We love shopping at Sam’s Club at Dickson city. The store is fairly stocked with all the necessary items. Good deals are available at times, specially in the tyre section. The pizza counter inside offers good food but gets sold out pretty early. The bakery items are really good. The cash back scheme for the plus members are also great for saving few bucks. The store is busy all the time, but the app works great for checking out the cart items. Super convenient for avoiding long queues. Overall great experience and we like shopping here.

Love this place, one of my favorite places to shop. Always great deals and awesome products. Some of my favorite pieces of furniture were purchased here, great quality. Love the photo department, Johanna and Elena are excellent, friendly, very professional. The roasted chickens are the best around, meat department is excellent. Cakes are great for a party, specialty items too for parties. Self serve checkouts are great, very efficient. Large assortment of batteries, energizers are the best. The little cafeteria serves great, inexpensive food, the hot dog is my favorite but they have excellent salads as well. Large parking lot, plenty of parking. Under cover pick up area for large orders. Handicapped accessible.

They were amazing to work with. We ordered a cake, and bakery items like cupcakes, brownies etc.
As well as our wedding flowers and greenery from them. Rustic chic wedding set.

Incredible quality, and affordable. The moonstone roses in the photo, are from a week after our event.
We also ordered food from the café, sushi, side salads and other lunch items for our guests. Everybody raved !!

Edit: Options have gotten better over the past few months since last edit. Prices are still hit or miss, so just make sure you know what you're getting is on point. Check and double check. Bread has gotten significantly better.

Sadly after being a member here since it opened in the 90's & knowing staff personally, this store is going down hill hard simply because of its shotty, uncaring management who undermined & mistreat staff consistently while abusing their titles. The store manager seems oblivious to the problems brewing beneath him, or he just doesn't care to lead his team appropriately, and listen properly to his staffs problems fairly, and realize staff moral makes all the difference. The assistant managers do not do their own work! They constantly push off their responsibilities on others below them to handle so they can remain perched in an office doing nothing. Instead of being reasonable, accommodating, and resectful to staff they slither about the building handing out ridiculous reprimandings to those who are working, but ironically no managers can be found by customers when needed. I've been in the store numerous times to hear staff calls go unanswered over their radio's. They don't follow the availability staff list for them either, they force them to work when they "need" them although staff put they aren't available, but it seems as though management can come & go as they please and have endless amounts of vacation time. It's truly pathetic, disgraceful & demeaning. Hopefully soon the collapse of the Sam Walton empire will happen when they'll run out of good people & new hires since it seems one out of every four people in the area worked for the giant company at some point and have been nothing but screwed over.

Pathetic. The heavy set purple hair women that likes to stand around and do nothing at the front end is very rude for one. An older man asked her for some help and asked her to explain what a pizza pretzel was. She immediately went over to her group of employees and started making fun of this old man. Second.THERE IS NEVER ANY DRINKS. Thay are all always clear fizz. NEVER ICE! AND Third. At 5:00pm on the dot every day they start saying there's no frozen yogurt as you watch then empty the machine that was litteraly just full. Then at 5:20pm on the dot they say they are sold out of pizza. There's a whole freezer back there full of said pizza. Employees are rude and lazy. Do better.

Great prices for most items. Rotate products so that customers don't have to purchase dinners , lunches etc in such big bulk. Store is set up very well to find items. Snacks in middle, cold items at the back of store. All in all they do a good job at this particular Sam's Club. Would recommend to anyone trying to buy in bulk.

This is my favorite store in the area, there’s nothing better than running to Sam’s to look around and try some samples and grab some pizza and a drink.
I also love their frozen enchiladas.
Every time we have a question, Deanna is super friendly over in membership and helps us out with questions.

Avoid this place like the black plague. Check out the Costco in Allentown, yes, it is an hour away but it'll save you so many hiccups especially with their customer service which must've been trained by toddlers. Plus, the Member Mark brand is literally no different than Great Value brand at Walmart. Like that may not sound like an issue to some but the quality of the food items aren't as good as other store brands like Costco, BJs, Giant etc. If I knew this ahead of time I would have just kept shopping at just Walmart instead of opting for this membership I don't plan on using outside of cheaper gas when I'm in the area.

Woman came home with a steak cut into 6 pieces and would normally be for one person. I'm confused since a 1 inch steak takes 3 to 5 mins to cook. So what's this a half a min to cook lol. And then she brought home lobster tails that were complete thawed and soft as all heck. What do u do with those. I know the trash and then she got on the border chips which were stale at the opening of the bag. I tell her stay away from Sam's. It's no good.

Teach your cart pushers to be mindful of the traffic coming into and out of the parking lot! Older guy tonight saw me trying to get out and had the line of carts in my way, I was thinking he would move them since he clearly saw me… nope! He walked off to get more carts then again stood there and did nothing! I couldn’t back up to even try to go around cuz of other cars behind me. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and dangerous!

I love Sam's club . But there is not many nice clothes this year . But the money you get back from the credit card is pretty good . You get a percentage on everything you charge . And with the plus membership you get discounts on alot of stuff . Its worth it for a family with kids . And when u order online you get free shipping also .

### When shopping at this location my credit card number was stolen!!! (2nd time same location register #4) When called a number on the receipt to inform a supervisor or anybody running the store,they were not interested. Only time my credit card was out of an RFID shielded wallet was at the register when paying, 32 minutes later I was informed about fraud alert from my bank. I wonder how many people experienced the same...???

### Why when shopping at Sam's club always have to meet an AT&T representative? They offer a Sams club customers discounts which I never qualify for. If i wanted to buy a phone its convenient that there is somebody available, but dont try to stick everybody with att service. Their sales tactics are too aggressive and annoying.

### Now on top of att there is JUST ENERGY targeting PPL customers. It gets better and better. Soon to cancel my Sam's club card

Surprise, surprise, Sam’s Club never fails to disappoint me… Today I went to pick up my order from the bakery that I placed yesterday and was told no problem coming and get it at 11 and of course I made a special trip up today and no one had any idea what I was talking about or where my order went, and they are not making any more of them this year…unfortunately you cannot give zero stars here but that’s what Sam’s Club deserves, and to think I actually pay to belong to a club that does things like this… Well, it won’t happen anymore.

I called to get a price on tires, they said it was a first come first serve station and had four Good Year tires n stock. I arrived about 20 minutes later and was told they didn't have the tires and the ones in stock were $150 more. I asked for a manager so the department manager came to discover they did have the tires and could put them on in FIVE DAYS as it was appointment only. There was a single car in the garage when we left with three techs walking around. When I got home an hour later, they called to say they could put on the tires. The store manager was dismissive with his first statement to me being that he had other things to do so I should hurry up with his time. Two hours of drive time to get tires, so frustrating!!!!!!

I sent my 17 year old son on an errand there to purchase food for my family with my Sams card and my debit card and they wouldn't let him buy anything. He was honest and told them he was buying for his family but they still would not let him buy food after he put everything in his cart. They accused him of "fraud". Oh dear, stop the world, a teenager might be buying food for his family!

My right leg gets hurt in sam's club parking lots and I was wonded for short periods and tried to get electric shopping cart, The lady who was standing in front of the door was denied me to use that cart. Reason why? I don't know also she was shouting on me just like barking dog.I was shocked, How unprofessional customer service people hired by Dickson city sam's club's. I think that is kind of crazy you guys ask for a membership just to come in the store and I think that is not correct I think that’s disrespectful for everyone. I never heard that before from any Sam’s Club I think they need to change. The rules in the store is the diesel races with people🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I am Hispanic woman and a white man enter the SamsClub and she didn’t ask him for his membership, so why is the reason why you ask for that anyway end of the day you people are not police meant to be axing people for membership common sense who is going to go to a store without a membership you are very crazy. I think your people need to fix this problem right away I think I’m going to report this I don’t like to be treated like this at any store

I use the Sam's Club app. It's incredibly easy. We walk around and get whatever it is we need. Scan the bar code. When we're done I go to the checkout button and pay for the items purchase. No long lines to wait in. Awesome!

I decided to participate in the scan and go for the first time today. Many of my favorite products had discounts for using scan and go. The process was almost seamless but was having a slight difficulty because we a business customers. I went to the customer service desk and in just a few moments had the issue resolved. I paid for my products on my phone and was out of the store in record time! No lines and no slow service. The associate at the door scanned my code and 3 products I purchased and off I went!
