Horrible! Even by fast food standards; the taste of the junk food served was dry, possibly reheated and a complete waste of money.
Never been a fan but, when on intestate 20, and hungry, you take what is offered.
Next time, I’ll choose to be hungry.! That wasn’t fit for consumption!
Never again will I eat at this fast food chain.

This location will do you right 2/10 times. It’s honestly pretty frustrating at this point

It’s either forgetting one or two strips in your meal, paying for extra sauce and not getting it, food isn’t hot or even warm. No seasoning on the fries.

It’s just always something that other locations get right.

I hate to leave negative reviews. Especially since the food here is so good. But, since this is the second time this has happened I feel like a warning to other customers is warranted. Do NOT use the curbside pick-up! Tonight was the second time I had ordered through the Mobile App for curbside pick-up. Said my order would be ready at 7:32. I pulled up and checked in at 7:30. 10 minutes passed and I thought maybe they were just behind. I gave it a little longer. Another ten minutes go by. I started getting a little agitated, because I m hungry. Another 10 minutes pass and I decided to go inside. For the second time in the last 2 weeks they had put my order on the in-store pick-up shelf with no intentions of bringing it to me. Why would you offer a service you are not willing to provide? I was offered cookies and extra sauce for my troubles, but if you d do what you re supposed do to begin with there wouldn t be any need to offer free items. If you don t intend on making use of curbside pick-up up then do not offer it.

My kids are crazy about the food so we order here often. Theres always some kind of issue with missing items or something, but its fast food and I let it go the majority of the time. Most recently was yesterday and I wont be letting this go. On April 5th, around 5:15pm, I used the app to order food as I always do and went to pick it up at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, I was told the order wasnt showing up on their end yet (I had ordered it thirty minutes ago). I told them fine, I will come back in a little while because they were busy and I understood. I returned 15 minutes later only to be asked by the same employee (Quintasia W) if I was sure I didnt already pick it up. I showed her the order on my phone and she took my phone behind the counter and showed it to other employees. Another employee, presumably the manager, returned my phone and first told me that they already talked to me and my food was picked up. When I said no one spoke to me, she then told me someone else (a guy) had come in and picked up my food. After telling me this she simply walked away and offered no other explanation, apology, or solution. Other employees just stood and looked blankly at me. Quintasia was apologetic and sympathetic but there was little she could do as her manager had just walked off after telling me they gave away $36 worth of food! I told her it wasnt her fault and ordered the same food again and paid right there since I had my children at home waiting. Quintasia was the only one who did try to figure out what happened and help me out while her higher-ups were dismissive and rude and left her at the counter to fend for herself. Ive let missing items go PLENTY of times but this is just ridiculous. Attached please find the screenshot from the original order and the receipt for the exact same order placed after my food was given away. I want this addressed and a refund issued.

The worst location you could probably go to. Every time I come here the wait time in line is 20-30 minutes, as soon as you get to the speaker you re told to hold a moment which is around 5 mins long before they take your order, they re always out of Dr Pepper and Coke, they burn their fries and use no seasoning and minimal toppings on items like the loaded fry, and to top it all off they make you pull out in the parking lot to get your order later when it s actually ready which will be another 10-20 minutes. Even if the food was made well, seasoned, and hot this wouldn t be worth the hour wait you ll spend here. Some people need to fired or hired.

I m a big fan of zaxby s but this location needs a lesson of food quality. Our boneless wings had barely any sauce. The toast was hard from sitting under the heat lamp for too long and the fries were brown from being re dipped in the grease. They forgot to put forks in the bag so we stopped at the gas station and grabbed some.

Five stars for the food, it is as expected and same as all Zaxby s. The service is terrible and has gotten worse every time I ve visited over the last year. Can t blame the employees, there is a lack of management it seems. The drive thru now is order with a person then park in a side lot where they bring you your food. I m currently parked in this side lot with 9 other vehicles and haven t seen them bring the first order out. It s been 20 minutes already, and I m behind all of the other orders. May take an hour at this rate. Parking: They have you park in a side lot to bring you your food but it s a one way and you have to drive against traffic. Not very smart.

Definitely worst zaxbys experience and the only one I ve been to where chicken tasted burnt . Checked in to pick up at 6:58 fir a 7 pm pick up , waited 15 min , called to check in fir second time , waited 10 more min .. finally went in and grabbed my own food off the to go rack and watched other pick up orders be brought out no problem . I don t get what the issue was but between that and the food lacking exponentially in comparison to other zaxbys stores , super dissatisfied .

This location is horrible there is no reason for the drive-thru to be so backed up, plus the dining room is always closed. Last time I was here wait in the drive thru line for 30mins to an hour and a half, Saw a guy outside smoking when the drive-thru line was almost out to the street there is no reason why this should be happening. Visited the establishment on Thursday evening (4/20). We arrived really late at 9:15 after a school event. The drive thru was packed so we went inside to grab food to go. Upon entry it didnt look good. There was a minimum of 7 customers waiting patiently for food. Nobody was in line at the register. We approached the cashier and attempted to order. They were extremely busy. I took note of that and felt bad about adding to their stress. My issue is that nobody wanted to take my order. They were frustrated that I was there and I heard them complain about having another customer. They looked at me with disgust and just ignored me, hoping Id go away. So thats what we did! Will never go back.

This is my second review. The first one magically disappeared. The drive through takes 45 minutes to get to the order menu. Youll sit at the order stand for 15 minutes while they make the person in front of yous food. Then when you finally get to the window, theres 2 people working, everyone else is playing on phones or laughing an joking with each other. When you spend almost 40 dollars at a restaurant, you would like to get the food you paid for. Every single interaction you have with the employees here is 100% disrespectful, an filled with eye rolls. If you have any amount of special order, they get rude an act like your the reason they hate life. Go to literally any other restaurant if you want food. Id do 0 starts if Google let me.

Worse customer service experience. I waited in line for 10..at speaker! This is after waiting in line to get to speaker for almost 12 minutes! 22 minutes total to give my order. Give order, have order repeated back and drive forward. Am told they are in the middle of a shift change and person did not actually take my order. So I decided to wait and go thru drive thru only to find they are taking 1 order at a. time. While the drive thru line just gets bigger. Horrible drive-thru service. Quinn told me to pull forward to spot #1. Forgot to make my order until I CALLED them. Then had to wait 10 more minutes after already waiting 15. Went inside for refund and manager Heather had an attitude of uncaring. Kept trying to make excuses for her workers when she wasnt even outside to see what was going on. She got called out of the office from another worker so she couldnt possibly know the situation to be making excuses for other people. Didnt even refund my card. Had to give me cash refund and she didnt even give me correct amount. Sticking to Chick-fil-A from now on. Never going to Zaxbys again just because of this experience.
