I started going to this dunkin bc my workplace moved and this was more on the way than the one I used to go to. In the last wk and a half my latte tasted like soap. The first time I thought it was just coincidence. Then I went Monday and when I got to work and took a sip, it tasted like soap again. I'm not gonna keep wasting almost $5 to just take a sip and have to dump the whole thing because it's undrinkable. I guess I'll have to start going back to the other dd.

People are friendly place is dirty though. Visible build up of dust and dirt in top of all horizontal surfaces (like the top of the coffee maker, grinder, cooler etc).

Staff was incredibly friendly- we bring my 6 year old everyday after swimming lessons and the young lady at the front is always so kind! Never a line either, people are in and out quickly.

This location is inconsistent. You can order the same thing everyday and it will be cooked differently the coffee will not taste the same. I just had to dump a whole cup. The staff prioritizes walk ins so you will wait 15-20 mins for your mobile order, they are disorganized, and some staff is slow often on cell phones or having conversation's. Definitely don’t order an iced coffee, it is always watered down.I have Officially stopped going to this location even though it is the closest to me. I’ll drive the extra 5-10 mins for better service, better quality and when I order on the mobile app I can be assured it is done when I get there.

Slow service. They are constantly training new hires who barely speak English and you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee. Seven people behind the counter today and I waited 10 minutes in line (3 people ahead of me) and over 5 minutes after placing my order for ice coffee. Coffee was great but service needs to be better.

Worst Dunkin donuts in Pennsylvania. Waits are through the roof even if you order online expect to wait!! And God forbid they make your coffee right. We have decided to boycott this Dunkin as a business due to the lack of customer service, having to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and them not being able to get an order right. The staff is incompetent and hate their job.

They're trying, haha, remember when they used to make donuts every 4 hours and they had like 30 different kinds. Times ,,,they are a changing. They got the order in front of me wrong they got the order in back of me wrong, they got my order wrong, and they had an online guy standing there with bags full of food he didn't order LOL what a mess. Everybody got what they needed in the end sometimes you just have to laugh

I honestly didn't know that making a coffee (iced or hot) with extra cream and sugar and a shot of mocha would be so difficult for someone to understand but apparently it is at this Dunkin. I come in almost everyday and the only one that gets my order right is the dude that usually closes. Woman in the pink shroud should never be allowed to make coffee again if she's just gonna make it without hearing the entire order. I'm a couple of wrong orders away from going to the other Dunkin for my coffee, tea, etc... cause I'm annoyed and am not above making a scene. I'm not a women shamer whatsoever either but those women need to stop gossiping/looking at me with googly eyes and get my order right for once.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and took almost 15 mins to get it. She literally waited on everyone but me. People who came well after me got their food before me. She tried to offer a lame excuse when I expressed how I was mistreated and gave me free hash browns for the trouble. I don't know why I was treated so rudely, but it will never happen again because I will never return to this location. Would give zero stars if I could.
