Excellent experience at this Dunkin location! Very friendly staff. I needed to work out of the cafe area for a few hours and really appreciated how kind they were. Food/drink service was quick too and the store is very clean. Thanks for making my morning/afternoon!

Took 15 minutes to get my order and after leaving and biting into my bagel..... butnt!! Why would you serve that. Only 1 side was burnt and the other wasn't even toasted. Not happy at all and will go elsewhere in the future.

I've been going to this Dunkin' for the past seven years. In the past seven years, there has been a lot of turnover, but I can always remember the ones that take notice of regulars. There was a woman named Sabrina, she was great and always was friendly and offered to let me try different drinks. Then, there was a woman with red hair that was super nice. Since before Christmas, I've been served daily by Tony and his crew. They know my order and when they see my car, start it, I know this because one time I switched it up on them!! They are very personable and know greet me by name. There is also another guy there, that is super friendly and outgoing. I don't know his name but my mom and his share a birthday! These two bust their butts there daily (I joke that they don't get days off!) and especially when the others don't show up for work, they are still there with a smile! They are now apart of my morning routine! Thank you !!!

Decent location and not far from the thruway if you are passing through. It wasn’t dirty inside but it wasn’t clean either. We were grateful for a restroom and some coffee.

There was one other person inside and no other patrons. It was difficult to get the attention of the workers and have them take your order. There were 3 people working and they didn’t seem to be looking for customers or in a hurry to help you once they saw you. A 5 minute stop quickly turned into 15, kind of annoying. Luckily the coffee was good and fresh. I tried the brown sugar cream cold brew. It was refreshing, sweet and the pick me up I needed to continue on my drive. This place is ok in a pinch. Def not a destination.

A lady with red hair seemed to be the only person working in the store at the time. When I pulled up to the drive thru she was sitting down smoking a cigarette and quickly put it out when she seen me pull up. I had to wait for her to go back inside and take my order (which I didn’t realize until I got to the window). After I pulled up to the window I had to wait longer than I expected too being as though I was the only person in line when I first pulled up. Walked in and had to wait 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us and could take our order . while the drive through had someone attending to it and 3 other people were filling door dash orders. In store customers get no priority

Do NOT stop at this Dunkin. Today was the final straw, sat at the drive thru for twenty minutes just to say that I had a mobile order. No one answered so we drove around to the front. No one was there and the drive thru window was wide open. Tried calling like 10 minutes without any answer.

This is probably the worst Dunkin Ive been to. Not only do they get our order wrong constantly, they ignore instructions on orders sent in through door dash and arent friendly. They do not care about the customers whatsoever. I would really like to a manager to reach out but that will probably never happen.

I ordered a frozen coffee (original) and the person at the window gave me a frozen mocha. I told him it wasn t what I ordered and they remade a new one. When he gave it to me, it looked dark and I asked if it was still mocha, and he told me no. I asked again if he was sure because it looked darker than normal. He insisted it wasn t mocha. I get home, and it s mocha. Don t doubt me, I know my coffee lol. But disappointed he didn t listen to me. Had to go to a different Dunkin to get what I asked for.

This Dunkin Donuts is not the easiest to get to, requiring a little patience as the light to turn into it can be Troublesome if its crowded or during rush hour. Also, the parkinglot is cramped...almost making the actual entrance to the store seem non-existent. The staff works fast, but Ive been given the wrong order on numerous occassions. Overall, I wish I could give this DD 5 stars as its so close to my house, but with only a Wawa only half a block away, it has no competition and yet still makes me regret going there at times.

I had the best Frozen Hot Chocolate I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts at this location in Norristown! It was great! Perfectly made with lots of whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top!

Its actuall a negative..I will never go to #DunkinDonuts @dunkindonuts .. I stood for about 10 mins bfre I had to say Hello..(although the guy watched me come in the store) ... Then as i ordered my items the cashier did not ring my order properly so my bagel was barely toasted and as he was speaking spanish (im thinking he talking to a coworker he was on his cell phone) he begins to speak English then says these ni$$ers came in the store and started in spanish again while he saw me standing there.... when he realized I was still there he goes back into spanish using the word Negra seriously Manager said nothing he was walking back and forth... Im like nope not gonna come here again... meanwhile the same guy talking also watched me walk in the store to the counter.. its was 2 women and 2 men working.. 1 hispanic(sandwich station) other 3 indian working drive thru no one was watching the front counter...

The immigrants that work there dont appreciate the melonated customers nor the colored person that works there! They told him to wear a hat, but all of the immigrants didnt wear hats. I was the only person in the store and there were 3 immigrants there talking while I stood at the register waiting to be served for more than 2 minutes. No one should be supporting these immigrant businesses...

I come here because its on the way to work, but I definitely wont stop by again. purchased 6 bagels. they charged me 4 dollars for cream cheese. very unhappy and disgruntled ppl who work here, and Im sure theyre the owners! ..... Cant understand the drive thru operator. Told them Ill drive around and go in. Literally have to drive around, go back on busy street and try to make a left turn. They have one part of my order ready, thinking thats all I wanted. Im about to finish my order and the guy tells me the credit card machine is down. I only have $10 on me and I knew it wasnt enough for what I wanted to order. Im trying to ask the guy what I can afford. He looks at me and repeats something I didnt say. In retrospect I believe he was also talking to his coworker via headset, but didnt tell me- I was very confused and a little annoyed by the lack of customer care. Yes, this location is extremely convenient on my commute to work, but honestly not worth the hassle. Im better off finding a starbucks that is out of the way.

Stopped on a road trip for coffee and bathroom, womens room was locked, mens room had no soap. Alerted the employee, he said he didnt have the key to the soap dispenser. Stopped on the way back through four days later.... Same issue. Coffee is hot. Do not recommend for bathroom breaks.
