Overall a good fast food restaurant with tasty food. The seasoning is really good, plenty of salt!! The entrance was a bit stinky but the rest of the inside was clean and well kept. The service was great. Very friendly people working there. The app finally works, which makes ordering ahead easy and there are plenty of rewards and discounts in the app. Hard to make a left turn out of this location but plenty of parking and space to maneuver.

The service was excellent! I believe the drive thru speaker was broken, but they had an associate outside (shaded/covered) taking orders. It was a smooth transition through the line and my food was HOT and FRESH! I had no complaints. Everything was correct. Thanks everyone!

Edgefield Rd in north Augusta absolutely sucks. Their service is the worse I’ve ever had. I love chicken and zaxbys but they are in need of management that cares. I gave it a shot tonight to be horribly disappointed. I looked online and it says they close at 10:30. Bring so I placed and online order at 9:50 to pick up in the lobby. Went there at 9:55. Lobby was closed so I got in line. I finally made it to the window at 10:35 to be told I paid my money and they stopped making food so I’m out money and no food. I’ve managed retail and restaurants. If a restaurant says 10:30 they should be cooking till then. And if there is some reason it can’t be done they need to notify customers that pay their bills so they don’t waste time money and gas. I demand another meal free and my money back

The staff at this Zaxby’s location are always very polite and go out of their way to make sure you are happy every time you come in. They go out of their way to make sure your food is hot and cooked the way you want it. If you are a “regular they will get to know you and eventually know your order and name. This is by far one of the best Zaxby’s locations I have ever visited. Shout Out to the staff at the Edgefield Road Zaxby’s location for all you do. I always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks again. If you haven’t visited this Zaxby’s location you should definitely do so!

Made recent trip to this Zaxby’s location and I have to say it would be worth driving to the Knox avenue location to not have to deal with the rude workers. First off I ordered two big Zak snacks and a few other items. My total was 32 dollars before using any coupons. I had a “buy one get one free big zack snack” promotion when I prompted the worker to use it she just stared at me and then said “okay I used it your total is 32 dollars” I said how is that possible when you didn’t even scan my coupon ? ….and my order was already 32 dollars before promotions. She then said “ the scanner we have is broke” I said well can you manually give me the discount?Then she pulled the scanner out and used it. This proved she was completely lying the whole time about the scanner being broke. I’m not sure why she had a problem with me using a valid promotion , I guess this locations workers don’t like loyal customers redeeming promotions. Then I apparently took too long to retrieve my drinks from her and she turned around at another worker and said “he’s about to piss me off”. This is one of the worst encounters I have ever had at this location ,every time I come here they are usually rude. I will no longer be going here and will instead drive to the north Augusta location because the customer service here is the worst I have had. ALSO I forgot to add we had already waited in line for 30 plus minutes before this “Lovely” encounter.

every time I go to the Zaxbys they get my order wrong and they take forever. I thought by using the order ahead, they might be a little bit better with their service. The only thing consistent about this place is the inconsistency. Missing part of our order, luckily we have learned to always check before leaving, so had to walk in and get the rest. Received 4 sauces, for 50.00 of food, struggled to order through the drive thru speaker. We give this Zaxby s a try every few months but it s always a let down.

Food was very good. Service was ok. Employees standing around behind the counter. Restaurant was filthy. Pieces of food on the floor, napkins on the floor, tables not cleaned off, drink area was very sticky and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. Table and an ice machine were broken with notes on them saying so.

Easily one of the worst Zaxbys I have been too. The service is insanely slow. We ordered ahead and still had to wait 30 minutes once I got there and when I got the food...it was cold. Usually I give the benefit of the doubt but this is the fourth time this has happened. Avoid this location and go to the other Zaxbys that is only ten minutes away.

Drive thru on Sunday afternoon was ridiculously slow! Waited 10 mins before I could order then at the window I waited 10 mins! No kidding! Why the wait for chicken fingers at 4pm?!! Then, no apology by the staff member for the wait. Just handed me my food. Please teach your folks good customer service and be prepared for dinner customers! I ordered online. Waited for almost 10 minutes after checking in to receive my order. Get home, and the order is wrong. Not slightly wrong, but where one item was the great 8 boneless wings with extra seasoned fries, I received 5 boneless (well 4 cuz 1 had a bone in it but that wasnt on them) wings, and completely unseasoned fries. The other order was wings and things and it had dry toast and again no seasoning on the fries when extra was requested. If this were the first time of this happening at this location it would be one thing, but the orders are wrong every single time I have been to that store and I usually have to go in to get our order when ordering curbside.

Pretty disappointing! I went through the drive thou at 10pm I was literally the only person in line the guy at the speak told me to wait like 3 times finally he got my order. When I got to the window he told me to pull up when there was nobody behind me, he told me all they were waiting for was fries ten min later finally came after they brought the foot they forgot to upsize my fries. There wasn t really much fries in there. Finally after they brought out my food they did even season them. I felt A little disappointed.

Used to go here just about once a week, sometimes twice. Service was awesome. Last two visits have been way less than ideal. About 3-1/2 weeks ago, I went in was greeted by the guy manning the register. Was the only person in line. Guy turned around and started doing other stuff. I waited for about 5 minutes, no one said anything. I left. Yesterday, decided to try again. Walked in, no one in line, lady at the register gave a loud welcome to Zaxbys. I stood at the register, she turned to get something and then a Zaxby;s employee on my side of the counter told the lady running the register she had to pay for her fried pickles/fries, not sure which. The lady behind the counter started taking her order, when I was waiting in line before her. Thats customer service for you. I left, wont be back.

I ordered using the mobile app. When I got my food the bag was closed up tightly in a knot so I couldnt open it. I went home only to find that the fries were hard & crispy. Dark orange color. They were burnt. Then my Texas toast was stale and hard as a brick. It couldn t be chewed. Lastly the traditional wings I ordered had feathers all in them. I was so disappointed because I love Zaxbys. I dont have a lot of money & to know I wasted it on a bad meal makes me never want to eat at Zaxbys ever again for fear it will happen all over again.

We have 2 Zaxbys here in North Augusta and this location is the least consistent of the two. The salads we purchased this evening contained brown lettuce and green tomatoes. They were both off and went into the garbage.

I was a regular customer and I used to buy a Cajun grilled chicken meal something like that. However they discontinued that. So I also loved their cookies which were macadamia nut, double fudge chocolate and chocolate chip cookie. They discontinued everything but the chocolate chip cookies and they altered the ingredients in that. And it doesnt taste as good and the ingredients are watered down. So to me this establishment is going down . I had a good rapport with the workers I used to order 24 mixture of all 3 on a regular basis. And told the workers I loved them. Every time something is good the restaurant self- jeopardizes itself. I dont visit this establishment very much. Only when Im near the area.

Check your order before you leave drive thru. Repeated my order back twice. Got to window and couldnt tell me which drink was which so we had to taste to see whos drink was whose. Got the order I checked the receipt stuck to bag because when ordering it was like she couldnt hear me and they have messed it up before. The receipt was right got home and still had the wrong food in my box. Had to go back then wait on cashiers who apparently were having issues with phone in order. Then the manager looks at me and says did you bring receipt like I was trying to get something free. Lady just give me the food I ordered and payed for and we wouldnt even be having this convo. Any how I said yes its stuck to the bag on the service window thats been sitting there waiting for them to correct for like 4 minutes now. Then acts like Im a nuissance cause they screwed up the order to start with. Do better and I wouldnt have to drive back up here to fetch what I ordered in the first place and when you screw up dont blame the customer. Then dont even apologize about my inconvenience. I was very disappointed in the food and the staff. After ordering I was ask to pull around and park after sitting there waiting they bring the food with cold scrapes of fries so I pull back to the drive thru to get hot fries and he say pull over again waiting, being the food back with same scrapes of fries recooked dark brown and hard after having me swinging altogether over 20 minutes. So then I go inside to get a refund tell the assistant manager to look at the food. She said I am sorry and refunded me my money. Said day at North Augusta Zaxbys. I literally just left there front buying a chicken finger family meal. I went inside and waited 15 plus minutes before I left and went to get into my car. My son ask if we could just go through the drive through. We were there for another 45 minutes. After arriving at home the so called toast was just butter bread and the fries seemed to be uncooked. Zaxbys once was a great place,but over the past year has become a horrible place. If the food isnt uncooked, its old, or the entire order is messed up. My family and I will be taking a very long break from this establishment. We have way to many places to choose from. Especially with a new restaurant opening this November.

I ve had two consecutive horrible experiences here. Almost a year ago, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through before I get to the ordering screen, hear nothing for 5 minutes and then another customer pulls beside me and tells me that nobody is working the drive-through! I went inside and waited another 40 minutes to get my food. After that, I told myself that I d never eat at this store again, even though it s much closer to my house than the one on Knox. Today, I decided to give them another try, and nothing has changed. I went inside to order (after watching the person in the drive-through waiting for 5 minutes to order), and I ordered 6 items for my family of four, waiting for me in the car. After 30 minutes, they asked me for my receipt because they lost my order. I didn t get my food until 44 minutes after I ordered, and the white cheese bites we love tasted like burnt oil. I love Zaxby s food, but the service at this store is appalling. After these two experiences, I know I can keep my promise this time to never eat here again. If you want Zaxby s, do yourself a favor and go to the store on Knox Ave.

I lost my middle granddaughter Fathers day weekend by a road rage driver and he ran her off the road.!! I just had gallbladder removal surgery on ,5.snd Still felling puney. I placed an order for curbside. Arrived when the app told me to arrive. Which was 20 mins after I placed my order. I waited for over 20mins for my order. Called twice and the second time they stated they were still working on my order. Why is it drive thru its pumping out multiple cars and orders but something I order ahead of time was not made when stated. Get rid of the curbside if you can t get it right.

I was highly disappointed in the food. I ordered a traditional wings and thing combo and got the boneless. Whatever those were, was not chicken . Im thinking I got the batter drippings that had bonded together over the course of the day because I couldnt even bite them. I also got the cheddar bites which were nothing more than string cheese mozzarella cut up into bite size pieces. I know my cheese and it was not cheddar. Now, saying all of this. This review could have been avoided if my order had been right to begin with. My heart is broken and my stomach now aches for the days when your food used to be the best

My first visit was pleasant. The drive thru line was long, but moved quickly. The food was fresh and good! The cashier was patient and helped me.... and they werent shifty with the dressing for my salad. Which was very good, next time extra cukes/tomatoes would be great if they can be added. Ordered online, showed up and was told that they were understaffed with only 4 people. I would need to go through the drive thru to tell them I have an online order and pick up at the window. The lobby was closed due to understaffing as well. After 35 minutes sitting in the drive thru, I finally get to the speaker and 20 minutes after that, I get my food. What kind of operation is this??? Was on my way to work and decided to stop by this location as the drive thru line wasnt long and figured I could order and be in my way. The lady at the speaker asked me to hold on a second. So I did. 10 minutes later I decided to call the store as no one ever started taking orders again. They last Rudely said I asked you to hold on a second. Ummm 10 minutes is hella seconds. Waited another 5 mins then drove off and stopped at the window witch not one sole even cared I was there. Finally a lady walks out to give someone food and I asked her if they are having issues and she says no the last working drive needed a min. Okay but at this point its been well over half a hour and Im now late for work and going to my 12 hour shift Hungry! Worst location in our area for sure. Long wait in drive. The lobby is always closed. They never read your order back and when you get your order always missing extra sauce that you pay for to order. Worked for the franchise stores in Evans for 10 years and these cooperate stores dont hold a candle to the service you get across the river. This store on edgefield road is always bad. Dining area is closed most days, leading to long lines (15+mins) in the drive thru. This backlog places a rush on the workers and quality of food and service suffers, leading to orders not being complete. Ive wasted enough time and money in forgotten items and waits that its more efficent to go on the GA side of the river if I really want Zaxbys.

Visited Zaxbys on Old Edgefield Rd in North Augusta. The dining room is and has been closed. No way to order via door dash or any other app. Waited in the drive thru line and placed my order. Made it to the window and was advised they were out of chicken wings. This isnt the first issue Ive had at this location. Do better Zaxbys

If theyre open, theyre usually pretty good. Its hit and miss with hours after 7pm. Maybe a raise will retain employees/or change in culture.

LONG wait times, my order 3 times out of 4 is wrong, the lobby is closed, and the food IS NOT FRESH and hasntbeen for the last 4 visits. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST ZAXBYS EVER. Just months ago, this place was great. Idk what happened, but they need to get it together . I will not go back for a very long time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Tried the 4 piece shrimp. Delicious snack. Ask for sauce, mine wasnt in the bag but didnt realize until Id left and on the next visit I got the full order of shrimp, checked bage before I left and again no shrimp sauce sp asked for it. The Zensation Salad was also good and the egg roll was delicious.

Food is hot in fresh but check your bag before leaving something is going to be missing. At the time I visited the lines were long cashiers were friendly but atmosphere isnt up to other zaxby that I have visited

Every single time I decide I want to eat here is is unimaginably slow. Service is usually great and food is always good but no matter what it s a 15-20 minute wait if I m lucky. Can t say how may times I ve pulled in and turned right back around. Hope this can get resolved.

This location is a lot better than the one in batesburg the staff was very friendly which we have not received friendly staff at Zaxby s in a while so that was good and the food was good and fresh as well.

After placing my order for a second time because my online order didnt go through,my order was wrong. But I was on a lunch break and didnt have the time to wait on it to be re-made. The young lady up front was working hard to take orders and expedite them as quickly as possible. Not to mention dealing with an a**hole customer at the same time. I understood they were short staffed as I work in customer service as well

The drive thru line was so long. Like 7-10 cars. So we went in and ordered to go to get our food faster. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. We were shocked. Very thankful

Our chicken sandwiches tastes like straight fish today. Not sure if theyre selling fish sandwiches now or if someone has been allowed to come in after hours and fry fish but this DEFINITELY was cooked in the same oil fish was cooked in. Disgusting. None of us could finish our meals. Somebody needs to look into this.

My sandwich didnt have all the toppings it was supposed and when I asked for it to be corrected they added the missing toppings but, only a minimal amount! Certainly not worth paying over a dollar more for that specific sandwich!
