I loved this store. The employees are always great, almost always have what I need, and is generally better than most Walmarts in both regards. However, I came in today to simply look around to find that a bunch of stuff is now locked in display cases which an employee needs to open. No reason for me to have to chase down an employee who is already being run around doing their job just so I can shop like a big girl.

I will no longer be shopping here, and will avoid it as much as I possibly can. Maybe when corporations like Walmart stop treating everyone like crooks, I will come and shop again.

I've been waiting 20 minutes and counting for someone to open the case so I can buy a hairdryer. If you're going to lock everything up maybe hire and schedule enough employees to actually open the cases so people can buy things! This is well past ridiculous. Waiting five minutes is one thing but twenty? Absolutely absurd

UPDATE: I spent 35 minutes trying to buy one thing and ended up leaving without it. If Walmart has to lock something up then I guess it's too bougie for them to be selling it. Crazy as hell

Basically.. there seems to be this one lady that's in a motorized shopping cart and she seems to go to every Walmart and blocks the aisles and aggravates the store employees over prices. I see employees rolling your eyes at her and can't say I blame you because that is the second time I have been blocked in between her and someone who ends up behind me looking at something on the shelf. Ended up going over to produce to get a salad and got blocked in over there too by a different lady. Next time I will drive a BULLDOZER through the stores and clear it out in front of me and behind me. Just rudeness.. welcome to Rude- Mart!!

It's like every Walmart across the country 's raised prices and makes it hard to shop there. I meet Mr. Sam years ago, and I do not believe this is his vision for his company. It's really sad and the workers don't seem to enjoy working there.
When the calling in your order started, it's horrible. Then people are running around with those large carts filling the order and blocking isles. They are rude in every Walmart we enter.
That was bad and remains that way. That system needs to be looked at and improved.

Horrible customer service. 4 people standing in line waiting for over 10 minutes at empty customer service counter. Watched 6 employees walk by and no one offered to help. Gentleman in front of me finally waved someone down and asked if we could get some service, to which he was told "someones coming In a min". The girl that finally showed up looked like she couldnt be bothered, literally walking as slow as she could and mean mugging everyone. Another lady came and switched with her. I needed to make an exchange and the best they could do was return my items but then I had to go checkout again in the regular line. Umm? Ive exchanged items at the custoner swrvice counter plenty of times, this was nothing more than lets hurry up and get you out of the way. Oh and the lady also made a smart comment about me not having my receipt (I did, just didnt feel like digging for it since we had to wait so long and I wanted them to actually do work lol). Walmart is disgusting.

Its a Walmart. This one is starting to get a little bit more security glass then it used have. Thats always frustrating makes you feel like a criminal. Other than that though, my only complaint is that there are never any actual cashiers working. They expect you to do it yourself and then feel like a criminal while they pat you down on the way out. Oh, I should point out that Im being facetious; they dont physically pat you down, they just eyeball your cart, take your receipt, and make you feel like youre under scrutiny. Ive never stolen anything from Walmart in my life yet it makes me nervous every time. Way to go Walmart.

We went to buy some $1.88 flashlights for camp. They were in a locked cabinet. We waited around for a few minutes and nobody was there to unlock the cabinet. The lady in the front said they have to lock them up because people steal them. Well, they cant sell them either of nobody is there to give access to people who want to buy them. We just went down the street and bought the flashlights at another store.

Its a decent enough store but theyve had a broken berry cooler for weeks but still stock it with blueberries, strawberries etc. Fruit flies buzzing everywhere, no cold air blowing, they shouldnt be stocking product on it! But apparently they are too focused on making a profit than FOOD SAFETY, I had to look hard for berries that werent overripe or fuzzy with mold

Its OK, a little higher in price. Its gotta look good for deals. Needed 0% fat milk, they were out. Asked a nice young man. All he could find was 2 days after the expiration date, I took it because Aldis was closed. Milk was spoiled 2 days later. Drank only half a gallon. Looking for an ice cream tray, a young man walked me across the store to show me where they were. About 4 bucks for one ice tray. I left the tray at Walmart and got one at Satlvation Army, a nice one for .99 cents.

Not good at all. Youre there in person and ask for a manager nobody shows. You ask ANY employee in the store and they dont have a clue. Ive checked all the other Walmarts in our area, 6 that I know of for sure but NONE of the other stores in our area has this problem. The store is North Augusta Walmart located at 1201 Knox Avenue. The problem: they dont have and havent received $45.00 Straight phone cards in two months. There might have been a problem with Straight Talk cards a while back but thats been resolved. No other Walmart managers or stores have this problem. If Straight Talk, for what ever reason, is supplying ALL the other stores in our area except that one Knox ave. location then management needs to be on top of whats going on in his store and doing what needs to be done to resolve the issue. A manager not doing his job and yet excepts a paycheck is stealing from the company. This is not the first time myself, my family, and others have had problems with this particular location and as a consequence we will no longer shop at th he Walmart at 1201 knox ave. North Augusta S.C. We have had far too many problems lately with that location and were all done with it!
