horrible customer service. The pharmacist should be fired - they have no idea what they are doing - rude, always makes mistakes. I hope they close this location for good.

The store is nice and well stocked but the pharmacy department is absolutely horrible. I dealt with this pharmacy for years up until the last 6 months. No one in the pharmacy answers the phone, you will spend 15 minutes just trying to call in and they will often pick up and hang up. I now have my medications sent to the location in Audubon. My son had medication sent over to this location today (despite me telling the Doctor to send it to Audubon); I have spent the last 10 minutes trying to call in and have been hung-up on/disconnected twice. If/when you DO finally get through to the pharmacy, majority of the staff are miserable. The pharmacy hasn't been the same since Bill left years ago.

Our experience tonight was awesome. Not only did we find what we needed, but the two women who were stocking and running the register helped with my son who has autism and made him feel so happy. I would go out of my way to come to this store.

This evening I was in the store to pick up a few things and I handed the cashier Margie an 20.00 dollar bill ( the date on the bill was from 2003) she said to me “this is an old one do you have another one”? I said no I don’t she then said “I don’t think the reader will read it” there was a line of people behind me! She then hold up the bill to the light and held it close to her face to read it meanwhile I’m standing there embarrassed due to the fact of the line behind me, and she made me feel like a criminal! There was nothing wrong with my 20 dollar bill after all that! Unbelievable rude employee and she never said I’m sorry, not one word no thank you at all. Seriously will not recommend this store to anyone!

Very friendly staff. But the pharmacist ( Asian) I don’t remember his name. But he’s very rude and very abrupt. I came for my Covid shot (second dose) and I was told I could come in anytime. I come in the next day and now he tells me I have to wait 3 weeks. I didn’t have a date on my slip but I come in and he writes a date for my second dose but couldn’t just give me my Covid shot.

So there's this cashier who works there. He's worked there forever. If you've ever been in the store, you can't miss him; he is the most miserable human being I've ever met. He is depression given human form. Anyway I just walked out because, when I went to the counter after waiting behind two other people, he mumbled to me, "I just wish everybody would go home." I responded with a disbelieving "what?!" and he repeated himself. I asked if he was talking about me, and he said, "no, just everybody." Apparently, he is unaware of the fact that I am included in the set labeled, "everybody." I told him that I wouldn't bother him anymore with my pesky business and started to leave. He panicked and began desperately making excuses and I told him that he shouldn't talk trash about customers TO THE CUSTOMERS.
I'm never going back in to that place as long as that living sadness is employed there.

I would give zero if I could. Expect to waste some time here because they are not helpful. Have your prescription filled elsewhere. This place will have you waiting in line, doesn't matter if you go inside in person or wait in the drive-thru. AND if you do fill your prescription here you may be waiting 4 days for them to actually fill it. Today was a third time that happened to me. I'll be moving to pharmacy that actually cares and has responsive employees. PS, Yes I already tried to customer service line and it wasn't useful.

Seriously you'd expect an actual pharmacy retailer to be good at getting scripts and effective with transactions. But no they had this slow old lady that seemed to have no type of pharmaceutical distribution experience. She was slow as hell and was rude. The other pharmacy workers filing out the script bottles cared nothing of how many people were waiting. Definitely changing where my scripts go for my family. I cant deal with stupidity

Pharmacy staff was helpful and able to get my RX filled within 30 min. Unfortunately, the store is so bare in many isles. I needed 3 things, toothpaste, mouthwash & ibuprofen. There were 5 bottles of ibuprofen on the shelf, so I decided not to get the PM version and moved on to the mouth care isle and again bare shelves. They had a handful of different crest products and sensodyne. It was not my normal pick, but I settled. Mouthwash was just as sad. Bare shelves and few choices. It seems like this store is in the process of being closed. Hopefully this will improve because this is the closest pharmacy to my home.

I was contacted via the automated voice service that my prescription was ready for pick up but when I arrived I was told by the pharmacist that they did not have any of the medication ready for me. When i asked why i received the call I was told he had no idea.

I have to give them a 1 star because Google requires that to leave at least a one star to leave a review. This place is horrible. My mom went here to get her third covid vaccine and they never acknowledged her at all. The fact that they helped other white guys that came in 10 minutes after her is horrible. I was on the phone with her while she waited. Boone ever even said anything to even acknowledge that they would help her. Very horrible experience for my mom. I hope Boone will ever go here if you are a person of color

I came to Rite Aid for my Covid Vaccination part 3. Noone even acknowledged me at all. Two guys entered after me and were assisted immediately. I was there 15 minutes before these two guys. Noone said I will be with you shortly or even looked at me period. The treatment I received at this pharmacy was horrible. I give them a 0 star. I will not recommend this pharmacy to any person at all! Did I approach any worker? The answer is no because it is their job to ask me if they can help me. I will not set foot in this store. A gentleman was right in front of me on a computer and I stood right at the sign in front of him that instructed me to stand here to be assisted. Very horrible experience!

This Rite Aid is very convenient. The cashiers and pharmacy staff are all friendly. Its not the fanciest drug store, but its clean overall and has everything I need. I also really like the RediClinic in the back for quick medical visits (strep test, etc.). There is never a wait, and you are in and out quickly.

This place is a little secret... it is so clean and everybody there is so helpful. I always end up buying more stuff than what I went in there for - if you watch their specials, you can get great buys! Rite aid tissues - best as the name brand ... and cost way less!
