Just moving back to N. Augusta after 6 years away. The store is fantastic! So much more has been added since I left. A great place for gift ideas and sports items for my hubs (Go Dawgs). They also carry a nice selection of Brighton jewelry which is one of my favorite lines.
Shout out to Joey Galloway for super service and friendly disposition.
Can't wait to go back!

Dissatisfied! Hamill in the sign department.Took my order back in the beginning of March We scheduled to come in and have the work done 1st or 2nd week of April. Took the truck by there so they could look at it and take the measurements 2nd week of April. He said he would email me later that day the next day. I called him around 5 oclock to find out why I never received an email, he said hes still working on my order. I said OK well when can I drop the truck off so you guys can get started. Sorry sir itll be probably the middle of May or towards the end of May we are booked up now, how is that I called you back in March to set it up for April. Do not let this guy write your order, you will not get your vehicle done in the time frame that was scheduled. You will never see an email, you will never receive a phone call, nothing very bad business. Im sure theres plenty of companies out there that want my business and they will get it but this one will not!!!

Communigraphics has always been THE PLACE TO GO to find those special gifts (and everything else)!! Dec 12th I realized I hadn t finalized a specialty T-Shirt order. It was a custom tee for my son s 16th bday. Only after a trip over to the Store did I realize my lack of following up. I made a last ditch effort by getting in touch with Bryan & he knew exactly what I was talking about. It was his day (Saturday at that) off. I was able to pick the shirt up about an hour later after he went in and did it himself !!! Thank You, Bryan, and the whole Communigraphics gang!!

I have previously had great experiences at this store. My father owns a small business and he has bought a lot of custom orders from this store. Today my mother and I went to buy some Christmas presents. I was looking at an item on the shelf when a worker got in front of me to show a product to another customer. Instead of saying excuse me like a polite human (or just waiting until we moved, I was literally reaching out to grab the product) she didn t even acknowledge our presence. It wasn t only rude, it also broke social distancing guidelines. I m very disappointed and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

They have no problem taking your money but when you try to make a return after spending $50 on a wallet because the letters fall off and the zipper pulls off they tell you oh your outside you exchange window. High price stuff made very very cheap.

Im so disappointed because Ive went to this location multiple times to purchase North Augusta Yellowjackets basketball shirts and they never have any. These young ladies are heading for a 4th championship and no shirts to support. But when time for football season there are various choices for fans to choose from. Why?

I have always loved this store and have shopped here on numerous occasions. When I went in today to purchase a Spartina item for my manager the sales associates at the front where talking to each other with not much interaction with me. Then the one checking me out ripped the tag off my item. When I questioned her she stated, I was trying to see it so I could enter it in the computer. It s a final sale item anyways so you can t return it. I told her that was not the point, it was a Christmas present and I want her to know I bought it new. My manager collects the items. The whole experience and interaction just put a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully management will train their employees better with what is appropriate and appropriate responses.

Working with Caitlyn, Bryan, and Steven at Communigraphics while getting decals and my initials made for my new Tacoma was a great experience! They all were VERY patient! Caitlyn made sure I got the perfect color and font while Steven made sure everything was how I wanted on a layout proof before printing/cutting the decals. When I got to Communigraphics, everybody was very nice and caring. Bryan came right out to install the decals. He couldn t have made it look any easier (if I would have done it, they would have bubbles and would have been crooked). Definitely worth the distance traveled and money spent for this service! LOVE IT!! Something for everyone!! Thought the prices are a bit steep the items they carry are what I would call one of a kind. There jewelry is very unique. This store has everything! Except for anything other than Georgia, Carolina and Clemson. They sell Vera Bradley and all the other brand name southern favorites. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I still had to go to a bug box store to get my Tennessee Vols gear for spirit day at school.

This is where you need to shop for vehicle signage. I have a truck that they lettered eight and a half years ago and the vinyl still looks like great with no fading or peeling yet. Brian said that they were using the best on my truck and they were telling the truth. You just cant beat these guys. They did a great job with a great product and gave the best price.

My girlfriend and I walked into Communigraphics on Wednesday Jan. 6th, 2016. My girlfriend was looking to purchase a T-shirt from this company. As soon as we walked in we noticed a 50% off sale area for Christmas items. As we were looking at ornaments we noticed a lady standing extremely close to us. We thought we were in the way of her choosing an ornament she was interested in but to our surprise she was an employee. Did not say a word to us but decided to follow my girlfriend and I the 15 mins we were the store. I caught this lady many times unusually staring at us for no apparent reason. I eventually became so annoyed with this ridiculous business practice they apparently train their employees to execute that I convinced my girlfriend to NOT purchase the item she wanted. We were not being suspicious at all, dressed very well (Just got off of work), and presented no reason to be treated as such. I will not go back to this place of business and I suggest you do not either unless you enjoy being closely watched during your whole shopping experience.
