We want Black Friday shopping which is a tradition of our family. We always make it a routine stop on our adventures. There were some great game deals. Which are great for presents for people of all ages!
It was busy, but clean. The lines were busy, but went fairly quickly with the staff directing.

I have been to many Target stores and this Target is by the far the worst! Every single time I come here there are carts and pallets stacked with boxes blocking every aisle. It's difficult to shop and is an absolute mess and completely disorganized here. No carts were available inside the store the last 2 times I was here. Christmas decor was still in boxes even 2 weeks prior to Christmas and not on shelves to be sold. Clearly this location is poorly managed. Unfortunately today there was a young lady who was an employee who ran into me as I was standing in an aisle shopping, she said absolutely nothing... no apology no excuse me. Lines are always ridiculous here as well with limited self check outs. I try to avoid this location as much as possible.

One of my favorite stores in the area..I often go to search for sports cards, a hobby I have pressured for years. And target has as good of a selection as you will find in the area. Baseball, basketball, football, soccer, wrestling, Pokemon, among others.

I also enjoy their clothing and cosmetic departments. They have one of the better selections of men's cosmetics that u will find anywhere in NEPA.

The store is laid out intelligently. Stick is kept neat and orderly. The staff is friendly, the store is clean , and you can get Starbucks on your way out.

I highly recommend a trip to Target in Dickson City.

Weekly trips minimum. Overall, always clean and usually well stocked. Baby and toy sections are great. Excellent seasonal options. New floorplan updates as of Summer 2019 - pictures added. The grocery department is slowly growing but has room for more options. That's an issue for Target as a company to decide their future, but this particular store does well with stock and freshness of groceries. Staff is always courteous and helpful with getting the best sales/clearances.

After months of not stopping, we decided to give them another chance. Nothing changed. Clothing departments were terrible. Clothing all over the floors and instead of being picked up most of it was just kicked under the racks

Unreal 10-1 ratio of customers in line to active check out registers manned by a human!!!! Worst store like this ever. Incompetent management closes down all but one lane down 2 full hours before close and wonder why they have a line wrapped halfway around the building. Plenty of people running around stocking things, despite the fact most of the things I usually go in there to buy for other people is out of stock despite saying they were fully in stock when the people ordered them in the first place. This is why I'll never shop here for my own goods and this is why I'm going to reject every single delivery order for this horribly managed place going forward no matter how much the customer tips. So if you think you'll avoid the mess and just order through doordash or Uber Eats don't bother because the only people desperate enough to take these orders anymore or those who will make substitutions for things you don't need or get to the long line and ditch the order or be so frustrated they steal your order before they drive it to your house . Go to Walmart go to Amazon heck go to overpriced CVS and Walgreens for the time that you'll save will make up for the overpriced items they sell. I will never come here ever again.

PS in case corporate management actually wants to do their job this isn't a one-off rant this is something that happens damn near every single night. You're so desperate for someone that knows what they're doing contact me I'll gladly do three times the work for twice the pay of whoever you pointlessly hired as a manager there.

The most unorganized Target I've ever visited. It only has four registers for the self checkout and maybe one employee at a register, if you're lucky. I've never spent less than 30-45 minutes to check. Additionally, it is very claustrophobic. The lanes are smaller than normal with way too much foot traffic. Lastly, the parking lot is extremely unorganized. The parking spaces are not correctly placed for outgoing and incoming traffic. I've seen many drivers come very close to accidents and pedestrians hit by impatient drivers.

Three separate occasions I've gone into the store to pick up a few things to only be met with a checkout line of at least 10-15 people, with usually a self-checkout machine requiring an attendant at all times.

The store itself is clean and well laid out (electronics and grocery, at least), but I can generally tell if it's worth shopping when you walk in and see how many people are in line or by how many manned registers there are.

Went in looking for an air fryer, but walked the perimeter first. The clothing depts looked full and organized. The toy department was a little beat up but not horrible. The grocery section was a joke. Empty and disheveled sections throughout. When we got to the small appliances, the air fryer I was looking at was in the wrong spot and we actually had to use the app to see that it was on sale for a really good price, however the "sample" model was so beat up I decided to go elsewhere. I get it, that really doesn't represent the actual product in buying, it just gave me bad vibes. I'll order online from Amazon.

Went to Target on 6/6/23 and found this store to be very clean and well organized, compared to Wal-Mart. Based on my purchases Target prices are very compatible to Wal-Mart. I might add, the shopping carts are in much better condition.

I used to love Target, all of them. What changed. They didn't make it in Canada. This store has gone downhill fast. Twice recently, we have visited during regular store hours and the lines have been so long, we left without buying anything. Today, a Saturday, before 9 pm, there was not one cashier open. They only had the self checkouts open and they don't have many of those (I think 5 or 6). The last time, they had one register and the self checkouts. The lines had about 20 or more people.

Also, they had so much stuff around, not put away so as to make it difficult to get around in some areas of the stores lately as well. This is not the same store.

I tried to get a new cell phone at Consumer Cellular desk one Afternoon. I was met by an employee who told me she was closing the phone dept. for the day. The dept. had no lights on. It wasn't even 5pm. She told me I had to come another day. I tried calling ahead a few times but no one answered the phone. I even tried calling the Target Store main phone. Again No Answer. The Ted Danson TV ads show a friendly helpful Consumer Cellular Service. If they're Never open for business at Target, Dickson city Pa, how can anyone use them.

The girl who works in the tech section of target in dickson city is amazing at her job! I didn’t get her name but as I was with someone who was browsing I saw how she handled each client in a professional, friendly and patient manner. She addressed each person personally and made them feel welcomed. When it was our turn to check out she was handling another customer and proceeded to quickly check us out with patience and friendliness and get back to what she was doing. I’ve never seen anyone so good at a job under that much stress and pressure before and still keep a friendly profesional and welcoming attitude. I wish I got her name so she can get the recognition she deserves.

Why is this place so disorganized and disgusting now? Clothes all over the place, makeup opened and destroyed, looks like a bomb went off everywhere, nothing is in the right place. Even things like bread and milk are low in stock / disheveled. Always a big cart of stuff needing to be stocked just dumped in an aisle somewhere. No real cashiers, self checkout only and the line is always 50+ people long. I don’t know what’s happening but in the past 2 ish years it’s become so run down.

After waiting waiting 2 hrs past the scheduled 2 hr pick up time for an online order …..I thought I’d put my wait time to good use. While l wandered around wasting time I found a few additional items to buy. After waiting to checkout for 20 mins because the electronics department (arguably one of the busier during the holiday season) was staffed with one very overwhelmed employee. Just ran into someone who’s now returned to the store 2 days in a row without being able to get her product ordered online with 2 hr pick up. The stores solution? Find the item yourself buy it and cancel the online order. Makes complete sense 🤦‍♀️

At the Dickson City, Pa. Location the past several pick up orders have either had items missing or were just thrown in the car, fragile items under heavy items such as cases of water. The wait for pick up is long regardless of pick up time. My latest order was placed on a Friday and on Saturday evening they canceled it because they were “30 hours behind” on picking orders. I understand they are short staffed however the customer service from the existing associates is a disgrace.

Toxic Customer Service Experience: I attempted to return a "Target Optical" purchase at the main "Target return" counter. After much chaos and confusion, the manager came over and informed me I could only return it at the "Target optical department" which was closed. I asked when would they be open? The manager had no idea and could not take the time to find out. This is a manager and the optical department is down the isle from the main returns. How can you not return an item with a Target receipt at Target returns? I was okay with that, but to provide zero assistance is unacceptable.

The overall atmosphere of this Target location is quite frankly depressing and dirty compared to other Target stores I’ve been to. There’s a certain level of quality expected from Target and the products they advertise, and this specific location simply does not live up to that expectation. I’ve been to this Target multiple times since living in the area, and my experience has never been up to standards with other Target location experiences.

Store is an absolute joke. I made a purchase online because it says it usually ready within two hours. Four and a half hours later I went to the store while my order was still processing and while speaking to the customer service desk about it. I received a email stating my order has been cancelled because they no longer have the item. Being so aggravated I left, and tried to call when I got home, only to be hung up on twice, and than not be answered. I was attempted to call another department for a manager but apparently his break was more important than a customer issue. Bottom line, this store is not even worth purchasing online from and that obviously starts with the horrendous management at this establishment.

I’ve called and I’ve came into the store asking about scanners for making registry’s and have gotten two different answers. One: they’re broken. Two: i don’t know what you’re talking about, they’re not broken.

It is not convenient to make a registry on your phone, especially when “the scanning option isn’t compatible with iPhones”.

IT needs to fix the problem with the scanners so people can go in and make a registry like before. It’s the easiest way.

Store is always clean when I go, employees are very friendly, items I'm shopping for are almost always ona stock, fast and easy checkout with no waiting in lines

Going down hill. I was there on Sunday afternoon and the store was a disaster! Clothes were all over the floor, shoe boxes were empty on the shelves, no associates to be seen. I worked there years ago and it was always clean and pretty quiet since they didn't play music but I guess they do now. Disappointing for sure.

Love the order pick up at target! They bring it out to my car and I dont have to go into the store. The employees are very nice and the process from ordering on the app to getting my order is very easy. Love that the app has coupons you can use to!

Bare shelves and carts and pallets of boxes EVERYWHERE, blocking access to be able to shop. Don't understand why you don't have a manager who is walking around the store and just telling employees that it is UNACCEPTABLE the way they block shelves with carts and pallets of merchandise. Candy isle was completely blocked. Seasonal literally had pallets blocking an entire row of merchandise, shoppers could not access it. Dental isle was empty as could be. I feel like a trip to Target is just wasted time. Empty shelves and or blocked shelves and isles. WHY BOTHER!!!!!! YOU CERTAINLY DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS.
