Friendly staff, both over the phone and in-person. They are my go-to place to buy wood pellets for my pellet stove now. They are cheaper than other places and the AWF softwoods burn good with not too much ash.

Nice to have a local hardware store. It is convenient when needing something last minute. Everyone is always welcoming and nice to me (WF) but unfortunately I’ve witnessed the staff including the manager be “standoffish” to people of color (no greeting, no asking if they need help etc. like I am offered) gossiping/profiling customers over their radios to keep track of where certain people went in the store. Pretty shocking to see. It’s a shame and I hate to say that but it’s been more than one occasion that I’ve first hand witnessed it. It is not right and it needs to change ASAP.

I specifically went here to get hay bales for an event. Called weeks in advance to make sure they sell it and then the morning of to make sure they have it in stock. They said they did.

Went there and didnt see it anywhere. I asked an associate for hay bales as I have dont twice before and he had no idea what I was talking about and said they just sell loose straw in plastic bags.

Luckily I persisted and eventually after a lot of back and forth he realized what I wanted and showed me outside.

Everyone I interacted with were very nice tho. The lady at the check out, the guy loading the hay and the associate that initially helped me.

I wish every store had workers who are as genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as everybody who works here. When I walk into this Ace and I’m not 100% certain of what I need, I know that I can ask anyone in the store and be pointed in the right direction, offered some helpful advice, and shown exactly what I’ll need to get the job done.

The number of times I’ve been looking for extremely specific hardware, only to end up having two or three different people looking through boxes and display shelves and even inventory books in the back helping me find what I need tells me everything I need to know about this store.

I've been here since 2012. Ace is my go to store. They always have what I need from flowers, to faxes to every household product I might need. Added to this is their reasonable prices and quality service. The sales reps are wonderful!! I highly recommend them!!

We just had a great experience at Weaver’s. We received a friendly greeting upon walking into the store tonight. We knew what we wanted and where it was located so we did not need help. After picking out what we needed we proceeded to the cashier ‘AJ’(?). We were quickly taken care of and they even engaged in friendly conversation.

I purchased a milwaukee cordless drill. With this purchase, I get a choice of other tools for free. I chose a milwaukee cordless leaf blower. This transaction was done online. I was emailed that I would receive an email when the order was ready for pickup. Within 30 minutes, I received the email stating that my order was ready

Ace hardware has always been and always will be a one-of-a-kind location for the do-it-yourself or contractors etc. They have such a variety of things from nuts to bolts to power tools and unmatched customer service and personnel. While other box stores may have items at discount they will never have the professionalism and selection you can find there in my opinion.

This is exactly what I want from a neighborhood hardware store. 5 minutes from the house, incredible customer service, and most everything I need. I know Ace doesn't have the purchasing power of the 2 big box stores and that means the prices are a little higher, I am willing to pay more at Ace instead of going to the other guys. When you walk in the door at Weaver's you're greeted and asked what you need help with.

This is a great staple to the community. Friendly, helpful staff that aren’t over bearing.
Today I bought a Stihl power head with a bush trimmer attachment and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond from start to finish.
You just don’t get that type of customer service anymore.
