Seems like Oregon people are afraid of spice and flavor. $15 for a (big) steak burrito was too expensive. It literally was just a regular steak burrito with very little flavor. For that price you should get a large smothered burrito with rice and beans sides topped with cheese and sour cream. Mexican food should be spicy and savory. Sorry I just can’t recommend.

Honestly this used to be my absolute favorite place to eat authentic Mexican food, but since they moved their quality seems to have gone down hill while their prices have skyrocketed. The burritos used to be gigantic, now they are okay sized but not even enough to fill me. I got the lengua burrito today, $15 for rice, beans, barely any cilantro and onion (wasn’t even any in the first half of the burrito), and lengua that you can’t differentiate from the rest of the mush. It all tasted the same, couldn’t really tell anything a part.

I used to go here constantly for the quality ingredients, fresh veggies, bomb sauces and big portions. This burrito was NOT worth $15, and I’m sad to say I probably won’t be back for awhile. The taste just wasn’t there.

Enormous burrito! Super nice lady running the counter. Carnitas was good, big pieces of meat, no dry tiny pieces here. Shredded cabbage and tomato were a good texture and flavor combo. Red and green salsa were standard. But again the burrito was huge and good! I'd stop again.

We went to Angelina's a few days ago, absolutely the worst Mexican food I have ever had. My husband and I both got the 3 mini taco dinner. the tacos were okay, the beans and rice were tasteless not to mention only about three tablespoons of beans and rice each, $16.00 each dinner. No chips and salsa and $4.00 each for a can of Coca-Cola. $40.00 to end up hungry after dinner. We did get take out but all of the other Mexican restaurants I have been to give you chips and salsa on take out orders.

Where do I start?!?!?!
Amazing food. Growing up in SoCal I had some solid Mexican food. This place reminds me of the places I'd go back home. Really great food.
The service is always solid. We called for a work lunch 20+ tacos, chips, salsa and Guac. And man did they hook us up, even ready in about 15 mins.
Go here, you may not thank me... but you'll be glad you ate here.

GREAT burritos! (And huge; note size of burrito in relation to 11" dinner plate.) Their fillings are at least as tasty as any I've had; the carnitas and chili Verde are perfect, and the carne asada and al pastor are also delicious. Once this Covid nonsense is over, I plan to sit down and enjoy some of their platillos.

First time visit and got food to go. We had the chicken enchiladas and the pork enchiladas. Very flavorful and the most authentic we’ve found in Oregon (we grew up and lived in the southwest and Mexico). Good portions and super friendly service. This is my new go to place for Mexican food.

Enchiladas were small the rice and beans had no flavor and had to be salted. I ordered iced tea but what I got tasted like lawn clippings I couldn't even take more than two sips. My friend that was with me did not like her meal as well

I love this place! I must have eaten here a hundred times or more. I've never had a bad meal out of here. Fast service....usually about 10 minutes and I'm eating. Definitely worth stopping in.

Stopped by 5/21 & first the order took almost 20 min. I ordered 5 of the breakfast veggie burritos for my kids & self. Once down the road we began to eat them & noticed they were full of hash browns with very little egg in them. What made it even worse was that the hash browns were burnt & very greasy. For $40 w tip I feel it should of been a much better meal. I nor my children attempted more than 2 bites.

I wish I could share a pic of how nasty the burrito looked & how hard and overcooked were the burnt hash browns.

So we don't want to slam this restaurant, but here are a few reasons we won't be back.. First, chips were dry/old} salsa was from Walmart. Steak had a lot of gristle in every bite. Ambiance {music} was from the 90's, not true Hispanic. Kind of weird. One waitress. No OLCC license.!! Not terrible, but we won't go back. Just saying..

Extremely tasty, inexpensive, and authentic Mexican food (and you can ask for habañero aka *actually* spicy salsa here, a rarity in Oregon). Husband got a burrito, I got a torta, and they both were absolutely massive. Husband can usually put away a shocking amount of food in one meal and even he was struggling to finish. Next time I'll ask them to toast the bread a little more just so it can stand up to all the fillings and the juiciness of the carnitas! Further proof that the little hole-in-the-wall restaurants are the ones worth checking out. Definitely recommended.

First time there and last time I'll go there...I ordered the san diego burrito I asked what was on it, she said meat, pico, guacamole and I added cheese. I get home the burrito is 100% cold, like it was never warm the meat had cold grease on it and it had lettuce. (which I absolutely hate on a burrito) One menu said it was 6 bucks, the other said 7 bucks I questioned the lady and she said oh they just haven't changed that price yet mind you, the 6 dollar price was sitting on the counter..right in front of the register. Also ordered chips and salsa, the chip were homemade and they were good but the salsa was horrible.

Good food! Really good salsa and hot sauce. One thing. I ordered the deep fried burrito for $3.00 extra. (yes $3!) Wouldn't you expect it to be crispy? It wasn't, cheese not even melted. She spoke to cook in Spanish thinking I don't know Spanish. Lmao. He forgot to deep fry it. I didn't say anything. Lol

Carne asada fries were recommended - were great and large enough for two. Menu is sparse without posted prices, inside is cramped so take out might be better or sit outside, customer service was great! Only negative is that street tacos are $3.00 each which is confusing.. typically they are $1.50 at most. Yikes! I'll try it again and probably go with a burrito.
