I like this pilot! The staff are trucker friendly. They don't treat you like you are just good to spend hundreds of dollars at the pump then leave. Down to earth and are pro driver. Definitely a great place to park for the weekend. I recommend this one for sure!

Place is a disaster!! Showers are permanently broken! The design of the truck stop has one entrance/exit . Definitely need to add a 2nd exit!

20 truck parking spots seem to be blocked with construction trucks. Need to add 100 more truck parking spots here!!

Almost got stuck in and couldn’t leave. This truck driver parked in the middle blocking all trucks from leaving!

Excellent parking. There is almost always a place. Very friendly people. I had problems paying for the laundry. It was a day off, and the right people in the washing machine maintenance company did not respond to my requests. In this PILOT center, they returned the money I spent, treated me to free coffee and washed my clothes in another washing machine, for free. Everything was done very quickly and very pleasantly. Thank you, I recommend this place to everyone. I wish you all a good mood!

I've been here several times now. All pleasant experiences. Handicapped shower has a fully functional shower wand and drop down shower chair. Always seems to be clean. The Arby's is a good one but I swear the Arby's employees are robots, they never smile. The Arby's employees seem to be rather salty folks.
The driver parked next to use seems to think it's okay to toss his cigarette butts out the window. I was kind enough to place his butts on his step, you're welcome litter bug!

I do not appreciate being threatened just because I was the only female in the fuel area at the time by a male employee who claimed I was there for his hour long break.

Estes using fuel island as their own area for dropping and hooking trailers. Was blocked in for over 30 minutes. Will not be back. Avoid at all cost. Go to Brookville for much better facilities. Will not be blocked in by unprpfessionals there.

I stopped in for the night before heading towards Buffalo area and the staff at pilot is very nice for a late slow night. The Arby's was very nice and always ready to help and hot yummy food. Very friendly and hot food

Stop here every night to switch trailers with another driver from Virginia. Great place friendly staff. Decent amount of parking but it fills up relatively quickly. Don't usually like pilots but this is one of my favorites.

They advertise 10 cents off if you text them. I tried texting the advertised required phrase and I got a error message, no explanation, no direction what to do next, no help. It's a joke. If your company can't honor your advertised discounts, then you people are not someone to purchase from. I'll go across toe road to sheetz , they know what customer service means.

This property is filthy. Mens bathroom is a mess and truckers parking lot has trash all over. I was going to eat, shower, and park for the night but decided to just leave. C’mon Pilot, you can do better than this place. These places are my 2nd home and frankly this place doesn’t come close to making the grade.

I love pilot cooperate! They are business moguls and handle things accordingly. I will always respect that aspect of things. However the store employees are mostly angry for no reason and I believe it’s based on certain locations being understaffed so they’re already mad at doing the job of 3 people and anything will trigger them to get into it with a customer. Truckers are sometimes douches but not everyone of them is the same. You can’t continue to get mad or triggered because someone clearly needs help and asks for it politely. I would recommend More customer service/professionalism & training be conducted before and during employment because we spend 1000s of $ here every single week. That is enough money to atleast get good customer service anywhere isn’t it?Food for thought form a constructive criticizer. Stay blessed, keep fueling. I love the rewards program as well

It has all kinds of odds an ends they actually have alot of items for tractor trailer drivers. Head phones, tools, soaps n detergents,washers an dryers, showers for a fee, hot food an drinks an so much more.

This place needs to be investigated like walmart was and if found guilty which they are they need to be fined. Watch what your items ring up as. It's normally advertised on the shelves for less. They will adjust it if you say something

Gas is cheaper here than anywhere else in Dubois! The staff are great especially everyone that works late nights. Their gas pumps were slow last year but it's all fixed now.

Place is pretty tight, be careful backing at night, very low light in parking lot. Get out and look, there’s a slope while backing into spot. Get help if needed. Better of stopping at the flying J

I'm writing this while waiting for the slowest fuel pump I've ever seen fill up my tank. Also the machine immediately rejected my debit card for no reason and made me pay inside. Not the first time that has happened. Avoiding pilot stations from now on if I can help it.

Always a friendly well lit location to get snacks and gas they have all you would expect at a quick stop gas station and more. As well as Showers and other amenities for truckers when they are looking for a nice place to stop and refresh themselves after a long day of driving. And I believe they have plenty of parking out back of the building for the trucks but can't be sure. I've never been back there but can see all the trucks from the street. And if the Pilot food selection isn't enough for your appetite try the Arby's in the other side of the building not five feet away in the same lobby.

Drive all day just to come here to shower and rest only to have to wait over two hours for a shower. They have 15 showers!? I walked in and no one is even cleaning the showers or anything! Just standing around talking. The only reason I purchase fuel from Pilot is because of the free showers. I'll go else where from now on. (NEVER RECEIVED A SHOWER)

Filled up our motorhome at this pilot gas station on Wen. This week. The gas had water in It! 3 miles down the rd our new motorhome engine light came on. Turned around and went back had a diagnostic test done down the street from gas station. Manager said the engine had multiple Misfires!! After 3 bottles of heat to clean gas and running 2 full tanks of CLEAN gas it's still misfires! Called corporate got a claim number. Haven't heard back stay away from this gas station UPDATE! We took our motorhome to a dealer and cost us over 500 dollars for repairs! Still haven't heard anything from corporate from our claim. And probably never will.

Good customer service is so hard to find. I'm a truck driver. I walk in past the counter where two employees are, and no one greets me. After a couple of minutes, I am in front of the store and I say hello. No response by either employee. Then, I walk up to the counter to purchase my things, face to face, and the employee still doesn't greet me. Just starts ringing up my stuff with her head down. I finally say something about it to the employee, and her response was basically that she didn't know I was talking to her. Maybe I'm "old fashioned," but isn't part of customer service greeting the customers, especially if they're right in front of your face buying something? Lol smh

Very tight with little room to manœuvre parking lot, be careful if you park here, the risk that another truck driver damages your rig is high. Almost no room to u-turn at the end of the lot.

Mobile app for fueling isn't working no surprise when you see the location. The Arby's was still closed at 730am, it's supposed to be open at 7am. This has become a pattern at all pilot flying j locations recently. Obviously the manager is incapable of running this location. What a joke

This is not the tiniest Pilot, but getting a spot might be challenging depends on your arrival time.
I got in here at 6pm on Monday and there were like 15 free spots left and maybe 10 premium ones. So if you plan to arrive to this place after 8pm, you better reserve our go to a bigger place. Like Flying J on I-80 exit 173.
I also have noticed a lot of rookie drivers having a tough time while backing. GOAL at your rig 🙂
Friendly stuff, clean showers. Could be bigger, though.

EDIT: I forgot to add a word about NE corner of that lot. This place should be clutter free. I saw at least 10 semis stuck making u-turns within 2 hours because some ignorants parked there. Notice to management: paint yellow lines with 'No parking' sign.

You pay for premium wifi and They block the premium wifi you only get premium inside the store I got all bars in signal and I can't connect but you go inside the store wala you got internet out side the store you get only free wifi and now you are here for 10 hrs with no internet but they all ready have this money really I am 100% pilot client but I think is time to get a change I can't still here and this people taking my money .
