The store is large and spacious with an enourmous inventory of recognizable brands, fair prices, clean, neat and well lit environment. The staff was kind and did not follow me around the store while still being attentive and ready to help the customer. Parking can be a bit limited at certain times of the day but overall I had a great experience.

I went to the store to buy a bottle of fabric softener. First of all the bottles of tide that they usually sell for 13 to $12 is being sold for $28 they did not have no fabric softener but the little supposedly $1.25 bottles a fabric softener that they sell at Dollar Tree but sold them for $1.59 I thought that was too much because they're taking from one store and charging extra for what I could have gotten regular price. In stores they sell seasonally. Not here. Theres a little bit of everything. The attention is very good and friendly. I took a photo and he got me what I was looking for. The company, the store is very big. Wig, dyes, footwear, costume jewelry, cauldron, pots, china, whatever. Everything for the home. Get nail stuff. Gel polish enamel. Nail powder, retail monomer. Great. I will return another time.

This store has Everything You Need in a pinch !!!! It has household stuff, make up, jewelry, wigs, hair, hair products, snacks, bottled drinks (sodas), perfume/oils and temporary eye lashes to name a few. The staff will help those to make a correct decision when buying the hair/wigs. They are Highly recommended by the customers and hair dressers. I wish they had an option to shop online as t the same price!!!!

I be lived down the street from Spillane s Goods store for 35years. If there is something that has to do with hair-wigs,-tracks-hairpins-Barrett s-rinestones for hair-hair coverings for bedtime-caps for the street-barbers stuff,beautians stuff- hot combs-curling irons-nail stuff- stuff for home. If u need it he got it. I say that to say this try SPillANES for anything u need, I m sure u will be very .glad to be a neighbor to ya.

I hate shopping here but it s only one of two hair stores in the area. It s junky and the staff is rude and short with customers. Household products are way overpriced and so is their food items. I m convinced that people shop here out of convenience only. If I had anywhere else to buy my hair products I certainly would!

I initially gave this store 5 stars as they are my go to store as I work in Norristown. However today just 1 day prior to me being in the store and spending $100 on hair I was instructed to get out! I wrapped my scarf around my face as I forgot my mask and asked where my mask was? So as I proceed to the register to purchase one. As my plan was to purchase more hair, thats when the same gentleman who kindly rang me up yesterday told me to get out his store because the customers (maybe the one that walked by me with no mask or face covering at all) complained and feared their lives were endangered because I wrapped my scarf around my face. I will NEVER spend another $100+ in this store again. When a employee walks in my office with or without a face covering I dont bark at them I provide them with a mask or kindly advise they need one.

This store was a life saver during the state shut down. They carried EVERYTHING, from cleaning supplies to hair care products. I was able to get hair supplies to upkeep my hair. My only concern is the aisles are extremely long and extremely narrow. Its impossible to social distance. But the staff was very helpful and friendly.

If you need hair stuff wigs supplies braiding hair they have a decent selection. I have gone to this store multiple times and the customer service and flaky. I seen them kick people out and refuse to service a lady who wanted to purchase from them. I m not sure what led to either occasions but the owners said some pretty Nasty things. Just saying if someone scoops low don t go lower especially as a business

Love the store. Staff very friendly to me Every time I go in probably because I spend -$200 $300 every time I go in. The nice lady even cuts my lacefront wigs for me. Usually get a discount when I get several wigs. They always throw me a few free samples Wish they were open Sundays. I dont think the staff is rude due to the location I would say maybe its the customers who are rude. I would say it is in the ghetto area. Everyone knows that Asians arent going to deal with dramatic customers. Not being racist just saying. Overall the store and staff are great and I will definitely be a loyal customer Everyone should know there are no refunds on hair!! Almost every hair store has that policy.

most people shop there out of convenience due to their location. I do like that whenever I shop there I am able to find what I need. They even made key copies. However, I do not like that they sometimes follow pple around the store. I have not personally experienced rudeness from staff, but I have observed less than welcoming looks happening to others a couple of times. The store sometimes smells like dead rodents near the braiding hair, Ive even smelled it in the packs of hair. Not sure what it is. hair is reasonably priced, but household and grocery items are over priced.

Spillane a staple in Norristown... You can always find what you are looking for in Spillanes. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Store is clean with heat in the winter and cool in the summer. Staff are very respectful when taking payment for products and will place your change back in your hand. I truly appreciate their service.
