We just came to the drive-through and we got venti Mocha cookie frappe, and two of the summer refreshers with lemonade.
First, when he opens the window, the two people that are standing at the line the male says to the female I didn’t make enough. She said that’s OK. Just use more whip topping. I didn’t know they were talking about my drink, or I surely would have said something then he goes handed to me out the window and there are no cookie pieces on it, I asked him if they’re out of pieces he has me know. He takes it over and sprinkles a little teeny tiny bit of cookie on the whip topping part that’s hanging out of the lid. He had the three drinks and I go to pull away and I noticed that my cup is 90% whip topping. Here are the Photos I paid $7 for a cup of whip topping
Edit: I reached out as the owner commented too, and went back and forth with 6 emails to find out because the drink was bought at the store they wouldn’t refund me OR make me a new one. UMMM duh where else would you buy the drink 🤦🏽♀️

after placing a mobile order i had to wait in line for almost an hour. i would’ve thought that they’d wait to make mobile orders since they knew how busy the drive thru was but i was wrong. they indeed gave me a drink that had been sitting that whole time and didn’t offer to remake it. this is how they gave it to me (i haven’t taken a sip)
update: i came back the next day to see if it was just a one time experience however it was about the same. this time i ordered it for in-store and i still had to wait for 30 minutes for two drinks even though the lady employee stated that the store was “busy” but obviously not busy enough when she took time to make herself a drink.

I ask for just dragonfruit and the lady acted dumb putting mango in it. I know its supposed to be purple but i wanted JUST dragonfruit no mango at all .she was still like its purple from the dragonfruut though. Still NOT what im wanting. And i threw it away when i got home. I WILL NOT BE BACK BC U HAVE PPL WHO CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE ORDER.

Morning crew at this location is painfully slow. 6:30 am 2 cars in line and it takes 15 minutes just to get 1 grande chai. You’re better of driving to the busier Washington Rd location for faster service.

Clean, quick and friendly service. They have a drive thru as well as a sitting area with free wifi. This is a fairly new Starbucks. Its freestanding right beside Arbys. Parking: There is plenty of parking and the lot is well lit. Safe area. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for someone in a wheelchair to maneuver.

My recent experience here was definitely worth 5-stars. I usually use the drive thru which is efficient, but this time I choose to go inside the store. It was clean, calm, and peaceful. The district manager, Kristen, is a vile, foul-mouthed tyrant who callously axes her employees and engages in inappropriate out-of-work relationships with her subordinates. Shes a disgrace and a festering sore to Starbucks supposed mission, values and ethos. The previous store manager, a shining beacon of positivity, was ruthlessly and wrongfully ousted to accommodate Kristens parasitic bond with his replacement. Both professionally and personally she is scum incarnate. Anyone who dared to challenge this injustice was summarily dismissed, their voices silenced by the Kristen and Kase (the current store manager). The old manager, who poured heart and soul into Starbucks, was rewarded with nothing but a hangman s noose and a pink slip. Shame on Starbucks, for shamelessly condoning such unjust terminations, and it should hang its head in utter disgrace! You all deserve nothing but scorn and condemnation. The coffee was fine, but it seemed like the baristas and other staff were more concerned with their drive thru than the customers in the actual store. They were quick with orders, just seemed like moral was down some and they werent having a good day.

every time i go to this starbucks they take forever to get my order or just forget about my sticker sitting there and this has happened 3 times in the past month that i have sat there for 30 minutes waiting on my order and then when i finally get my order it is wrong but at that point i am just tired of waiting and i just take it and for it to charge you so much and you get no refund or anything for waiting. i an finally done going to this starbucks because it takes way too long and my drink is wrong so if you want quick service and your drink order correct do not come to this starbucks.

Staff didnt know the menu very well, resulting in getting our order wrong. Drinks are usually fine but occasionally taste burned. The establishment has good atmosphere but was unclean at off hours. Overall, ok.

This is the hardest working location! They consistently have large numbers of customers. Today I witnessed the crew work a miracle. Special shout out to Girlfriend manning the food station and the register! She was locked in doing her very best. I know the pressure and struggle of being ridiculously busy and they performed well. I pray all customers exercise grace when visiting. The Merriweather/North Augusta community comes out in waves. The entire team did very well for the 9:30 -10:15 am crowd!

Every Starbucks is supposed to have their blonde roast, medium roast, and dark roast brewed in the morning. This is the only Starbucks I have been to that almost never has Blonde Roast brewed, and when I ask why they usually say they havent gotten around to it. The coffee that they do brew usually tastes bitter and is lukewarm. As a former partner, its disappointing seeing a store run like this. I can forgive a lot, but a coffee shop simply not brewing coffee they are supposed to, and when they DO, it being bad, is hard to swallow.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Ordered multiple drinks. Each drink was wrong. Others in the store were complaining about their drinks and sending them back as well. Also, I waited over an hour. People coming in behind us got theirs first, even though I ordered through the app ahead of time. I thought they forgot about the order at first, so I asked for an update, and they were rude, saying first come, first serve. Obviously not. Similar situations every time I go to this store. Never again. If youre reading this review, save your money.

Im not sure what has happened to this store, but I can no longer recommend it. Im guessing theres no longer a drink standard / recipe to follow? I order the same drink most days and it tastes different every time I get it. Today, it was undrinkable. Yes, they will fix it, but I shouldnt have to get them to do that almost every time and have to wait a second time. Were paying almost $10 per drink, it should be right the first time. Mistakes happen, were human, I get it, but every visit? Not likely.

Visited this location at 530am today. The cashier was rude over the intercom as well as face to face after driving up. The coffee was not hot and the experience was unpleasant. Upon telling the cashier the coffee was not hot her reply was well I just brewed it (the coffee is room temp at best). There was no attempt to offer fresh coffee. Don t waste your money at a location that can t even get it right with one of the first customers of the morning. No need to spend your money somewhere that s going to provide a rude experience

The people that work here should really be trained to be a little nicer, or at the very least, how to acknowledge a customers existence. They dont greet anyone when they walk in, and theyll let you stand there for 30 minutes and still will not ask if youve been helped or need help. My sister and I visit this place 5 out of 7 days in the week. Sometimes it s a miss, but for the most part it s a hit. Staff is usually outgoing and friendly so that is always a plus. The one downside is we get use to a crew to visit after a couple weeks just to learn they are no longer there. However the service is still good once they get use to us.

At this location, I really dont have any complaints. Ive been coming here since it first opened. The baristas get my drink right most of the time. Sometimes they can be in their zone and just focus on the tempo which may give an unfriendly service. At this store, the atmosphere is inviting and bathrooms are clean the majority of the time. Once you get to know the baristas, they will talk to you.

The drinks here are consistently inconsistent. I ve been given cold brew that tastes like water then I get told that it s because their cold brew machine isn t working. I m shocked they can serve drinks made completely different than they should be with having such a big name. Every time I get a PCCB it s lacking the pumpkin powder and usually they just give me a cup to sprinkle it on myself but today they said they were out of it.. after I spent my $6 on the drink. The Starbucks on Knox avenue is much better.. it s just not as convenient to my routes in the morning. I used to go everyday for coffee and breakfast but now it s rare that I do and I ve started making my coffee at home more often because they just never could get my order quite right.

Horrible experience and poor management overly apparent. Stopped in here today after ordering on the app. Wasn t necessarily surprised to find the dining room closed since it seems that Starbucks is more than willing to blame Covid for everything, including a reason to keep the dining room closed. I then pulled over to the pick up window since there was no one in line and was quickly told that I need to stop at the menu screen to let them know that I was coming to the pick up window. When I respectfully asked why I needed to announce my arrival at the ordering screen even though I was not ordering I was given a smug answer that made absolutely no sense. Newsflash, I don t need to order anything but rather to only pick something up. And I wouldn t be at the pick up window if you had your dining room open. Topped this little experience off with finding out they don t have napkins. Ha! Pathetic pathetic pathetic. I would encourage the employees to read the Starbucks experience book so they know how to do their jobs and how to treat customers, because obviously management is doing a poor job of leading them towards their original vision.

The best Starbucks in the CSRA. We live about 20 minutes away but will make the drive past the other location in North Augusta just to get the good service. Especially from Bree and Jaden, they go above and beyond to give good service and it does not go unnoticed!

Edit, just experienced this again. Called the store to complain and realized that I was wrong when I gave the people inside the benefit of the doubt. The barista told me that mobile orders and the drive-thru work perfectly, but I was staring at eight cars in line. She confirmed my order was ready and all I had to do was get in line, which means wait 20 minutes to get to the window, adding 18 unexpected minutes to my commute. The previous time I shot the gap between the window and the order box I was told that I had to go wait in line, so mobile orders and drive-thru orders have the same wait time. I mobile order to avoid the wait. This is poor execution and the team inside thinks it is working fine. Open the doors or turn off mobile pickup in the app. -----original post below----- This place is very frustrating. Im not sure if it is the people or some kind of management problem, but you never know what youre going to deal with as far as being open or not. I drive an hour to work and this place is a little bit before I get to work. I like to mobile order and get out of my car to stretch as I pick up my order. You never know if the doors are going to be unlocked or not, very common lately to have to go through the drive-thru. When theres a line, the mobile order through the drive-thru takes as long as just ordering as you get to the window. The app should tell you that the place is impaired. Experienced this five times within the last month. The time before last, there were 5 or 6 cars waiting to have their order taken, so I skipped the line because my order should have been ready. I was told its fine this time but for future visits I needed to wait in line. But, the doors should be open... The baristas are always very cordial and welcoming, I assume some kind of corporate thing is going on that causes this problem.

INCONSISTENT services! Inconsistent drinks. One day your drink is correct, the next it isnt. One day the drive thru is open, one day its closed because systems are down. Maybe the store is only open for mobile orders. Who knows!! Staffing seems erratic and lack proper training. After being open over a year, the bugs should have been worked out. Where is corporate concern in this mess of a store?

Manager super nice. and interested in providing great customer service. Was traveling and stopped at another starbucks about 20 minutes south of there and got a lukewarm bad cup. Told Manager my story and he wanted to know what store and was interested in fixing the problem. Gave me a wonderful cup of piping hot fresh coffee.

I ve been to this location several times in the afternoon and they are closed, even though their website states they re opened until 8pm. Extremely frustrating when you find out based on a handwritten sign.
