If I could give this store no stars I would . The store itself is nice and clean but the Manager that was there today 7/19/2024 at 12:50m was very nasty and rude to the coca-Cola guy that was delivering them products. She refuse to scan the product if it wasn’t in order she way she wanted to be . She told him if he didn’t want to do it her way then leave with a very nasty attitude. He explained that’s the way it’s done it doesn’t have to be in order , whatever way they take it off the truck is how they scan no big deal . She told him to take about 6 crates of sodas back and leave . Had to call his company just to be verified that it didn’t have to be in order . It bothered me so bad I asked her if she was having a bad day cause she was very rude and nasty . Her own employee asked if she was ok? She needs to go to training to learn how to speak and deal with customers.

Would not use this dollar tree again would not let me exchange one item bought at another dollar tree store because they said it has to come from there store only because of inventory . Really , was laughed at at by clerk and manager when walking out the door.
Do better . Went to another dollar tree and exchanged item no problem. That clerk said yes they have heard people say that they can't exchange or even get credit for items brought back not even as policy states an even exchange for orher merchandise.This is only at the dollar tree on Germantown pike Not a good business practice .
Are they independent of other dollar trees ?

I love dollar tree, but not this one. Employees were so rude. All four that I came across while i was there. They did NOT want to be there. One employee negatively spoke about my 3 year old to the four customers in line, in front of me. The cashier said- "Can you imagine being a kindergarten teacher and having to deal with that all day?" Obviously, these employees do not have children, and should not work in a place where they may come in contact with kids. I mean, they do sell toys there, which means they may see a few kids. And if you having to check me out bothers you, then get a different job. I hope they can find happiness!

Very nice exterior Dollar Tree, but the inside looks an ordinary Dollar Tree.

Over priced Eggos, but for a $1.25 you can get a large Snickers ice cream bar, which I find to be a good price.

This Dollar Tree Store near the Fairview Plaza is a nice clean well stocked store. The young man who checks you out is very polite and helpful. Ive been in a few other Dollar Tree Stores but not as nice as this one. Thank you for being there.

I love going to the dollar tree, because everything is a dollar or less. Today I went there for mothers day cards. They were 2 for a dollar, you just cant beat those prices. When I was there I also picked up solar stake lights for only a dollar each. Any other store you would spend at least 3 to 4 dollars per light. The only bad thing about this store is that I go there for a certain product and while Im in the store I just cant help myself from buying more than I came for. Half the time I have so many things in my hands that I end up dropping a thing or two. They do have baskets but since I only go for one or two things I never grab one and sure enough Im juggling items in my arms trying not to drop any of my many products I carry to the register

This Dollar Trees location is my all time favorite of all the nearby stores. Staff are very pleasant. This store, its rare when stock boxes are in the aisles. Its also kept clean.

I purchased a set of porcelin plates, cups, saucers, and bowls at the Germantown Pike and Park Ave store. The cashier, Sharon, was annoyed that I asked her to please wrap them in paper saying that they were not glass. She was so upset that she did not say thank you nor the token have a nice day. Her poor customer service and bad attitude make me question returning to this location.

Person in front of me was buying a full cart, buying in bulk. You don t need to scan each, and every individual item. I was a cashier for 5 years. You press the # of items, then quantity button, then scan the item. Also 8 customers in that line with no other registers open, but other employees were filling shelves. The most important thing a store can do is getting customers in and out.

This is by far one of the worst dollar tree store I have been to. Rude employees. I came to exchange 2 baskets that I had bought in a dollar tree up the road for a different color, the employee asked me if I had a receipt which I did not, but the tags were still attached to the baskets, she told me since I did not buy it there I could not return/ exchange the merchandise there. She then went and got a scanner and scanned the tags and told me nothing was coming for them, and she never saw those baskets before. I walked around the store and found the same baskets that I wanted to exchange. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, I will definitely never return to this location again.

Although theres a Dollar Tree 3.5 miles from our home, my significant and I decided to visit the new Dollar Tree 6 miles from our home. As we entered the store it was very dead, no music, no greeting or any acknowledgment we were there! So i said to the sales person/cashier hello, how are you? She responded very blah and it was no different when she was checking us out. Oh not to mention, the other salesperson didnt want to be there either! Point: they made a bad first impression for your new location! If you dont want to interact with the public, then find another job because customer service plays a major role in the success of your company. We still love the Dollar Tree, but will NOT visit that location again.
