Awesome location. Super close to home. Always clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I shop in store and online. Most of my online items are available for pick up within a few hours and the rest are typically shipped for free within a day or two. I probably pick up groceries once or twice a month and never had any issues with quality. My orders are always correct and substituted items are easy to choose and accept/deny. I've never had to wait longer than 15 mins for the associate to bring my items out and load them into my car and they usually bring them out in less than 5 mins. I have zero complaints.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. I have never been so irate with an associate. Who the heck do you think you are that's gonna stand there watching us scan our items and then accuse of us of stealing ( not scanning) a bucket of pool chemicals. Funny thing is they had been scanned but you sure didn't apologize. How about if you can stand there doing nothing you could actually run a register. Glad my wife is better than me because I would have returned it all and told you were to place said pool chemicals. Just another reason I hate going in there.

I ordered some tires from the website and paid for installation. I sent my son to the store on the appointment day to get them installed. When he got there some rude manager named Courtney told him the compressor was broken and they couldn’t do the installation. I assume since he is 18 she felt she could be rude to him. So he called me and told me what was going on. I asked could they send me to Knox ave since I paid for installation already. She proceeded to be nasty and say just go down there and tell them to do it. I don’t feel it’s my responsibility to tell Walmart to do anything that I’ve already paid for when you’re a manager so she was still being nasty and negative saying just take the tires. I wasn’t going to take the tires from the store after I had already paid for installation without having someone to install them because she told me that she wasn’t going to give the money back that wasn’t her job So I left work and went to Knox Avenue myself and they told me with fantastic attitude to just bring the tires down there and they absolutely would install them. I will never again deal with the Automotive dept at this Walmart because of Courtney’s negative attitude. I will drive to Knox Ave.

The store is great, my problem was with their new exchange rules. I complained to the GM of the store Alyssa and she wasn't nice very rude to me. I'll stay out of that one and go to Aiken store, not well stocked but staff always nice and helpful. I know she can't change policy but there is a nicer way to handle complaints. Yaw need to go back to the old way of exchanging items, not giving money back and making folks get back in line to pay for the item all over again when a simple exchange will do, sorry I don't like your new policy, it's a true inconvenience.

Probably the worst Walmart beauty section I have ever seen. I didn't check out the rest of the store after seeing this. I'll stick to the Walmart on the other side of town. It literally looks like whoever does beauty go-backs just shoves them anywhere so they can be "done". These are just a couple pics but the whole area looks this bad.

This is a great location. Very friendly and employees everywhere. We needed help a few times and we didn’t go far for help. Everything was well stocked. I was impressed by how clean the floor was. During the stocking process, I didn’t notice much obstruction. It’s still wal-mart do you know it’s in disarray somewhat but this location seemed on point. I highly recommend stopping at this location. Very friendly, very helpful.

Absolutely no reason in the world to have cashiers on staff who refuse to open registers when customers are backed up into produce sections for self checkout and people into the ladies sections bc only one register was open. When I made the comment that they needed more help up front, the one cashier, who opened a register clearly stated she wasnt happy about it. If thats how you feel, find another job. The customers pay your paycheck! If you dont wish to do your job, Im sure others are waiting to take that job. Being rude is not needed! As a customer, I should not need to be loud and ask for more help so we can check out. If I wanted to work for Walmart, I would do self check out, but I dont need to work for Walmart.

Couldnt register purchase because website no longer exists and no answer at toll free number. After 2 months the mattress was misshapen like a hammock. Tried to call the store because online research indicated Walmart now owns the company that makes the product. CS wouldnt help me and wouldnt let me speak with manager. Asked if I could have mgrs name or leave a msg and she stated she was not allowed to give out that information. I went there, and then promptly locked keys in my buds car. Went in, got some sustenance matter, then had to put on my thinking cap for what items Walmart sell that can ALSO serve as a GTA tool. All went well. Nobody even raised an eyebrow in the parking lot when I was breaking a sweat and Breakin in hoopties (They really should do a reboot of the Breakin movies ..) Probably because of how common it seems to be, well, to me at least. Last time I was there I saw one of them Vienna-sausge packing repo drivers steal a mans F150 as he shopped. He probably was going through a nasty divorce in which his ex and the man she moved into the mortgaged home and marital bed decided, screw it, Ill let credit crap go nips up if he doesnt make the mortgage, insurance, and tax payments for us. The same goes for that 60k ride outside that we allow mr. relief pitchers teenage son to drive, while also living in the guest room that had once belonged to a proud veteran... oh, and same for that boat! But, lets not tell him that Substitute Schlong over here makes more than he does, yet has lived here for 4 months without buying anything but food unbeknownst to Mr. Nonsloppy McFirsts. Meanwhile, since Mr. Skinnyvet Shegotbeegd ex stole a paycheck that he wasnt supposed to recieve twice, yet did, including right into the old joint account... She was faster than the banks process for returning an ACH transfer to sender, and he couldnt repay it as it was a full months pay, + he lost his job, unvested retirement funds, then his apartment. Mr. Veteran MaHeros credit score may have gone from 820 to 560 almost in a flash. Then he likely couldnt make that one payment, but at that point, it didnt really even matter anymore. .... Enter noodle boy and his big cowboy truck that can scoop cars. Oh wow kids look! A real life feminine hygene product! I thought they figured out women shouldnt use those like 30 years ago... But look! Its like a Tonka toy from the 80s, but these big stupid ones all have to wrap vinyl all over the truck, with bad-boy sayings under the towing company name. I believe this is so we can all see how hardcore these bros are! I know I always feel intimidated.. not by the vinyl but the pent up rage they must feel, imagine knowing that you peaked in your senior year of highschool... But I digress... These are just personal opinions. Oh I see his face now! Oh, I, huh, I was right, it had to be over 30 for this guy.... But yeah, it was a good trip all in all. That was not my truck btw, and all exes and heros names have been changed for privacy, so dont worry about whom it may have been. I made it up.

The Walmart supercenter on the southside of Aiken is a little dark but is always well stocked. You rarely speak with a staff member. The lines at the self-checkouts are quite long however, they do have more human run checkouts. In my opinion they do need to improve on their electronics department and get more movies and videos in and music cell phones etc. other than those few things it almost has the Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue beat for staff member attitude and employee attitude and employee conductivity it is now my go to Walmart I really make a trip to the Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue anymore due to staff members and employees. And the management at Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue have almost no idea how to treat their employees and they want to keep the bad stuff employee members and promote them and give the rest the boot. The Walmart supercenter on Ridgeland has management staff who are arrogant I need to be given the boot themselves in my opinion Walmart supercenter on Richland avenue needs New Management all throughout the store to make Aikens shopping experience more enjoyable for our community

Everyone in pickup always is rude here , also I don t know if yall don t bring pick up orders out when it s raining ever but the attitude about it is atrocious considering I explained I m in the middle of chemo treatment, maybe let your orders know you need to come in , defeating the purpose . Other vehicles were driving up to the door for orders while I was told I had to come in . I went home and got rain boots and a jacket on , since I m sick and went in to be Met with an attitude when I asked if a person going into pick up room worked with the pick up orders . I truly understand it sucks running out in the rain , but the attitudes today were really unnecessary . Between all the running back and forth I may as well have went in and shopped , sick or not .

Worst customer service ever, they gave me the wrong sized bike that was ordered on line, I showed them the order and they said I must have not checked do not substitute....really??.. Blame it on the customer ... what happened to real customer service. They would not let me exchange the bike, only a refund...they would get 0 stars if I could give a zero. Walmart has lost my business for good.

I ordered my groceries online, went there to pick them up. The teenagers came out in a timely manner and loaded my car up. They were very polite while putting everything in the car. They even asked where would I like to put my eggs and bread. They did their job very professionally. The price of the food was money well spent. I would definitely recommend this Walmart to anyone!
