I’m not sure where they get the English muffins but it’s the smallest I’ve ever seen!
The employees are nice, I’ve never had a problem, sandwich is what I expect usually but today the English muffins are what I’d consider child sized. Kinda weird and for this and a medium coffee it’s over $9.00 now😕

Great coffee. Can’t speak for their special coffees but regular brewed ice coffee is very good. Their sandwiches are also pretty good. The waffle shaped hash brown is a great addition to the sammy. Deff an upgrade from Dunks.

Only complaint is that the service is excruciatingly slow. Wether it’s the drive through or counter, they take forever. During my most recent visit, the sandwich girl was more interested in FaceTime than serving customers. Not great. Also, the ketchup packets had something sticky all over them. Kinda gross.

Could easily be a 4 star place with better service.

The coffee is excellent but the staff sucks so bad. I usually have to wait about 10 minutes for a coffee if there’s someone in line it could be longer. They are extremely slow

Just got a cold brew today and it tasted like what I imagine a cigarette ashtray tastes like. Not sure who’s making the cold brew but the machine might need a deep cleaning. This tasted rotten and abnormal.

Iced coffee flavors are delicious and the food is good. It is a big hit or miss with the service here though. One time the worker was definitely more interested in flirting with the other customer than making sure she’d get the orders out quickly; it made me arrive later to my destination than I thought which was very inconvenient for me.

My favorite place to grab a drink. The baristas are super friendly and often know my order before I place it. Their lemonades are delicious and the best I’ve ever had. I order from this location a few times each week and don’t plan to stop anytime soon.

Not usually one to leave a review but please enforce a dress code. The girl that served me my coffee a few weeks back was wearing a crew neck that said ‘Pound town, home of your dad’. It’s just a coffee shop but there should be some form of professionalism.

I usually go to dd. It was under construction so I went to this location in NK. My first experience was awful. I wait for 3+ minutes for her to stop texting. She looked at me like I was bothering her. Never asked me for my order. Just looked at me. When she gave me my coffee, I said I asked for 3 sugars. She paused and threw 3 packets of sugar.
Well that sucked. But I gave them a second try. Everyone was lovely. I switched coffee places I said to my self. Then today happened. I waited again for texted to be over. Another person finally walked in and asked me for my order very politely. The other girl starred at me.
In closing this place sucks. Don’t go their.

Stopped in on my way to a bowling tournament and was greeted by a delightful young woman with blue hair. She was super friendly and despite being understaffed banged out every order with a smile. Good coffee, but better customer service! 5 stars!

Worst customer service. Absolutely appalled by how rude the lady was when I asked if they gave military discounts. I guess some workers give it some don’t, either way, multiple times gave me watered down coffee. Never will give them my business again.

What a great start to my day! I stopped in at Season's and I decided that I wanted a breakfast sandwich and a coffee but this was my first time at Marylou's so I didn't know what I wanted but the young woman behind the counter, Abby, helped me out so much and she was incredibly nice and upbeat. I definitely will be back again! Thank you Marylou's and Abby for making my morning great!

Delicious coffee and excellent staff!! The girls are always so pleasant!! I recommend (all in ice, as I haven't tried them in hot) Creamy Chocolate Coconut, Peanut Butter and Girl Scout Cookie (taste just like thin mints!!)

I ordered a large coffee then had to repeat my order at the window and was charged for a large, but I got a medium. The very next day I ordered a nitro brew coffee, had to repeat my order at the window again and I got a cold brew.

Says they open at 5 am went at 6:05lady says we aren't open yet, . They didn't even have the coffee brewed... walked across to Dunkin donuts because 1) Dunkin always take care of thier customers, Besides Dunkin coffee taste 1000 times better.

They have a wide variety of flavored coffee and they are very good! Very good homemade pastrys etc too. Just a little more expensive than it's big competitor
