I very, very rarely come to C-F-A but stopped into this one while traveling. Staff was very friendly and the chicken tendies came out hot. The fries were a little cold, but it’s alright; they were fine. The restaurant was clean which is always appreciated.

Normally my family and I have a great experience at Chick-fil-a and especially this one. We’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue. But, today my mom and I went here and I did a mobile order like I always do and my mom got a Spicy Southwest Salad. We got home and we were sitting down to eat when she said my name and she pointed to her salad and there was a bug crawling in it. We messed with it to try and see what kind of bug it was and it stopped moving. Here are pictures of the bug we saw. This left my mom very disgusted and she stopped eating it. She had gotten about half way through the salad before it started crawling.

My first experience here was such an absolute pleasure, that i returned the very next day.

Although my meal was placed to-go, the staff did an amazing job making me feel welcomed in my brief visit. The assistant FOH director REBEKAH personally handed me my meal with the biggest smile, along with a kindness that literally changed the momentum of my day. She also gifted me a free cookie for my slight wait during lunch rush.

The food is consistently hot, delicious, & is certainly made with love.

No play place anymore which is why I even come here with my kids so 3 stars for the atmosphere (for me and anyone looking for a place the kids can play while eating). The place is clean and the staff was helpful but the order was messed up in several ways so I gave it 4 stars overall. Food was as good as most Chick-fil-A's are!

Chick -Fil- A is the gold standard by witch all restaurant and businesses models should take notice. Impeccable service and products. I have traveled far and wide and the service is always amazing. Peach milkshakes are amazing and definitely my favorite. Highly recommend this location.

What can I say that no one else has ever said? It's Chick-fil-A, it's absolutely delicious. I would like to also add they have one of the best drive thru's of any business. I love the folks taking your order, while waiting for you to get it. I like mine with extra pickles.

I went to chick-fil-A in N. Augusta on Knox Ave. I considered them #1 in North Augusta, for consistency, quality and customer service. I ordered the egg white grill meal. My muffin was so burnt it was dried out/hard and black. Went back and they gave me a new sandwich with unmelted cheese (fine). I was told the cheese wasn t melted because it wasn t in the chute, which is only a warmer. Basically, they just took my grilled chicken and put it on a new muffin which is fine. They could have at least reheated/microwaved it to melt the cheese and the sandwich because at this point, it s cold. I ended up getting a refund. The last few times I ve been to this location I ve had to either return for something missing, have something redone or get a refund. I ll try my luck at the new location and if it isn t any better, I ll just go to a Georgia Location.

The quality of this chicken fil a has really gone down hill in the past few years. I use to get excited to go there now its way down on our list. I hadnt been in several months but my brother was in town and wanted to go. The restaurant (tables) were dirty, trash over full, slow service, below average food quality, and employees that seemed lost. Not what it use to be.

I tend to eat here a few times a week, but I m going to rethink my choice. It seems as of late, when ordering a lemonade with no ice, this establishment chooses to water it down. If I wanted diet lemonade, I would have asked for one. I feel as though I am spending my money, I should get what i ordered. my partner & I love CFA and we came here after seeing a show at the Miller Theater. we hopped in the drive through at about 9:40pm and ordered our food, I asked for no tomatoes & extra pickles on my sandwich. after receiving our food, I checked to make sure I had no tomatoes and the bun itself was super cold to the touch, (whatever I can let some things slide) but there was also only 2 pickles on the sandwich - we flagged down the girl at the drive thru and asked for a cup with some more pickles she brought out a little cup with one single pickle in it .. I was so bewildered in the moment I couldn t even find the words to say, she told us to have a good night and quickly walked away. at that point we were already far from home and I wanted to get home, so we left. I have never had an experience like this with this franchise and will not be visiting this location again.

Ive always given Chick-fil-A credit for having amazing employees and managers. Sad to see when I went yesterday that for the first time Ive encountered an extremely rude employee. After sitting at the drive-thru window ( door) watching three cars in the other line that came up after I did leave with their food ( all I had ordered was a drink and small fry!) I asked the girl who was delivering the food would she please check and see what the holdup was. She looked at me and continued to walk did not even acknowledge me saying anything grab my food and stuck it through the window at me, again not saying thank you or maybe even a were sorry for the delay, nothing. Chick-fil-A youve always done better than this please dont stoop down to everybody elses level. Your courteous employees is one of the reasons people come there to begin with. Dont let a few bad ones ruin it for you. Ive heard quite a few people complaining lately of how long it takes and of some of the employees being rude.

Dietary restrictions: Most Chick-fil-As are really good about dietary restrictions especially gluten allergens! But the service here is way better than any of the Atlanta stores I ve been to. This Chick-fil-A is so incredibly quick and well run. There s this small group of older ladies that work at this Chick-fil-A and they are easily the most kind people who genuinely care about your experience! This cfa is the best I ve ever been to! (Coming from an Atlanta native who lives down the street from the luau and the drawf house)

This Chick fil A is always on the top of their game. Every interaction with an employee is always a pleasant experience. The food is always delicious and they have never once gotten my order incorrect or left anything out of it. I highly recommend this Chick fil A to everyone. I would like to vote for Chick-fil-A for president in 2024. They could run this country way better than our current president is doing. The only thing he knows how to do is run it into the ground. Chick-fil-A for president 2024! At least we d have a chance of everyone becoming polite to one another and things running in an orderly fashion.

Be very careful and check your kids food, I just got a very raw chicken sandwich. It was bad enough it wasn t the sandwich I ordered but I didn t realize I was going to have to cook it when I got home. And management seemed they couldn t care less.
