Do not ever get replacement windows through HomeDepot.

Missed appointments, no apologies or follow-up. Installer said that several pictures were mysteriously missing from the estimator's quote and had to call the estimator directly to get info he needed.

Installer then advised me the trim woud be completely different than the other windows. 10 minutes later, he tells me they don't have the right size after all. Weeks go by, and we have to call Home Depot to follow.

Just wanted to share an update on my LG washing machine that I purchased from you I've been fighting this for the past 3 months here is a copy and paste message that I sent to Sears...Just so that you know I didn't call Sears LG made the appointment for a brand new defective Washing Machine that even Home Depot reported no good too. Now they are giving me the run-around. Not mad at Sears but the young man said it's normal for the washer to fill up with 2 inches of water and he didn't even want to stay to see me put in a load of clothes...VERY BAD SERVICE. DON'T BUY FROM HOME DEPOT AND ESPECIALLY LG PRODUCTS.👎💯... MAYBE NOW SOMETHING WILL GET DONE ABOUT IT SINCE I CALLED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE AND SHE GOING TO LOOK INTO IT. Oh I forgot I called "Call For Action News" too.

They're return policy is garbage. I received a new debit card after purchase and there was no way I could return the wrong part. I highly recommend Lowes Vs Home Depot for their fairness in regards to return policy. Will never purchase from Home Depot again..

Workers are not very knowledgeable, website is atrocious, and the amount in stock is NEVER accurate leading to unnecessary time wasted. For some reason the people working there seem to rely heavily on these inaccurate stock amounts when you call them, and refuse to actually go check themselves.

We are away from our home state and came to this No Kingstown store to purchase many items to help our son start up his new home. Power tool plus many items for outside and inside his home. Asking for help from workers in the store seemed most inconvenient to these ppl. Not one employee smiled, in fact most seemed very disgruntled and unhappy. We were in a happy and uplifted mood and I was even remarking on their Halloween display but the cashier just grimaced at me. Not one word. Not one smile. 😵‍💫.

My go to place when I need home improvement supplies. Today I even had a nice girl ring me at the register. It was nice to have a human there with a great smile instead of a self check out robot. That makes a big difference to me.

Recently had carpet installation and the installer was unprofessional and the quality of workmanship was shoddy. Beware!!! US Installation is the outside company Home Depot uses and they have been terrible to deal with. I still do not have resolution.

Ordered a picture window in July it was installed in Mid February. During this time, the initial estimate was incorrect, my name and the address were incorrect requiring me to provide deed information to correct it. Then the man who came to measure was inflexible about time requiring me to take a whole day off from work just to get the window measured. He measured the window incorrectly, resulting in the wrong window being ordered. This also resulted in a $222 dollar upcharge for the "correct" window. This was a second day off from work with the contractors, who were very nice tearing apart the window and caulking it back together. I was given a 2nd, install date with a 3rd day off from work. Again the wrong window was ordered. This resulted in an actual install date that was 7 months after the date of order (fun little tid bit is that the scheduling assistant who scheduled the February date called me to tell me I fell off the schedule and that she had to reschedule me and had to give me a new install date) . Also, there was no one in customer assistance who could do anything about any of this until the window was installed. Once I called, I got hooked up with Richard, the regional manager. Super nice dude. But the short of this is after waiting 7 months for a window, they could only compensate me $150 dollars on an $1800 dollar window or else my warranty would be voided. Super frustrating process from start to finish. People super nice, but niceness doesn't make up for time out of work and the frustration of the experience.

I like the home depot as a store but I was there twice this week and employees were just staring at their computer screens or completing tasks. I was browsing through doors and vinyl planks and no one asked me if I needed help. I could have asked, but I mean who wants to feel like they are bothering someone when trying to spend money in their store 😅 I needed flooring, doors, and a water heater. I had to go to the other guys and I had a better experience.

When I told the person in the electric fixtures Department what I needed the gentleman wrote down the exact skew the product name and the price. When I went to the front of the store I gave that document to a person who then handed me the wrong product. Didn't realize that's why I got home so Home Depot wasted an hour of my day I can't go back until another day

Not very satisfied with them we place a order in South attleboro for kitchen cabinets and when we place the order they said everything was in and it was going to be delivered from their Providence store on May 27th, and we only got half of the order and that the rest would be delivered on Monday May 30th, and we only received 1 order yesterday and we called the store in North Kingston on Monday and the customer service told us that it was scheduled for on the truck had to call today and talk with the manager to find out that was never out to be delivered until Wednesday I will not be doing much business with them

I love my animals! But , taking them in store was not for me.i get it there one of the family but 4 dogs it was like a dog show look at me. Cute.
