I visited this Dunkin regularly as it’s the closest to my house. The staff is always friendly and inside is clean every time I do decide not to go thru the drive thru. I use mobile ordering mostly and 90 % chance of getting my order correct. There have been a select few times they’ve forgot my donut or food order so I’ll have to remind them when grabbing my coffee or the coffee isn’t correct but otherwise, I enjoy my experience at this Dunkin.

Dunkin is one of the few places that is open when I go to work. The employees are very fast, friendly and attentive. I always enjoy the French vanilla iced coffee, hot coffee and seasonal drinks. I also have some of the food options here and there.

Put in a mobile order for coffee, munchkins and a croissant. When I opened the box for the munchkins it seemed very light for the 50 count. I ordered . Upon counting it was only 35. The lady behind the counter looked aggravated when I asked about it, but then counted and saw that it was 35. Always count your munchkins.

This Duncan donuts is horrible!! I’ve given them many chances because it’s the closest one to my house. They can’t seem to follow simple instructions like putting whip cream on a latte when you ask for it. When I ask again they give nothing but attitude! My coffee tasted so badly this morning even after asking for the whip on top. They charge for a cup of water when other locations do not. Every single time I go to this DD I regret it big time! I had to repeat my order multiple times another time I went and got to the window and had to repeat it all again! This location should be shut down due to such bad service! The way they treat customers alone is unacceptable food service! I will be going to Starbucks!

Decided to eat inside for the first time ever and regretted it instantly.
The breakfast sandwiches that were made were cold as cucumbers (eggs and bacon). After a few bites, we kindly asked for the sandwiches to be heated up. The sandwiches were heated up, but the whole time the gals were carrying on about why someone would eat a cold sandwich and then bring it up. The lead manger just laughed at her workers egging them on. There was a massive hair put on the sandwich after we got it back. Rude staff, rude manager, the lady was nice who took our order though.

Not worth it. Went through with a pretty basic coffee order and despite clarifying 3 times what we wanted (vanilla coffee with almond milk), it came out with a literally undrinkable out of sugar. Went back in to ask them to fix it, and it comes out without any vanilla or sweetener. Not worth the money

I went by DD off exit 5 for a decaf coffee. It was lukewarm, so I went back thru tge drive thru to get a hot decaf coffee. I received another lukewarm coffee. The wrvice was extremely slow ... no customers inside. The workers on the morning shift do an excellent job!! Afternoon shift needs a lot of improvement.

I used to tell everyone that this was my favourite place for doughnuts. I can't say that anymore because the doughnuts have gone downhill. I ordered 2 powdered lemon doughnuts and they were horrible. These are my absolute favourites and when I got them, they were hard as a rock. I am so disappointed with this place and feel they should do better with what is being served to their paying customers! The cashier who served me should have not let me be given doughnuts that had been sitting out so long that they were hard like that. They know better.

This is the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. I really wanted to like it because of its convenient location. I had to do a lot of traveling in the past year and a half and I could always count on getting a consistent cup of coffee at any of the locations. I gave this place 4 tries to get a coffee order correct and they always failed me. My ice lattes were inundated with milk and they blamed it on the machine each time and never offered to correct it. The wait is always long, too. The final straw was when they gave me someone else’s coffee, so I had to park and go in. I smelled something musty at the condiment bar while I waited and when I looked up, I saw water damage and a lot of mold on the ceiling. It hadn’t just started either. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said that the roof always leaks when it rains and that it had been looked at and wasn’t mold. So, out of concern for the patrons AND the employees health, I contacted headquarters and a couple of days later, I received a standard vanilla response that didn’t really offer up any solutions. I tossed the coffee and donut, but beforehand, I drove less than a minute away to Starbucks so that I could order a coffee that was dont the right way. I just can’t bring myself to going back here. Now, I drive across the river to the other Dunkin. I have a high end espresso machine and we have a new donut shop coming to town. But, I do miss the convenience of a cafe close by.

I use to work for a dunks back in Massachusetts, where it's more high maintenance and highly wanted, 3 in a medium is regular PERIOD even on the machines that do it for you. I got a Doordash today and mine and my fiancees orders were basically one sugar and one milk. You're doing a good job, but, it needs to be a little better since you guys get minimum wage and tips. And it's not that hard really since I know that everything is labeled for you, including the buttons on the computers. Do a bit better on doordash orders and the dunks app orders. It's not too hard. Oh and add straws next time too...I personally know theres plenty.Thankyou

Ordered 2 orders of the stuff mini bagels bites which SAYS 2$ ON THE MENU IN BIG BOLD LETTERING FOR A ORDER OF 2. So I got 2 orders, which should have been 4$, but it was almost 8$ then was charged a dollar for water? Almost everywhere you go, water is like complimentary. Coffee was okay. They got rid of my favorite drink so we tried something new and it wasn't as good. The customer service was okay.
Edit: went again today and had an absolutely terrible experience. The girl with the braces at the register and the manager with the tattoo on her arm and long hair in a ponytail were absolute trash. I can't even begin to start with it all. Our order was wrong twice. They charged us wrong. The attitudes were so bad. The girl at the window had to get pulled away she was so bad. She was rude. Told me "she ain't arguing about a cup of coffee". Ma'am this is your job. There is no argument. We just wanted the correct order. I go to this location almost every week if not twice a week and I will NEVER go back. Neither will anyone in our house. Displaying yourself that way in front of children is disgusting.

There is a location in Edgefield SC that not support discounts tho veterans. After 20+ years I’m done with Dunkin’ Donuts between them, showing that there are pride colors and not giving veterans discounts.

I tried the new tacos🤢🤮. They had a freezer burn taste. No egg just cheese and corn. The hash browns hard and stale. The worst food ever. I will never eat at this establishment again. The lack of care with the food is ridiculous. They shouldn't even be allowed to serve food.

Worst Dunkin in the area. They’ll forget half your order and if you get iced coffee it will be filled three quarters at most. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt by going back a few times because I’m used to Dunkin being reliable up north, but I will not return here. I’d recommend Dunkin in Augusta or Starbucks, don’t waste your time here. A Starbucks drive thru can handle 15 cars in the time this location processes 3

Me and my wife come to this place Sunday to Sunday literally this morning was the worst service we ever had from this place lady open was rude try to run the lobby in the Drive-Thru by herself five cars in the Drive-Thru line so people behind me was getting mad so I just pulled up to the window when I was at the window when I first got there she was rude I didn't understand what she was saying so I asked her what did she said she told me I had to wait because she's the only one was in there but in a rude or Lee fashion so I was like okay I drove up after the car that was in front of me just so I can help her out so I can get the cars out of the way that was behind that was stuck between us she was rude in I asked her she asked us did we have a order online and no ma'am we just pulled up because you told us to wait that was 20 minutes ago she literally did not take out order said she couldn't take out with at the window and she didn't knowledge us so she was already mad because she had to open up by herself so she was just rude probably will not be going back to that Dunkin Donut what's the service will get better like it was tired of seeing new faces there

Always out of donuts. SLOW! Let's you pick walk in on mobile app, but don't try to get in the door at 750 am bc the doors will be locked. If they only option was drive thru I would not have placed and paid for an order bc I already know how LONG that will take. I just witnessed right in front of me the drive thru worker come from behind the counter with an order in her hand she was having to deliver to a drive thru patron a bag and a box with a sandwich. She dropped the box the sandwich partially fell out of the box with the egg partially in the floor she said oh that’s bad picked it up walked right out to the customer and I watched her hand it to the customer. I told the manager Annette she kind of smirked and said she would take care of it - I told her that was unbelievable the employee should be fired immediately and or feed her some food directly off the floor in the Dunkin’ Donuts. I feel for the customer that doesn’t even know and for whoever owns that establishment as employees like that is what can cause a business to go under.

Easily the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, and it’s unfortunate because it’s the only one in my area. They are always extremely slow and out of ingredients. I try to avoid the long lines by placing mobile orders; however, on numerous occasions their doors are locked and will not allow you to pick up your order. Today upon finding locked doors, I was told to just wait in the drive thru. Thus, defeating the purpose of the mobile walk-in order. Luckily, customer service was able refund my order through the app.

I ordered on my app as a walk-in. When I got there they gave me my order and I realized I was missing part of it, when I told them, I was told they have no donuts today. I said ok well, is my card going to be charged? To which I was told yes and to hold on. While holding I saw a car in the drive thru receive 2 glazed donuts, no big deal but I was told they had none. The girl I was waiting on had gone down to see and talk to what I can only assume was a friend/family member as they were standing there talking/giggling. She then comes back, tells me to bring my card inside and she'll see about doing a refund. At this point I had been standing there for 15 minutes, I had my dog in the car that was running, and was now running behind. I told her to forget about it as I now do not have time to go outside, get my card, come back inside, and all on the pretense of maybe getting a refund. I'm usually a very happy Dunkin customer but today I was very discouraged.

Always a pleasure to pull up every morning to get coffee for my wife and myself and leave in a better mood most of the time. Always great attitudes and great service. Familiarity breeds contempt though. I am tired of the damaged cups being dealt out. If the cup is any kind of damaged it should not be given to any customer, especially when it contains scolding hot coffee.

Not a coffee drinker, but did grab breakfast and a snack here. They could benefit from not microwaving every item on the menu or seems. You can tell the croissants are frozen, as are the eggs and maybe even the bacon(if not frozen them pre-cooked). Biting into an ice cold section of egg isn't a great morning experience. The donuts seem to have an odd texture that you you can tell they weren't recently made. Personally I'd regimen recommend grabbing breakfast from Bojangles next door and maybe go looking for a donut at one of the local bakeries in town or maybe even one from the gas station. But maybe the coffee is good? Otherwise the location is clean and staff seem friendly and helpful.

I went to the North Augusta location yesterday because I was on the way to Columbia, and it was so good, I felt it needed a Google review! My large vanilla iced coffee was just right. Every thing was balanced, from the sugar, cream, to the coffee whoever put it together did an excellent job! Best one I've had in a while, makes me wish there was a Dunkins closer to home, instead I have to settle with McDonald's iced coffee.😔Anyways, I also had the avocado toast and bacon and both were on point as well. The toast was perfectly toasted to a crunch, with just the right amount of avocado spread. The bacon was cooked just to a crisp, with that nice sweet glaze they use. It was a great start to my day, thank you Dunkins staff for the delicious food and coffee yesterday, PLEASE don't change because good food places are hard to find nowadays!

The customer service is terrible. Everytime we go it's like they are mad because we came through there drive through. The tall skinny guy with dreads is always rude to my wife. Limited selection and no match for Krispy Kreme. Also do not order through door dash and get anything custom. They did not give me the extra sausage on my croissant at least 20 times in a row despite me clearly checking it on the order being charged for it, etc. As a computer scientist it was academic in nature and after 20 times I concluded there must've been something wrong with the software systems interfacing. It could not have been human error.
