I had ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich on a sourdough bread just to realize that the sandwich they gave me was completely moldy. Each slice of bread was filled with pockets of green mold that was overlooked and served to me. Also not to mention the egg and bacon had been sloppily thrown and nearly falling out of my sandwich. If I had not been paying attention I could have eaten that mold and had serious side effects. More attention needs to be put in even if busy!!! Very disappointing!

I can’t take this location any longer. They don’t make things like the rest. These holes should be glazed!!! You should see the glaze crust!!! They were so dry on inside and grossly wet on outside. Do they not even make them fresh because they are literally served cold! Like wtf? I want a room temp or warm donut, not one from the fridge.

A nice, modern, and clean location. First time ordering with the touchscreen, which was pretty cool.

Came at 7:15 on a Monday morning and it was super quick (a few people at the drive thru, but I was the only one in the dining area).

If I lived around here I’d come back often.

This is probably the most decent Dunkin around here. The staff is always nice, they make an order right If it gets messed up with no dirty looks or eye rolling. Definitely well ran and always clean inside. I’ve never had a bad interaction here and the people who work there are always busting their butts working hard! Always fast thru the drive thru too!

Went today and ordered some drinks and a bacon wrap not only did they forget the egg they put a piece of paper in my wrap I think they forgot to separate it from the bacon it was really gross.

I don’t get this place I order a medium hot caramel coffee with cream and cold foam and they always give me a problem some of the employees put the cold foam on my drink and others say they can’t put cold foam on hot drinks because it will melt I’m paying for the coffee and the cold foam so why can’t I get my coffee how I like it !

This dunkin is terrible. They can never do what you ask. I always get a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea but if i don’t ask for more strawberry then green tea, i get handed a drink that looks like river water and tastes like watered down green tea. I have to literally ask them to make the drink the right way. and half the time when i do ask for extra strawberry, they don’t do it. This morning i got a plain toasted bagel and i asked for extra cream cheese (because if i don’t, i get a dry bagel with a smudge of cream cheese) i get home and there was less than a smudge of cream cheese. I always go to this one because one day it’ll be great then the next, it’s awful. I don’t know why it’s so hard to just do what customers ask, especially when it comes to food and drinks.

this location is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I went to this location coming through town on Thanksgiving. My husband and I went through the drive through and asked for a receipt. We started to drive away when we realized we paid for the wrong order. My husband went in and explained the situation and said we were charged for someone else’s order. Ours wasn’t far off but still the point. The “general manager” on duty gave him $0.51 and when my husband asked how he figured that was correct he gave attitude and said “I don’t have time for this” and told him to get out of “his” store. When he said he was reporting him to corporate and asked for his name he walked away. I called the store and requested to ask for the manager on duty and he said his name was Sincere (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled) I explained the situation and basically said the only reason I called was to get his name to report to corporate since he refused to give it to my husband. I will NEVER go to this location again. I think everyone there needs to learn customer service and respect

The girl with the green hair or green headband that opened the store on November 12 definitely needs some disciplinary action. She sat on her phone in the main dining room for 15 minutes while three cars waited and pulled off because she didn’t get up. This situation was very unfortunate especially since I have already pre-paid for my food on the app. It’s ridiculous that three cars had to pull off after the store was open because your employee was sitting on her phone with AirPods in her ears, and wasn’t paying attention to who was at the window.

Went to the counter to order, staff just walked by. So ordered at the kiosk. No receipt. Got my 6 donuts and had to stop the ask for my receipt from the associate who was instantly walking away. Entire time there, staff didn't say a single word. No "thanks" no nothing. Not a single word. We were the only customers there at the time and drive through was even empty. My kids and I were absolutely floored.

This Dunkin a very busy location, under those circumstances, or a drive thru, they're fairly accurate and efficient. The regular coffee is always good and hot. On a rare occasion my food hasn't been prepared as ordered, but overall I can recommend this as a reliable fast food stop.

The entire staff is friendly fast and efficient. I've seen the line wrapped around the building and they bust it out in a matter of minutes. I go here about three times a week sometimes more cuz it's right across the street from my house but I go there more because the donuts are fresh and the service is excellent! I volunteer at a local retirement home in the area and I always bring them over two boxes of Munchkins oh, and the seniors there love that more than I love the regular Donuts. Highly recommend this location by the Taco Bell on Benjamin Franklin Highway
