I literally ordered transfer sheets, singular transfer sheets… THEY ARRIVED STUCK TOGETHER & DUCT TAPED TO THE BOX HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO USE THAT AS A PROFESIONAL??? I’m so BEYONDDDDDD flustered. This was my first time signing up for the credit card boy should I have known it would’ve been a disaster!
I order before Labor Day…. Estimated shipping was sep-3-6… I got my order THE 10th was extremely late to complete my projects, had customers cancel on me due to this. No apology for “busy time of year” could make up for that. I’m missing multiple skeins of yarn with no replacement and NO REFUND!!!!! you really shouldn’t be aloud to leave reviews when you don’t speak to an agent, because now I get to be Aggravated until their on the clock and you can bet your butt I’m leaving a google review right here, & contacting cooperate. Totally Karen moment and idec.

(My mom was a prior employee so I def got to see what messed up stuff got thrown out) I’m so floored and contemplating canceling this credit line, & never returning.

My supply vs demand is high for the things I create I don’t have time to waste making sure a company gets my order right and ships it normal non damaged! That’s their job! I can’t tell you how many long term customers of mine canceled on me. I was supposed to be making wedding dresses, baby’s first outfit, my cousin gave birth the 4th I was hoping to have the outfit to the hospital by the 6th when it said it would be delivered but nope. So much more to say, idk how to even express the words. This used to be my go to… surely going down hill. Any Recommendations for new places for yarn? I’m gonna post a picture or two if it allows me just to show you an idea of what I received. The entire box of yarn under the cardboard is nothing but a HUGE KNOT

Clean, fast and great prices! We got a few wood bird houses we are excited to paint as the family. The store was very well lit, smelt wonderful inside! So I had to grab some of those cinnamon cones for the house. It was a great visit and we found some sweet Christmas present ideas for the kids. Great visit! We'll be back!

I've always liked Michael's and will go there first. Now I'm mad because self check out registers were installed. I HATE THESE THINGS! What is with this trend? Hire people! People need to work! People pay taxes when they work! People support our economy when they work! You want us to ring up our own merch? Drop your prices if you're not going to hire a person. Wait for the Christmas shoppers. You think they're gonna wait in line because the people ahead of them don't know what they are doing? And watch your inventory walk out the door with all the theft. Get those stupid things out of your store. I want a person to ring up my order.

Terrible service since they installed auto check out. I've had problems with items scanning multiple times and not realizing till we get home. More recently we had problems with the actual staff being extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning to this store.

Horrible big box store that runs the little guy out of town and then provides terrible service and product. Waited for framing for almost 25 minutes and then they came over to say that the gentleman was on break and would come to us when he had time. I will go out of my way to spend more with the little local guy who gives a good service and product

Went shopping today with my 1 yr old and he started to get restless as I aimlessly shopped which is completely understandable. I found a bell that he got a kick out of and kept him very entertained... well 5 mins into him playing with it I am approached by an employee telling me customers are complaining about my son playing with this bell... I looked at her shocked. She really came up to me and asked me to stop him from playing with the bell because people were complaining 🙄.. I can't believe this is the world we live in these days. Needless to say I won't be shopping here again.

My experience at Michaels was generally positive, however, there was room for improvement in the efficiency of the checkout process. There was only one cash register open, resulting in a queue of approximately 10 customers. After several customers expressed their dissatisfaction, another register was opened. Consequently, I have rated my experience as three stars. Despite having sufficient staff, the store chose not to open additional registers, even though there were numerous employees present throughout the store.

Hire more cashier's for busy times of year. Week before Christmas the checkout line was back to the framing department, and just two registers opened at 6pm. Otherwise no major complaints other than never being able to find help when you need to locate something.

I am an amateur artist. When Michaels put AC Moore out of business I started shopping there and it was great. I could find everything I needed. Now they have very little on the shelves for artist. They seem to being more for crafts.

Cashier Elaine I believe her name was a bit discourteous to my wife and I. There were several signs throughout the picture frames. Some said buy one get one free, some said buy one get two free but were not fully clear on which ones they pertained to. She also talked down to my wife as she went to pay and the card reader was acting weird. No need for that attitude. Will take my business elsewhere.

Well, if you're looking for something you think you'd find at an arts & crafts store, this isn't the place. The shelves are typically empty like a grocery store during a zombie apocalypse, and they have the nerve to ask $20 for a roll of parchment paper. The employees seem like they are part of the zombie apocalypse too. I don't blame them. Having to spend hours of their days navigating frustrated customers and no products to stock the shelves with would make anyone lack pleasantries & care.
