The staff was pleasant except for the manager who left her light on & walked away,, but the gentleman was kind. He offered to ring me up as the lady went to get change. This place was wow! Why is this acceptable in this community (see pictures)? Way too many empty shelves, very small selection of items to choose from. There was plenty of things that needed to be stocked (cart was in the floor), but nobody was putting it out. I do understand they're understaffed (help wanted signs were hanging), but maybe think about the pay? I'm not impressed with this location. Even the school supplies section was scarce. School is right around the corner! I was not impressed & the amount of space they have is way more than what they're giving this community! I was taken back! I have NEVER seen a Dollar Tree looking like this. Too many shelves empty or looking empty. Nothing pulled to the front of the shelves.

I personally love $ stores. I managed one and I know it is alot of work. Sometimes it is clean and the isle's are clear and other times not. They have a nice guy that works there. I'm still going to go shopping there

Whthout fail this dollar store closes early all of the time. No other dollar store in this area does this. I get off work at 9 and i don’t make it here unril 9:30 and every single day they close. You’re supposed to close at 10. This is absolutely insane. What time do you REALLY close??

Huge store, with a very lazy management. Just hiding in the office and only 1 cashier during busy hours. Most of the days will runout of almost everything and loosing so much potential revenue. Need asap change of managers and employee more people which actually wants to work and knows how to make order for the store. Thanks

I go there for cards, candles, sandwich bags, markers. Stuff like that. The store is clean and neat. Well organized and well stocked with what I need. Cashiers are friendly. Cant beat 1.25 for some of the items they have.

I like Dollar tree and Im loyal to them more than any other Dollar store but this particular one requires receipts to return anything which other ones dont and the sighted reason is because the region / neighborhood is such that they say theres a lot of shoplifting and therefore they dont take anything back without a receipt. So I bought less because I couldnt return the things I didnt need.

It was ok. The outside could have used a good clean up. Trash was everywhere, all in the shrubs & whatnot. The outside is just as important as the inside. Staff was nice; answered a few questions, cordial to the customers, etc.

Store was nice once it first opened. Now its just bad. Super dirty in the store and trash everywhere in the parking lot. Store seems to make up its own hours. Had to run to grab peroxide, figured Id go here since its right down the street. Store was still close when it was 5 mins past open. If you happen to catch them when they are open, good luck trying to find what you need since 80% of the shelves are empty. Either switch management or just change it to another store . Store is there just to be there

Although they have low prices, good luck finding what you need. Everytime I shop there, at least half of the shelves are empty & even though I am only in there for a few items, it never fails that at least one item, every time, is out of stock

I went 2 times since open. Both times I found the store filthy, dirty with boxes Everywhere! They didnt have 2 of the 3 things I needed!!! I hope to Never go there again!!!

This store needs serious help and intervention. How the heck do you plan to keep any customers at all..gee what kind of management is running it. If you dont keep steady hours or have 15 customers standing outside waiting for you to open like today and after 10 minutes after you were to open you post temporary closed with customer still waiting for you to open. . you did not know that head of time.. sorry as a person who ran business and package stores in California. This is a quick fast way of not opening up again.and closed for good. Poor management and poorly effective oneswill become the demise of the store.and force it closed for good

Seem to have a high turnover rate in their staffing. Probably due to a lack of pay. At times I have found some shelves cleared out but they do a decent job with what I believe they have. Customer service could be better, with a brighter attitude and pleasantries but I suppose thats a pay issue again.

Love Dollar Tree - tons of stuff, all for a buck. This one is huge, double tons of stuff. Good staff, and unlike some Trees, this one actually follows covid safety procedures, which for now is a necessary evil... Anyway, shop here - the place rocks!
