t come back.

UPDATED! They took away the crispy chicken tacos, we only had them made good one time unfortunately, the second time was so pitiful. It's really hit and miss here apparently.

I always get great service here and they actually do a good job on our orders. The employees are super nice and get orders out quickly. The New crispy chicken soft tacos are the bomb!

I arrived at 8:45pm on Friday 6/17/22. I was staying at the Quality in across the same parking lot. Their doors were locked so I called and was told they had closed the lobby early and they didn't "recommend" using the drive thru, on foot. Then the manager hung up on me. I waited in line and a server greeted me over the intercom but refused to take my order. Manager came on the line and reinforced that they would not serve me. They would not even meet me at the door. This is disgusting. I can understand being professionally obligated to uphold a rule, but they treated me with blatant disrespect and I hope at least one customer will read this and choose not to dine here. That said ... Sr&w you, TB. I ordered from Door Dash, and I tipped BIG.

They have a big sign that always says breakfast till 11:00 a.m., but several time I have stopped there well before 11 and they say they aren't serving breakfast. Either do it right or don't do it at all, but don't advertise and then not do it. Figures based on how they short you lunch and dinner items as well.

Well for being a tourist town let's hope you don't break down cause of you do and it's at night and you can't make it to the parts store till morning. Like this business did to a couple you will have the cops called on u your vehicle towed and you will be banned from the company for life.
