Multiple times he’s snapped his fingers, sighs, and will very angrily say “WHAT!?” I tried to call the giant Dickson city when I asked for a manager Daniel answered so I don’t know who to speak with about the incident. He’s very very rude. Other than that the cashiers are sweet people they all smile and are kind so to them five stars but Daniel gets one star!!! Don’t treat folks unkindly.

This morning I went in there realized that I totally had the wrong state and city for my GIANT app actually wasn’t even the giant that is in our area. Linda went out of her way to acknowledge my coupon I needed and help me load up the correct app in my phone, I can’t say the same for Joanna. I asked her originally because it was her area she was working and she just looked at me and said can’t help you anything I said can you at least get somebody to help me really had the audacity to tell me no so I said, can you get me a manager then , and that was Linda. She definitely took her time to help. Ensure she had a satisfied customer. Good job to Linda for setting the example to other employees who couldn’t be bothered.

Always have a wide variety of product. The people there are awesome. My wife an I are not able to go shopping very often due to when we're both available. This store is open until 11pm!. If not for that we would be stuck going all the way into Dickson City to Walmart!. An the employees don't hassle us when we're just getting to the register at 11pm!. We know they just want to go home as well!. So we thank y'all very much for being considerate!.

I often go to Giant with my best friend who works there whenever we want food or whenever she needs to pick up her paycheck, she used to work at the Giant on Greenridge but was recently transferred to the Dickson City Giant. I honestly think Giant can be a bit overpriced sometimes, as someone who recently started working at Walmart, it's not a place I would rather shop than other retail places.

This place has absolutely terrible quality produce. Go anywhere else! Also, whatever program, or person, they use for merchandise ordering is horrible. They are consistently out of the same products, especially in the dairy aisle.

I love MY Giant Store and Giant Direct! The store is clean, well stocked, prices are reasonable (I love their sales), the staff is positively friendly and courteous, the rewards program is very rewarding and either the Giant Direct service or self checkout is easy to use and fast. I am a Giant customer and fan of my Giant!

I have only been using this Giant for 2 weeks. The store is clean and well stocked. The women at customer service are very nice and helpful. I didn't like that I couldn't read my receipt because of lines of ink missing. The customer service representative had a hard time but did manage to read the receipt .

Bummed that my Giant is temporarily closed as I was walking there , it is a smaller store more manageable for me but....life goes as life goes and I am very happy to have found another area Giant to keep my belly full and the savings aplenty. This Giant incidentally , has a gold mine of plant based food products in the back on clearance shelves...yipppeee for me as I got to get a box of barista oat milk for 2.49 ...the only bummer for me was they did not have the mussels I like so much from Giant not the sparkling water soda drink I was supposed to get for free :( oh annnnnnd I miss seeing the employees that are familiar to myself amd my Chihuahua....bonus for me , Giant makes smart shopping easy for me and I scored 879 reward points on my single trip....(Place Snoopy Woodstock dance here)

Place is a joke refuse to set me up with automatic refills for my scrip called them in 6 days before I'm out and yet they will wait till I only have one or 2 left but will fill everyone else else's in my house with no problems. Don't know if they understand that there are consequences for not having your meds when needed looking for a new pharmacy now. Cause tou don't want to ask questions about it cause they will hold it for weeks till they look into the question you have.

I need a moment to vent. I used GIANT Direct yesterday and picked up my order number one got a notification that my order had been picked up and I wasn’t even there yet. Once I got there, pulled in the parking spot called the phone number that you’re supposed to call. Nobody answered ended up having to go into the store. Got my order had to take it out myself and put it in the car got home they had done a substitute, but not a substitute of white bread for white bread kind of thing so now I have to go back to the store either tonight or tomorrowand get an exchange I will never ever use this service again. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same horrible experience at giant and Dickson city as I did today

Great service fast friendly. Great sales the store is clean. But theres that but. The restrooms. Every time I go there. They're are nasty. Urine on the toilet the floor sometimes feeces. I try not to use public restrooms but when u have no choice. It's like being in a horror movie while doing your thing. And I don't go anywhere else but here. A dirty restroom drives me nuts makes me wanna clean it for you.

This place is a mess. Unstocked shelves for sales. Employees blocking isle giving customer looks for saying excuse me to get by. Parking entry in and out is a mess due to unmarked parking access. Scanner not reading bar codes after yout first scan. You have to swipe one item several times. It was my first time here, and this business area is good for many locals, but it seems like nobody really gives a cent of what society thinks these days.
