Not sure why this dollar tree has so many 5 star reviews. This store is a disaster. Most likely due to being understaffed, but the amount of boxes blocking walkways and items is insane. Staff is not very attentive except for one guy who is always super sweet.

It was a terrible experience. The floor was nasty and looked liked it hadn't been mopped and waxed in months and months. Boxes everywhere on dollies unopened. Shelves were bare. Only 1 person working. 1 person can't do anything. I don't like to shop in such filth! N

Found most of the items I was looking for, but boxes which were blocking most of the aisles needed to be emptied restocking the shelves. Maybe then I would've found the other items I was in search of.

Always enjoy this location. Great stock, clean store. Never disappointed. Also was glad to see they widened the craft supply section!

New in 2022: They've added a section for $3 and $5 items. Its a cool section, but I don't think Dollar Tree should ever go beyond $1 items. We have enough "dollar" stores that aren't $1, and I loved that DT was.

Great place to grab a few items to finish cleaning the apartment for moving out. I got a bucket, scrub brush, 2 toothpastes, and a broom for five dollars plus tax.
The clerks were quick and friendly. The other customers were all in good moods. The store was a little messy, but not unusually so for a Dollar Tree in the afternoon.
This is one of my favorite DTs. I’ll grab some pics on my next trip.

The shelves are bare. This has been an ongoing issue the last few months. Boxes in the aisle, the place is starting to look like a Dollar General. Signs are up they are hiring. Work today, get paid today. Guess they are struggling to find employees which is why the shelves are bare. This is the worst Dollar Tree in the area.

The store is filthy...from the front windows to the floors...to the back walls. Nasty! Nothing on the shelves... stuff on the floor. There was even what looked like green paint spilled all over the floor and walked in.... however..the young man working the register was VERY nice!

Went to two different locations and the one in North Augusta was the worse. Candy in bags were none. Eye glasses out of my 3.25 strength. No Chester puffs white/buttery. The one in Beec Isjand Family/Dollar Tree was so much better. They has most everything

Very friendly cashiers, but store was very cluttered and some shelves like Shampoo, Conditioners and Hair Sprays were bare. Not a way to be ready for the 1st week of the month crowds coming in to shop.

The store was a disaster zone. Boxes everywhere, Some areas totally blocked. No shopping carts to be seen. When asked about carts. The cashier stated,THey must have been stolen. Shame on Dollar Tree for even opening a store in that condition. It looked like a cyclone touch down in the store.

This place is a filthy pit, filled with unopened boxes and empty shelves. The front doors are beyond dirty and so is the inside of the store. I cannot believe its still open. I had to go today and I left in disgust, having purchased nothing. The roach crawling across an aisle was the last straw. Another shopper there looked at me in disgust and we left together. It is absolutely AWFUL!

Dollar Tree has recently gone up on their prices and theres hardly anything left in the store that is actually a dollar. I definitely disagree with this change for thats the main thing that set Dollar Tree out from its competitors now its competitors have a leg up because their prices are pretty much the same and this is not a good thing for the community as we now have to pay more for our necessities. I also believe if thats the case and thats the way theyre going to continue doing their pricing and business then they should change the name because its no longer Dollar Tree where Everythings a Dollar.

The Knox Avenue store is really improving in every way I can see. The entire place is much cleaner, much better stocked, and the employees are a lot friendlier and more helpful than Ive seen them be since my late husband worked there. Checkout moves way faster than it ever did before, and I can actually find most of what I need now instead of always feeling like Im wasting my time going to that one. I have to say, nice job, people!! Keep it up!!

Normally love come there but the last few days I have not. The cashier named Lorenzo is rude. On his phone..listening to music. And when you go to hand him your money he snatches it. Now Ive worked with the public for over 30 years. Needs some training done ASAP!!!!

This is the north Augusta store and it is equal to the fine service given at all of the Dollar Trees today I was looking for a product and the cashier a very tall young man when he finished his customers escorted me to the Item I was searching for. I loved it!!!p

Walked in everything was a mess random items everywhere the automotive isle smelled like poop and baby wipes and in the cards and party section I slipped in an unknown substance and hurt my knee

The sanitizer was empty at the front entrance and there was a dirty or molded area on the ceiling near checkout. Some of the ceiling near the vent was exposing the insulation which had the dirt or mold.

Just left dollar tree in north augusta at 6:10pm on Wednesday 18th. There was two employees working a gentlemen and a older woman! The woman employee was very rude to white customers! We where the third customer standing in her line! I get to the checkout and I had a mask on and so did my daughter! Now the gentleman that was with us that didn t have a mask was my boyfriend which walked to the door to wait on me and my daughter! The woman proceed to make remarks omg he is standing at the door with no mask so I turned to look and then she then stated omg you didn t have to look ! Very freakin RUDE! So glad that I was raised with manners! Which she needs to have and learn! She should not be working with the public if she acts like that!

3 stars are for the Manager. Cashier deserves a 10. Let me start with I LOVE the Dollar Tree! Dollar Tree has all the little things you dont even know you need and a lot that you do. I usually get in and get right out but today was so busy. 10 people in line and 1 cashier. The manager walked by and said if you need me call. I guess she couldnt see? I have never had to wait that long at any Dollar Treie. The cashier was awsome. She was very quick and very nice.

Only 2 cashiers on a Saturday afternoon and the line was all the way to the back of the store and wrapped around the back wall area. The store was messy but it was busy. Some people were just leaving items on shelves when they discovered how long the line was. This store could use more staff. The cashier was friendly and I felt sorry for her and the other cashier.

Its a well stocked store. Seems dim, maybe time for new bulbs. Most Dollar tree stores I shop at allow customers to use bathroom this one does not....I will not be shopping at this one. They can clean it a little more.
