I hate to say this because I love Marshalls but this was the nastiest store I have ever set foot in. There were so many items out of place, mismatched shoes in boxes, clothing all over the floor, and actually broken items still for sale... I was very disappointed by the LACK of cleanliness in the store, even witnessed a gentleman who I thought might be the manager just walking around - I think he was "watching" a possible shoplifter maybe, but did absolutely nothing else while I was there, literally walking over shoes in the aisle and clothing on the floor. I was so disgusted there, I didn't even buy anything. The lack of disregard for the overall presentation of the store blows my mind. Never again will I visit that store and I can assure you I am a LOYAL Marshalls shopper!!

My review is for the front desk/check out. I was never greeted, the employees stayed in a conversation instead of checking me out, the employee was very slow, distracted, didn't thank me after I paid. I guess I interrupted her social time. Very poor customer service. Do better Marshall's!

One of my favorite place to shop .they have nice collection, reasonably priced items, wide range of brands to choose. Best part they get new stocks frequently.

I come here specifically for items that I need for vegan recipes like coconut oil and turmeric. It cost about 40% less than what you would pay in a high-end grocery store.

Very friendly staff for the most part. I just needed some nice bourbon scented men's soup preferably srub exfoliating type with the friction beads in it. Couldn't find that specific item however, the cleanliness of the store. The decently sized plethora (men's selection pales in comparison to the amount of women's items available). That and the organization is refreshing and encourages one to shop lol. However for men I'd probably pass to be honest. Over all a solid store however. Just not much for men especially men over 34 waist size, Over shoe size 10 , or over the size large for shirts.

They have so much stuff! We're having a little girl now after our son, so we need to get a lot of girl clothes and they have a great amount of choices! We also get alot of clothing for our 15 month old but as well! They have a good amount of toys for them and pretty much most things you would need for a baby, besides big furniture. They have household items and clothing for men and women as well! Over all we found it a good priced one stop shop for the family

In the Norristown, PA store on 2/17/24 at around 5:30-5:45 pm, a female employee was being spoken to by a male who was seemingly her superior. He was speaking on the sales floor near the childrens toys about an issue he was having with her. He was saying No, stop when she tried to speak and was directing her to show him where items were supposed to go in the store. This conversation was not being had in an appropriate manner as this was not a professional or respectful way to speak with an employee. This conversation was able to be heard by a number of customers in that area of the store. I was extremely disappointed by my experience and the management of this location. I do not plan on returning to this location and left the store due to this experience. There are better ways to handle conflicts than how this man chose to.

i am not one to write negative reviews, I never do it, I dont like putting down businesses.... normally I go and find fantastic deals, however tonight when I went I went in for a few specific things. i found a quilted comforter that I fell in love with. marked in clearance for $20, what a deal for a queen comforter. also found 2 vases with flowers in them, also on clearance. I got to the register and they told me they were incorrectly marked and they could not sell them to me. telling me even though it was a mistake by one of their employees and its on them, they cant sell them for that price... I understand that maybe they cant sell then that discounted but they never offered to do anything even though it was their mistake..

Post pandemic, retail and restaurants generally lack enough employees. Yesterday, I had an amazing shopping experience with a sales associate and cashier named Destiny. I was looking for a smaller bag for daily essentials and AirPod equivalents for my new job. Destiny walked me around the store, helped me find what I needed, was extremely sweet and had great follow up questions to help me find what I was looking for. 5/5, I will def be back! Thanks Destiny!

Honestly this Marshalls is like really really good and it s also close to a bunch of stores so if you can t find something you re looking for there so you can go to a bunch of other stores as well and they have a bunch of creamy sweet stuff some people may not like sweet I don t like sweet either but like some of the sweets are so tasty and they have a bunch of fidgets there for the kids love fidgets and they also have a bunch of face supplies they also had a hallow kitty facemask which grown-ups can also use and kids can also use so I really love their honesty

For the time of year l went it was a few days before Christmas and what l wanted they didnt have. But the woman l asked for help said she would ask if what l was looking for they still had. I liked the cleanliness of the exterior & interior of the building. My cashier was great & my only complaint was how the clothing was set up and I had difficulty finding the correct sizing. The clothing sizing was choppy, so I walked in circles to find what I was looking for.

Marshalls is always quality stuff at a discounted price. The selection of clothing today was not as good as it usually is but I found a couple pairs of shorts and a tee shirt I liked for a good price. They sell name brands and even have the price that it would cost somewhere else as well as their discounted price
