Ross is a great business, been going to their stores for 5 years now. They've got good prices and quality products of every kind including shoes, clothes, home products, furniture, children clothes, carpets, electronics, and even better a amazon locker. Get it.

I like the store and consider it to be fair with the prices and the Styles and you can find something if you take the time to look. The staff are helpful.
What is the most disconcerting is that there's never a public restroom available so after you shop for hours you have to go somewhere else if you have an urgent need for a restroom. Also when you ask the staff they will even suggest the names of some nearby establishments.
Otherwise, a store for basic essentials.

Very happy with the staff. The cashiers were friendly, especially since the fitting rooms in the back seem to be closing in every Ross when it gets to nighttime. One of the cashiers walked me all the way back so I could use the bathroom and was so kind.

This is a review for the poor customer service by the front end cashier named “Tony/Toni”. This cashier had absolutely no reason to be as rude as she was. My sister and I were purchasing clothes together and while the cashier checked in all the clothes- we remembered that we want to pay separately. So we asked her if she could just take one of the items out and ring it up separately. The lady literally threw the bag on the counter all frustrated and walked away, stomping her way to the other side. My sister and I just looked at each other trying to figure out what we said and how that could instigate that kind of reaction. My sister was even kind enough to herself take the hangers out of the clothes as she handed to cashier- to make the cashier’s job a little easy. When the cashier came back- we rung us up and handed the credit card back to us very rudely. There was no one behind us. No line forming either to create anxiety for the cashier: We were confused and furious while walking out. There was no thank you for shopping with us.. no greeting. No manners or respect. It’s been a month since the incident and I have made sure to tell all my family and friends to not shop at that Ross. Or to stay away from the cashier named Toni. My mother had complained of the same treatment when she went back to the store to return some items. We were as kind as possible but this treatment was unacceptable. Toni needs to be reevaluated.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I just walked out of there !!! They’re racist and discriminate . The African American female close to the exit that was working the register was mean and nasty … was rushing me with my items . Didn’t want to hand me the receipt or hand me my bags . I never been treated like that at Ross !!! I will be talking to corporate!

I love Ross. They have great clothes, shoes, furniture, decorations, household items, car items, toys, etc all for really cheap prices. I can always get Philadelphia sportswear in here way cheaper than I can at other stores. One time I got a Nike Eagles jersey for $10. Great place to shop!

Household goods are a good price. Many items need to be marked at 50% to 75% off.

I just moved here from long island, and this was my 1st time going into a Ross Dress for Less, I cannot wait to go back, the prices are phenomenal especially in their home department!! You can find anything from dishware to bedding to storage for the bathroom, they even have furniture! Plus clothing and shoes for the entire family. Name brand ladies handbags like guess and steve madden, it's so worth it!!
