I love shopping at Staples! Having worked in an office environment for many years, I feel right at home browsing the aisles and often purchasing items. The store has a great selection of items, and I always find what I need. The associates are very helpful and courteous.

I went to the print department to get a couple pictures printed out. It took a little while to do but that is OK. It was great to see the staff working so hard and good together and enjoying themselves and laughing all while accomplishing everything they were supposed to do. Great customer service, Great teamwork with each other and having fun while they work. Something you don’t see very often anymore.

Each staff member I have dealt with at this location has been wonderful. They've been so helpful and friendly and I genuinely appreciate them. Truly a breath of fresh air.

Assistant manager last month was very helpful when i was trying to price several different switches for my computer system at work,
She had no problem stepping in on a what looked like a busy day and helping when i had to quickly ship packages and the regular printing staff was occupied. I was able to get on my way in a few minutes.

Have only positive comments on her and the whole staff. I believe she has been there a couple of years and there is also a new general manager who appears to be concerned about satisfying his customers.

I went here to get some high quality color copies done. The girl behind the counter was not only very unfriendly, but she messed up and gave me too many copies of the one page and not enough of the other. When I pointed it out (nicely, I may add) she huffed and reminded me of a 13 year old being told she can't go to the mall until she cleans her room. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect brown-nosing customer service but if you work in a job that requires contact with customers you can at least be cordial. I don't think I'll go back because it was all around an unpleasant experience.

How about shutting your sign and front register area lights off if you're closed. It might prevent people pulling in and walking up to your doors believing you're open. Before anyone comments...Why would you think they are closed at 8:15 pm if their sign/interior is lit up.

Store is clean, a couple people asked me if I needed anything. The floor clerk who helped me wasn't super friendly and she clearly got irritated by my questions, so that was a bummer.. On the plus side though, they do price match, so keep that in mind when you shop there.

Almost always great, though last time the ladies at the print desk couldn't seem to be bothered to help us. The self server printer is extremely helpful and convenient, and they have a pretty alright selection of stuff.

Couldn’t make my phone behave gave it to the young associate she got me back on track got my e mails processed and out the door it was after hours and they didn’t have to wait and help. Great job and thanks!

Needed a printer and every store on earth is sold out of anything under $160. They went above and beyond to help me even though I was grumpy. Walked out with one that was exactly what I needed plus some paper and ink. I wish I got their names... there were two girls and a guy. Thank you everyone :-)

I had an Amazon return drop off and Google the most convenient Ups store drop off and the map took me to this place. I guess this isn't a '' full service Ups store ''. So hopefully helpful for someone in future.

They do pretty good work but they never EVER call to tell you your orders are ready for pickup u MUST call repedidly to find out the status of your order and when you do they act like they dont know what's going every single time.

I went in for a last minute photo enlargement for a funeral. I mean...5 minutes until closing last minute. Abby went right to work and helped me out, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Great experience at Staples at Wickford Junction!!

Found a nice planner. BUT, they have the single worst credit card processing service I have ever seen. Took like 5 minutes to process my transaction when it should have taken less than 1.

Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful! They even have UPS service there. I was trying to find a spot to return an item via UPS Ground and I noticed they offer that service. It was so nice to do everything at one place and not have to drive to another town.
