First off, I would like to say the staff were great throughout the whole visit. The experience - was questionable at most. We came in old cold day, seeking refreshment and replenishment. The donuts were easy, no trouble. Munchkins? Trouble. We asked for 25, and they said we had only one flavor. Not ideal, but whatever. After they packed them, we saw a whole rack of munchkins with every flavor imaginable. There was more trouble to come, we ordered a simple coffee and it turned out troublesome. First, they didn’t put the flavor shot in it and it was really dark. After they did that, it was still bad and was really dark. Finally after putting more milk in it was fine. Do better!

Most of the time I don't bother stopping anymore because for some reason they can NEVER seem to get my order right no matter how simple, from a very clear no egg on my bagel or an extra pump of caramel swirl in my coffee. Not worth the aggravation in the morning!! It can't be that hard to pay attention

This is the third time I went to this store. Ordered ice coffee. Received a cup of ice with cream. Dumped it in my cold cup didn't even have a half of cup of coffee. It was all ice and cream. Didn't even taste like coffee. Choose a different store don't go to the one on Ten Rod Road. They don't know how to make coffee.

Very rude. Blonde blue eyed older lady tossed a wasp at me through the drive through. A WASP. Then looks at me laughs and goes oh sorry and slams the drive through window. I was genuinely appalled and she shrugged and walked away. Then laughed the the blue eye silky brown blonde hair girl in the back. I’m allergic to wasps and COULD HAVE BEEN STUG. when the other woman came back to give me my order I asked if that seriously just happened and they treated me like a Karen … that’s so disgusting. We come and do art in the cafe, employees have always been kind, patient, and willing to help when needed. I get an odd order, a coffee milk in a cup of ice with cold foam on top, which has been met with many different reactions across the land of Dunkin's, but this location is especially patient and didn't make me feel bad.

The avocado toast is a nice addition to the menu, and finally an attempt at offering a vegan choice on the menu. I asked why the picture on the board shows 2 slices, but you only receive one. The server said that when you order the add on, roasted tomato or bacon, that you get 2 slices. As a vegan, of course I'm not going to order the bacon. I only received one slice, even though I paid the same price for the roasted tomatoes as I would if bacon had been added. When I asked why I didn't get the 2nd slice, the server said, I don't make the rules, hun. You have to order both add-ons. (That was not clear)
Given that you can get full sandwiches loaded with meat and dairy products for the same price or cheaper, this feels like you're paying more but getting less.

1st (and possibly most important) was the bathroom’s were abysmal. They were just so gross, and seemed more like a bathroom from a public beach, than a “restaurant”.

We wanted 2 things, for the menu’s that were posted on the tv screens (as well as some cardboard advertisements) all over the place, both items were “done for the season” and were not available.

One item was some sort of “cake batter” flavored drink, and the other was a “strawberry” refresher.

Come on, update the signs. They’re all digital now. Someone either forgot to update them, or does know how…. Or worse, corporate didn’t/doesn’t allow for the individual stores to do it when needed. Either way, it was disappointing.

Dunkin is a great place to have a good coffee, espresso drink, refresher, sandwich, donut etc. The coffee can be medium bodied to strong, depending on what you like and order. They are usually quick to fill your order. Today, I placed my order online when I was about 3-4 minutes away, which is what the app suggests. When I arrived, I usually am able to walk in and pick my prepared order. Not only was my order not ready, but several other orders. On woman waited 10 minutes. I waited another 7. This was not acceptable for a "fast food" chain that promotes ordering online for fast service.

I visit this location on a daily basis and must say I was very pleased with the girls who serve me everyday. Recently they have brought manager Joe on board and every day I visit this location get nothing but attitude from him! Not a great move by whoever brought Joe on board! I literally spend a lot of money at this location and will take my business elsewhere until I know I don’t have to visit this location and get attitude!!

Sorry Dunkin. They are struggling right now like many businesses. They opened 30 mins late. Although they got my order correct this time the last two times I went to this location my coffee was made incorrectly. Yes, I am one of those people who look at my sticker to see that it was ordered properly but never seem to taste it before I leave. Anyway, I optimistic it will turn around someday, either that or the 1/2 dozen other coffee shops will run them out of town.

Amazingly inconsistent in many ways. It seems that about 60% of the time they get our usual order wrong (that typically being some variation of 2 large iced teas with no sugar and no ice, 1 large iced tea half sweet half unsweet with light ice), and the most common theme is the tea either being coffee or tasting like coffee (as a result of them not cleaning the filter between using the coffee machine for making tea). Next, the attitude. Sometimes they're fast and pleasant, sometimes they take forever and sound like they'd rather be literally anywhere else at that moment. Completely a toss-up. Finally, and most important to me, inconsistent indoor opening. Literally, one day I'll be able to walk right in, next day it'll be drive-thru only, next it'll be back to walk right in. No other restaurant in the state or town seems to do this, it's not because of the regulations. This matters to me because I, as a teen who doesn't have a license, walk from my very nearby house to the Dunkin a ton to get drinks and stuff, and you know how much it pisses you off to walk a mile round trip expecting a nice, refreshing drink and then walking home empty-handed? Yeah that sucks. That's what you tend to get here. If you can, the Dunkin down Rt 2 by Flood Ford seems to be always great.
