Drinks only couldn't get a sandwich or even a donut or muffin. And if you have to use a rest room forget they blocked it off so it can't be used. Not a good place to stop if you're from out of town.

The girls that have been working and running this store never open on time never have anything ready or prepared by time they open up and are rude. There’s 1 older lady who works here and she is the only one who seems to care about her job and tries to pick up the slack of the younger ones. I drive here from 30 minutes away because some of the times the bengals are great but as far as service sucks. There’s always people waiting outside and end up leaving because of them not opening when they are supposed to so your store loses a lot of business and gives this store a bad reputation

The worse Dunkin donuts. The never open on time. They say they open at 5 am and its 5:16 and Im still waiting outside like they think there the only ones that have to work. First we pulled into the lot and there were so many men hanging out in the lot and it felt very unsafe. There was no seating inside. They closed indoor seating. My husband went with 1 of my daughters to get a coffee and a bagel and they made the coffee wrong and the bagel was stale.

Dunkin may not have the most amazing food, but the staff more than make up for it. You can always count on friendly and helpful employees who make your experience enjoyable. This Dunkin is absolute garbage. The coffee is disgusting here. The employees do not know how to make coffee here. It s a shame because it use to be great. I order a large ice coffee with cream and liquid sugar. Needless to say they didn t make it correctly. I could not even drink it. Wasted yet another $4. I m done with this Dunkin.

Specifically my favorite Dunkin Donuts because in the morning I get a sm iced coffee and sometimes a breakfast (amazing iced coffee ever from this location) in the after I get a sm sweet iced tea no lemon (and 5% of the time it s a little to sweet) amazing. So I recommend this specific Dunkin Donuts in Norristown and good staff

Contrary to the other reviews,I personally will NOT go to any other Dunkin but this location. They make the ice coffee just right,not too sweet but not bland. They always make my egg and cheese wake up wrap like it should,not overcooking or burning it like other locations have.The few discrepancies Ive had the manager AND assistant manager have been incredibly easy to talk to and work with. Do I get a few powdered munchkins when I ask for only chocolate? Sure. But thats happened anywhere I go to dunkin,the employees have to work with whats available. So if your not much of a Karen or Kyle,this should be your go to place for coffee and donuts.

NOPE! Too many bad experiences! Question: How is it, that two people are behind the counter, there are no costumers except myself, there is no drive thru to create further distraction, yet still my order was incorrect. I wish you could give no stars. I ordered from this Dunkin Donuts three times on DoorDash and all three times they messed up. All time s I got two turkey sausage croissants with cheese and extra turkey sausage. No time have I got my extra turkey sausage. The first time my coffee was a little to sweet second time to sweet to drink,(pure sugar). Second time gave the wrong donuts and they was soaked from the sugar with a little coffee. I tried to give them a chance hoping they could get it right but again I was wrong. I will be going up there on my break to complain and hopefully get my money back. I just don t understand how you get it wrong 3 times when all you have to do is read what the person wants!!! Guess I ll go back to WaWa at least they get it right. I guess they hire people who can read.

I visited the location on December 19,2020 and ordered my food and coffee. After ordering I realized I forgot to mention almond milk instead and the lady caught an attitude and said Well I already made it and ill charge $1 more for almond milk. She refused to make another unless I paid more and I told her I wanted my money back. She was VERY rude and it made me no want to spend money there again ! I am a regular customer and spend countless amounts there on my commute to work. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with the service received. I will definitely share my experience with friends family and more!

People are gonna stop ordering coffee from you guys because you stopped sealing the drinks on delivery orders. Just as the customer want their food protected, they want their drinks protected as well. And when the delivery driver can literally remove the lid, the person who orders the coffee dumps it out and never order again. It doesnt take much to place the drink in a small bag and staple it.

Its hard to explain it,you how you go some where and employees treat you like your an inconvenience, well thats how I felt. The young lady spoke very bad English, but got earatated with me because I asked her to repeat herself. But when her girlfriend came in ...oh she and a co worker erupted with joy and conversations, so much so they ignored the other customers. They quickly prepare her and her sons ordered, before people that were already waiting. They received the customers service that the rest of the customers only wish they had.not sure what is needed to help this location.

Friend and quick staff. But.. they had their bathrooms blocked off YEARS before COVID, which is a health code violation. I know WHY they did it, because they have day workers outside in the morning, so I can only assume there must have been an issue. That being said, it still isnt right.

As much as i like dunkin employees there did not wear their masks properlya and the one girl did not even wear it when filling orders. And their idea of cleaning seems to also be spraying febreze in the air. I will not change my rating until this is rectified If i have to wear a mask to shop, they need to wear one while working
