Extremely friendly staff, clean store, and beverage made perfectly. Also easy to locate as a random stop off the highway. Best part was seeing the pride flag from the steet which the barista says stays up all year. Very proud and satisfied patrons today!

They almost forgot to give us my boyfriend’s pike coffee. Then, it was so hot they doubled the cup and in doing so, the lid popped right off and burned his lap to the point of almost blistering. There is literally no need for your coffee to be that hot, that it was still burning hot 10 minutes later he hasn’t been able to drink it.

Too many mistakes on multiple occasions. Yea tastes like water, another time they made my hot drink with ice, another occasion my venti cup was underfilled. Sub par for the $$

I just got a coffee from the Audubon location. Placed my order with Shanda. Her voice was soo pleasant and warm and so were her eyes, it really made my day!! Thank you for Shanda there, Starbucks, please, she is a keeper!

I typically use the drive through at this location. It moves quickly and is very convenient. The location of the Starbucks is great. Right off of the road. There is no other traffic really going into the parking lot there, as they are off to the side without any other stores. Easy quick location.

I was only in this Starbucks for a few minutes to get a cup of tea but the staff was very courteous and attentive. I was greeted as soon as I entered and I was acknowledged as soon as I approached the register. Great job!

There were six staff inside serving but there was no service really speaking! But they only seem to prioritize drive-ins and mobile orders. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get order of two lattes only after I went back to the desk to remind the girl at the counter I had ordered. She had forgotten to put my order in the queue itself.

So when you make a point to park and come inside they still make you wait for all the 100 drive thru orders to be filled before they make your order!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Great ambiance, ideal mix and ample seating options. They always seem like they have sufficient staff working as opposed to some Starbucks locations and manager Dex and Ty went above and beyond when I needed to make a last min gift purchase, they patiently waited till about 5-10min after closing and even helped me accumulate a few items including a drink in order to reach a certain star level. Starbucks needs more employees like Dex and Ty.

I have tried to mobile order multiple times - always a complication ... usually it isn t ready on time. I went in a few times (months ago) and was overcharged. The drive through is extremely slow moving. The employees seem nice enough but I dislike the location itself due to repeated issues. Some mornings as I get ready for Work, I think oh I could treat myself to a starbucks today then I remember all the mistakes at this location and choose Wawa instead.

I moved here in the fall, sad to leave the area where I had been a regular for years. Maybe because they were training people for the new store to open, at first it wasn t always excellent. Lately it has been consistently good and today two different people were great (one on the phone and one in the drive thru). Thanks!

Starbucks has become noisy with their new industrial design. Feels like a big box store. More and more space seems to be used as office space with people taking up tables with one coffee for hours. I ve found a local coffee shop which is cozy, warm, quieter and people who need office space are in a separate, quieter room. More relaxed atmosphere.

I usually have good service,but I went around 6a and the line was entirely too long. A car ended up leaving,and I was about to as well until the car in front of me moved up. And then the long wait continued again. So by the time I got to the window,I assumed maybe ,its due to the food and drinks not being ready. Yet, once I got to the window and they took my payment,and gave me my coffee WITHOUT a stopper. He then tells me,my food is going to take a couple mins. So now I am beyond annoyed,especially because I literally waited 13 mins in line and was late for my job that is around the corner. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the food was good .

I came in through the drive thru this morning, and this location was fantastic! The woman who took my order was very friendly. When I got to the window, I was greeted by Dee, who was also very friendly. She engaged in conversation with me given the dreary weather as I waited for my salted caramel mocha (which was also fantastic!) At 8:30 in the morning, it was refreshing to hear/see the staff in such a positive mood! It certainly made my morning better :)

Sandwich was great and hot. The caramel ribbon crunch was by far the worst Ive EVER had at any Starbucks. It was 2 quarters foam, 1 quarter whipped cream and 1 quarter coffee flavored ice. The WORST!!! The 2 stars is for the sandwich and zero for the drink. $6 for ice....
