I just moved here from West Warwick and have been to this store 3 times. Each time the cashier has been rude and had a bad attitude. Despite this store being located in a convenient location, I will continue driving back to Warwick.

I just started coming here.Three nights in a row I grabbed some quick hot food. The hours are 8am to 7 pm seven days a week. Came here tonight around quarter of six no hot food. The kid at the deli said oh the girl that was working that side left at four o'clock so we shut it down and I can't go over there I can only work the deli. Extremely disappointed that was literally the only reason I went there. No reason at all they couldn't have another person behind the counter. Now two nights in a row . This time there were two guys working the deli (very slow no line) but still had the kitchen shut down

Stood at the meat counter for over 20 minutes. I had to call the store, then when they asked for an associate to come assist so I could purchase the meat I needed over the intercom… His friend came to tell me he was on break and just walked away instead of helping me, so I go get other things I need. I come back, and there was still no one there. Then I go to check out and the lady doesn’t say two worlds to anyone at check out. Who’s running this store? That was ridiculous! The meat I wanted was not purchased btw… no one to purchase it from!

Today i went in for a cake super last minute, (oct 29th) at like around 2:30pm. the woman at the bakery was SOO SWEET to me and helped ease my anxiety, i wish i got her name but its workers like her that need to be noticed! And then, on my way out the woman at the customer service desk helped me check out due to the lines and what not. Such a great team super thankful for the kindness in both departments

Great prices on many staples and sale
Prices that many times beat the big stores.
Stress free parking and plenty of it.
My only suggestion to S&S is to update the self checkout software

She stared at me and then moved on to a different customer and then when she finished she started collecting baskets at empty registers. when she finished with a customer after 10 minutes of us standing there i called out for her and she went to a different customer who had just gotten there. other than her it’s fine

Came in on the 16th of March to pick up a salmon filet for tomorrows dinner, I went to prepare the salmon a day later and the salmon is rotten already. As u can see the fish was picked up on the 16th. It is the 17th today. smells rancid and is moldy will not be returning for meats ever again.

I’m at the deli counter #121, a friend of the employee comes to the deli counter and gets waited on before the 2 people with tickets. And when I say something, the reply is is “it’s all good bro”. It is not all good. Extremely dissatisfied that I had to wait for the friend to get his order. And then wait for an unorganized person to get my 3 item tight. Frustrated.

After 30 years as a loyal shopper, I only go there for a quick purchase. No cashiers. You have to load the digital coupons hours before you go. I now have all my bulk unperishables delivered to my door once a month from amazon. Oh and they charge for bags.

I have always had a great experience at this store , several weeks ago I purchased S&S brand spicy vegetable juice , after returning home I noticed date was expired. Few days later I mentioned it to employee at checkout they had 6 bottles of this product on shelves and they would take care of it .. expiration date was 2021 and 2022 February.. still on shelf..

For the most part Stop & Shop grocery stores are old, worn, out dated with a limited/poor selection of offerings. They were great 30 years ago, but have not evovled with their competitors. The one near me in Wakefield mine as well be a Ocean State Job Lot its so bad. But compared to most stop & shops in the area this one in NK is a winner. Stop & shop in general, when compared to Publix, Harris Teeter, Kroger, and Market basket are just terrible, but this one has promise.

The self service guy George was extremely rude! He comes up to my SELF SERVICE kiosk to make sure I scanned everything that's already in my cart. Then snatches candys out of children's hands. First of all why is a grown man coming close to my children and snatching anything when I'm in the MIDDLE OF SCANNING MY ITEMS. Obviously I'm not done scanning my products. He then takes the other candy from my other child's hand and puts it back on the shelf. WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS BUYING THAT AS WELL. I never told this fugly man I needed help and I don't need someone hovering over me making sure I scanned items and I most definitely do not need a grown man snatching items out my kids hands!

I hope this gets to upper management! On 2/16/23 at 2:50 PM I went to the service desk to check out with 4 items totaling $28.00. The Female Clerk said that she does not do sales, and head to a Register to cash out! I am handicapped and can not stand very long! Glad she does not work for me! I will not be back! Heading to Dave's!!

One of the best Stop &Shop stores around. The deli section is outstanding, just as the fruit and vegetables one. The meat market is very good and the butcher is always very helpful and nice. It's a pleasure to shop there.

Went into newly refreshed stop & shop. They are putting on the finishing touches and the store looked great. Needed to adjust myself to the new layout but did find all that i was looking for.
Strangely the bathrooms havent received their refreshed look yet, but they could use it.

Love this store. Vegetables are fresh. Amazing plants and flowers. Fish market inside very minimal, but there are choices. World market isle has products from everywhere including Canada where I am from. Great bakery and meat department as well as deli. Helpful Cashiers.

Was in the shop on Sunday late afternoon to pick up some flowers for my wife for valentines, and the assistance received from the cashier (Amber and helper) was discussing and appalling. The helper, apparently, walked right passed/into my face with an aggressive demeanor avoiding answering my question. Meanwhile, costumers that didn’t look like me she would go above and being assisting them with all their valentines shopping. But she wasn’t done with me yet, after finishing up with her costumers. While paying/check out I had pushed the wrong pin for my credit car and as soon as this was noticed she now would get defiant and mocking me, saying that I didn’t know how to use the machine. What was suppose to be friendly shopping experience turned into a nightmare. The objectionable behavior by such individuals was childish, irresponsibly and recklessly.

Was in self checkout and the machine went off so an older female employee with big dolly Parton hair walked over rolling her eyes and asked rudely "did you scan your stop & card?" I said very calm "I dont have one" she rolled her eyes huffed and sighed and put one in and walked away without another word.
Was finishing up and weighed my bananas and she walked up and said "you have to scan those, cant you see the barcode? I'll allow it this time but next time dont try that"
I was just so surprised at how a women her age had little to no manners.
Wouldn't recommend coming to this location.

Store is always clean and produce well stocked. Those are 2 of the most important things in my mind. Staff is on the ball and courteous. I do wish they were open longer but one has to adapt in this pandemic time. Overall a very good S&S that I like to stop at.

Solid organic selection, full stock for the most part. Only one thing on my list they didn't have. All together, our bill was nowhere near what i expected and we left with four full bags of food. The folks working there were lovely and even customers were wearing masks and social distancing. Strongly recommend.
