Horrible service! They don't listen to your order then get mad when they mess up. Instead of making me a new sandwich to correct the order they just took off the item I didn't want on the sandwich (which I could have done) which caused the cheese to now be missing. No apologies for their mistake. Horrible attitude and service!

A lady from India was in a very bad mood, when I wanted to place my order, she said that I should do it on my own, what kind of response was that, she just wanted to take a seat without attending to me, it was around 5:40 P.M. BAD SERVICE

I stopped at this DD for a cup of coffee, and everything was as it should be for a DD stop. My only concern with this DD is that it is in a gas station and the signage is small. I missed it unaware that it is not a stand-alone DD. I tried to believe my wazes and found it.

Best donut place you will ever enter. I have noticed that dunkin has started to decrease the amount of icing on the donuts and now the donuts are atleast a half a inch smaller in circumference. I would much rather pay more for a bigger donut, than pay the same but for a smaller donut.

Made the coffee perfect. My husband is very picky and most of the Dunkin's in the area don't get it right. I usually get the black pepper bacon croissant sandwich and they usually are falling apart and hard to eat in the car. This one stayed together to the end. Also wasn't way too hot to eat when i got it. The two guys working were pleasant and friendly. Nice experience.

Dunkin donuts taste horrible. They have gotten away from making good donuts. They are hard, stale, small selection of flavors. I will not be buying donuts from Dunkin.

Terrible service and very ignorant workers there, especially a lady named Sandy. She uses inappropriate language . She has been reported number of times. When handling or beverage, they don't wear gloves. They don't deserve a rating due to their inappropriate behavior.

Nice and friendly place, staff are really doing their best but the place are always busy and you should wait for you order. I really appreciate great customer service, but sometimes donuts seems to be not fresh

While the donuts are good,they are not fresh at all.
They are kept under a "hot lamp",which gives the impression of "hot and fresh",but not so.
Krispy Kreme and Yum Yums are far better.😁😁😁😁

These folks here HUSTLE! Usually only two employees back there in a really busy place and they are ROCKIN and Rollin. Friendly, great service.

I love the guy whose on for night shift he’s really nice and he does great customer service. He was out decaf coffee and he brewed another pot for me unlike the night shift guy at the Ambler Dunkin, he says no decaf and doesn’t brew another pot. Keep up the great work guy who works night shift here.
