This is not specific to the local store, I'm sure they're lovely people, but this is a review of how terrible the corporate website is in general and order pickup. Nothing like multiple outstanding authorizations against my credit card right before Christmas with no actual sale having taken place. Oh, and customer service now goes 100% to voicemail telling you to email them and they'll get back to you when they feel like it. Talk about a Grinch of a company. Makes me really want to avoid them 100% in the future in favor of a more competent digital storefront. And we wonder why local stores are losing business to Amazon even when you go out of your way to support local businesses.

Compared to other locations, this store's yarn supply is very limited. Check online for stock availability if you're looking for a particular yarn.

Good items but when you call to check on an order no one answers the phone. I waited twice for ten minutes and once for twenty minutes. No one even said I’ll be with you or sorry to keep you waiting. Since they allowed the call to remain on hold I hung up. Not good customer service!

First time visit & favorably impressed. Wide range of products enabled us to find varied things we needed. One-stop shopping enhanced by superb coupon offers. Cashier very helpful, as was employee on the floor. Will surely return.

This joanns feels real little and dark but they did a great job getting everything in there! The employees are lovely! The person who helped me at the cutting counter told me the price of everything and made sure it was okay before trimming! And the cashier, upon hearing I didn't bring a coupon, helped me get one on my phone in like 30 seconds!

I am a papercrafter at heart. This store is not for papercrafters! They have a VERY SMALL papercraft section, most of which is Cricut. I am also am a beginning sewer. Their fabric selection is nice but not as big a selection as some of the other Joanns. Its a smaller store so they dont carry as much. That being said the sales people are friendly once they get to know you

I still think that the Wayne location has a better selection of fabric and crafts and is easier to navigate. But this location is usually pretty well stocked with decent selection and Im getting used to where everything is, since its way more convenient for me.

I dont have the talent to sew something from scratch, but was looking for some lace for a project Im working on. The two ladies that helped me couldnt be nicer or more knowledgeable! Hannah was great walking me thru getting a coupon on their website & the women who cut my lace knew so many of the other customers, it made me wish I was a regular! The other thing to know is this store has wonderful products, displayed nicely & for a great prices. Check it out, it will be a pleasant shopping experience!

Employees are amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Asked how I was going to complete my project with fabric and offered some alternative best practices if I ran into trouble. Asked me things I didnt think of...had to make a costume for my daughters project due the next day. Costume turned out great. Thanks.

During quarantine, I was making a large amount of face masks, so I needed a lot of supplies. However, I am one of those people who is more susceptible to viruses and such, so I could not go in. I have been finding fabric and supplies online and picking it up through curbside pickup. This Joanns location has been so quick with filling my orders. It has been wonderful! There are a few other locations in the area who have been sitting on my orders and now they are sold out of the fabric I was looking for. First, I want to say that THIS Joanns is really one of the great ones! The people here really work hard to make sure they keep giving us great service. But I also want to say that they are truly an ESSENTIAL business during this quarantine. People should treat them that way now and when the quarantine is over. What I mean is that people should be THANKFUL that they are there and that they are open. I cant even go into the store, let alone work there! I, for one, really appreciate them doing everything that they do, especially during quarantine! Thank you!!

As always the service in this location is stellar. I wish the yarn selection leaned more toward the natural fibers and included a wider variety, but the fabric section is diverse and well maintained at this location
