On a long trip, I needed to stop and work for a couple of hours. I chose this store because of its higher rating but after ordering and receiving my drink I hadn't even sat down and a staff person came over and told me they were closing the Cafe at only 10:20am when the hours are 5:30a - 7:30pm. The whole reason I stopped and paid over $6 for a cup of coffee was so that I could sit and work. The staff person wouldn't give any explanation, only that they were closing the cafe and I needed to leave. I asked repeatedly for more information, and he kept repeating the same thing. I do NOT recommend this store or its staff.

I walked in to get a cup of coffee this morning. Seven people working behind Register/counter. Not one of them acknowledged me stood there for about two minutes with nothing walked out. Apparently manager there does not know how to make his employees have good customer service. Seven people there. There should be no reason for nobody to stand around and wait at the register.

The drive-thru moves rather quickly even if it looks backed up. Parking is a challenge because adjacent is Power Yoga and when they have their patrons there they take over the whole parking lot. The staff is generally friendly and attentive. Could do a better job on keeping the bathrooms clean and the overall store area.

The blondish/red head girl at the drive thru was rude. I tried ordering ahead but apparently didn’t give them enough time so she handed me my coffee and told me to give them 5 minutes before showing up next time (not a single car besides mine was in the drive thru at the time). I have an 8 month old baby sleeping in the back seat so can only do so much.

While other staff are fantastic, the manager Andy is absolutely horrific. He was extremely rude to multiple customers and employees within the small time I was in the store. People assume Starbucks holds a higher standard for that staff considering their prices but it seems not. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but it had to be said!

I wanted an ice coffee with the condensed sweetend milk. The 2 youg guys didn't know what that was. I don't remember the name. It comes with 4 pumps.
I ordered the ice coffee with sweet cream. Couldn't see any cream in it. And although much ice. $5.50 for a small.

I happen to really enjoy that frappuccinos most of the time I get a mocha Frappuccino That just seems to be my favorite I usually just get drinks I don't usually buy food there Their prices are a little high but I think they're drinks are pretty good and I've never been unhappy with what I bought

I ordered some used coffee grounds for my compost pile. When I went to pick them up they were ready but in two heavy bags. A very kind barista named Bella insisted on taking them out to my car for me. The shop has a happy, real local feeling. Thank you to everyone there for your help.

All of the employees greeted me when I walked in and several of them asked how I was doing and smiled at me, one person brought someone’s order out to their car everyone was super nice an employee held the door for me even held the door for me. Great service great staff!

Radio silence this morning at the drive thru. I waited for 3 minutes without a single word from an employee—doesn’t sound long but it was long enough for me to wonder if it was broken or if they were even open. As I pulled away someone started to say something. I was too late to back up, so I waited at the window for another few minutes. No one ever came. I left and went to Dunkin’ Donuts instead.

Went in at 9:30 on a Sunday and not only did they let someone else take my yogurt parfait but they forget the caramel drizzle on my $8 coffee. This place is unreal.

If you want to close the store for any reasons at 5 pm on weekdays, just mark it on Google map! Let your customers know you are closed ! Otherwise your customer would detour to come here wasting their time!

I was having a terrible morning when I came through the drive thru. I asked the barista what they had when they were having a bad day and they suggested the white mocha.

I had it with almond milk and the writing on the cup was amazing ❤️

It said "your nk Starbucks loves you" and "you're beautiful"

I definitely cried more but they were very happy tears, thank you so much Starbucks employees you really helped my day.

This starbucks is the only place in Rhode Island that as a business understands that despite covid, their customers have to pee.

Frankly I don't ever like to give a bad review I try to just leave it be but two times in one week order from same place online get there and not in stock Yeah holiday drink not in stock then shuts window oh well not in !! This location lacks customer service and the corporation needs to update an app to work with inventory of all products or at least a notification for me to not drive there to learn peppermint mocha is out of stock !!!

This is the best Starbucks ever!!! I go here every morning and no matter what the staff is always friendly and beyond helpful!!! There is one specific employee (won’t say any names but she deserves a raise!!!! ;) who always has a smile on her face (even with the mask lol) and she is always sooo happy to help! this Starbucks exceeds my expectations of a coffeehouse!!!

The barista taking my order inside must have been new. I ordered a venti dirty chai latte with almond milk and two blonde shots with cinnamon powder. When I received it, the sticker said venti chai latte dry with cinnamon powder. However, when I brought it back up they remade it with the espresso no problem. My friend ordered a white hot chocolate with coconut milk and peppermint, and received a white hot chocolate with almond milk. It wasn't excessively busy, so I wish she would have asked if she wasn't sure how to enter something. The inside was a bit small, so I wouldn't go here for studying or to relax.

Kind service, good coffee, and nice open seating. Pro tip, if there are 15 cars in the drive thru, it will take some time to get through the drive thru. Some people's reviews don't seem to grasp that.
