The baby holiday section was perfect...no idea they offered so much. Got most of my baby gifts there. Staff know the store well and steer me correctly....they are also proud of the store in Wayne Pa and should be.

Barnes and Noble has everything. If you can’t find something you like, you’re probably not looking hard enough, or at all. Barnes and Noble has plenty of books but also games, treats, music, movies, gifts, and of course, the cafe, which never disappoints. Some of the best sugar cookies I have had have come from B&N cafe. The cafe also serves a full array of Starbucks coffees, and other drinks. The store also has a great selection of kids’ books, games, and toys.

I asked for a book that did not have in stock? They said they could put it on order for me. It would come from the warehouse. It would arrive in 2 weeks I. Decline their offer. Turn to Amazon and had it in 24 hours. Do you think barnes and noble can survive servicing customers in this manner

It's pretty far from my house but I still love coming here when I can. It's massive and the options are endless. I love their wildlife/naturalist section. Plenty of books on local, native animals. 🦋🐝 Also very nice stuffed animal selection upstairs. Their Sanrio & kawaii options on par with a Hot Topic.

The older woman with gray hair was so rude when I went in today. She was giving me a super hard time with using my membership points and was extremely rude. Avoid her at ALL COST. God forbid you want to use your phone number which has been widely accepted forever and instead of being kind and telling me the new procedure she was extremely rude.

Wonderful store with two levels, Starbucks inside, clean restrooms, elevator, and escalator to get upstairs. Plenty of parking. Store is clean and full of books on all topics, craft kits, stationary, gifts, toys, and magazines. Big bargain section. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love shopping here!

Not my usual Barnes and noble, but they had a book that my kid wanted that I couldn't get anywhere else. Employee that helped me find it was knowledgeable and even recommended some other books in the same genre.

Probably the biggest and the best barnes and noble I've seen, they don't just have books, they have a lot of cool interesting merch, saw lots of harry potter stuff, new pokemon stuff. Only complaints I have is they really don't have a lot of free seating, you have to buy something at Starbucks if you want to sit with a table, and one of the employees was a bit short, seemed like he didn't want to be there. I get it it's retail, but still, it was pretty magical outside of those 2 issues.

This is one of my favorite spots. It is amazing inside not only do they have any book you need they have a wonderful selection of gifts. On the second level are toys and all kinds of Lego sets, learning toys, Harry Potter section. The Children's book section is a great place even if money is tight. The staff really helped me out so I appreciate all of the help. One last thing Starbucks is located inside. I go when I can to get a book and hide out on one of the comfy couches totally unplugged! Try it!

Visited store to find 2 magazines in preparation for the Oscars. One magazine usually contains a Ballot, which I mark while watching the awards show each year. "Heather" was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to help me. Always find great, friendly, knowledgeable people when I visit this store!

Excellent experience tonight.

The Banisters are freaking spotless, not an ouch of dust to be found. The upatairs books in the back right corner looking fresh AF(looking at you black shirt lady)

The atmosphere felt fun, yet peaceful the staff was most energetic and joyful I have seen in an establishment in a while. Best of all, they're all avid chocolate lovers.

Lego selection phenomenal, well organized and easy to read whats there.

Camilla was the best trained trainie I've ever met hands of lightning, mind sharp, so focused, and determined to learn. Watch out for her she's a rising star (Raise maybe or at least a cake).

The BIG man Brad is setting the standard for customer service, and his training prowess is unmatched. Tho his face hidden behind the mask to protect me,himself, and his family much respect, you know he was smiling ear to ear(Man has suspenseful jokes on lock to had me like whaaaat)

The orange/salmon shirt I salute and respect you for everything you did just showering me in bags of minatures.(just when you thought they were out BAM you're wrong more over here he's the David Blane of barns and noble)

I know it's not about the books, so it's probably a weird review. There was a good selection, and it's a clean looking store compared to others, plus that Harry Potter section. SHEESH Dat Good.

100% serious. Thanks for making my night, my medevial lego diorama substantially better, and for a good laugh. (Been a pain to find these figures anywhere in the area)

My new favorite place. I could spend hours in here. It’s even better when you go with a friend. Such a large selection and everything I wanted was easy to find. 5 stars regardless but the seating in the cafe isn’t the most comfortable if you want to work/read while drinking coffee or eat. I saw tables for different selections and categories but no LGBTQ+ section/table? Either way I found a shelf full of them but wasn’t specified.
