Great products and prices and the best customer service at this store. No matter what you buy, they carry it to your car for you. My membership pays for itself in just a trip or two. Non members can still shop here, they just don't get the extra discount. If you cook or bake or even make jello shots for parties, this is the place for you.

Do you like to cook? Do you enjoy the process of creating a meal and expressing your passion with food? Go here. No, seriously. If a professional kitchen needs it, they have it. If the backyard enthusiast wants it, they probably have, and waaaaay cheaper than an Online store. I wanted two new chef knives for my cooking, one for meats, one for veggies. I got two commercial quality tools for under $10. I cook with cast iron quite a bit and wanted metal turners. 2 for under $5. If you live anywhere close, shop the online stores then hit their website and price-match. My wife says I can't go back unattended, and if I do, I have to leave my credit card at home.
Update: still love this place. Friendly & helpful staff and a vast selection make for an enjoyable experience.

Do not go here! The management are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They are 100% racist and will laugh at you and not show you products if they believe you cannot afford them. Please read the other reviews. They seem to have the ability to delete the reviews pointing this out, there a still a few others however if you scroll down.

This place is a dream for restaurant owners!. It's clean, organized, has so many options for all types of restaurant needs and smallwares. If they had perishables, I wouldn't use my regular vendor at all. (They do have dry goods, such as spices and dressings). One huge bonus is the ability to order items online for pick up. I will sometimes run out of a few things and be able to order it, pay for it, and have an employee or family member pick it up without having to go through the process of explaining where to find it in the store. It's a life saver in a pinch. Lastly and most importantly, the staff is super accommodating, and they insist on loading your car for you. Jeremy is always very nice to me, and I believe the other gentleman's name is Greg who always helps me tremendously. Thank you for opening this location!!

The people in charge of delivering your orders have a very bad attitude. They serve reluctantly...the person who helps load into the vehicle puts the boxes askew (it seems as if he had never known Tetris) the truth is its not pleasant so if you go, be prepared.

My father who doesnt speak fluent English has been mocked out of the store for pointing out the mislabeled price. Used to shop here for multiple busineses I operate, the staff hates admittimg their mistakes even if theyre wrong. (ex. mislabeled pricing) If you bring it upto them, you better be white or youll be laughed out of the location. I will never shop here and will notify Asian owned groceries and businesses to never shop here as well.

Awesome place..used to go belong to the restaurant depot, but the restaurant store is so much better. I got the membership, which is optional, yet beneficial for me because I food prep so much. Very reasonable price at $50/year with discount perks. Nice size store with all of the things you need

Staff are great, was a slight bit disappointed I bought one ( 1 ) can of soup and was charged for a case. I know an honest mistake but if I didnt catch it I could of been out fourty bucks. Over all a nicely keep store.
