Went inside. 3 employees were talking at the counter ignoring us. Another employee finally came over to take our order. We ordered a hot fudge sundae and carmel sundae both with whip cream. Below are photos of what we got. Will not be back!

The food tastes fine but it’s not worth the terrible service. I have permanent blizzard in ever crack of my center console, because the guy whose fingernails tell me he hasn’t washed his hands this week (it’s Thursday), handed me two dripping blizzards that were overflowing the cup. The blizzards continued to melt all over my car while I waited ten more minutes for mediocre chicken fingers and plenty of sauce (none of which were the ones I ordered).

Banana split has gotten smaller an slight on ingredients but price was premium. They didn't want us there lights were off at 6:45 and they closed after we ate. We should've skipped this place for dessert.

Seriously? I wouldn’t serve this to my dog. It felt hot so I figured it was fine and didn’t check it, but open the wrapper and find out it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours. Good job DQ, serving legit garbage to people.

I recently went to Dairy Queen to get some chicken strips and fries, and they were very good and fresh. The cashier, Amyiah was very kind and patient with me, and she got my order taken care of perfectly.

I went in there to pick up a mobile order and a couple of teenagers were just cussing up a storm and one even looked at me and continued cussing. Honestly I hate this is the only dairy queen in the area because it's a place I wouldn't take my daughter.

This place has gone down hill !! They lock the door at 830 often saying oops it was a mistake. They dont turn on their outside light due to the bugs we were told. Super dangerous for people to trip and fall since its super dark. They need adults here to keep everyone accountable for their lack of work since it looks closed!!

After purchasing dinner and a blizzard (choco brownie extreme), come to find out that an extra ingredient was added to the blizzard that almost killed me: Peanut Butter Cups. This cross contamination incident is the first I ve ever had at Dairy Queen and likely the last. Playing fast and loose with food handling has definitely dissuaded this customer from ever returning. 0/5 stars. Dietary restrictions: They won t care about your dietary restrictions here. Do not recommend if you are anaphylactic.

Sad to say but not a good experience today. Use to love eating here but this time it was filthy and my hamburger bun smelled like somebody had cologne on their hands when they touched it. Im giving five stars on service because it was quick and the girl who took the order was friendly. Do managers care anymore about the stores theyre running? Sure seems most dont. This place needs a good scrubbing. Youre better off just eating at home.

Ice cream is the only food we get and its great! But it feels dirty. Staff stand around not seeming to be busy even when theres a line. Staff dont seem happy to be there- gruff, mumble. Easier and faster to drive through than go inside. But the peanut buster parfaits are great. Parking: Close and safe. Easy access to restaurant

Dairy Queen for the most part simply is great for ice cream. The staff there Ive never had a problem with and are very courteous. The only reason I rank it with three stars is for the food. It is simple fast food. Its processed food at its best. But theyre blizzards and their ice cream is delicious.

Not friendly to doordash or any food delivery services. I wouldve spent an hour for 4.50. Im in my own car. If I wanted that wage an hour I would have gone to work for more at McDonalds. I get people dont wanna work anymore but the nasty service in many locations is killing my pockets. I dont work for free

Employees were insanely nice and helpful. - brought out food -went back for stuff they didnt have to, - made suggestions about the menu. Just all around awesome staff. I used to think DQ was pricey for food, but it looks like everyone else caught up with them, so theyre prices are actually decent. Id go daily if I could. If anyone wants to go DQ & Chill, hmu.

Can someone please explain why suddenly I have to unload all my children and come inside to pick up my mobile order (after waiting in drive thru they want me to wait in another line). Never been an issue before and come here 2x a week. Kinda defeats the purpose of placing the order ahead of time. Guess well have to find new dinner routines.

Watched my chili dog and my cheeseburger get microwaved. I don t know what kind of operation that is but if I wanted microwaved food, I would not have went to Dairy Queen. 5/18/22 I asked for no mayo do to an allergy and when I got home I find mayo on my burger. Luckily I checked to make sure there wasn t any before I took a bite. This could e hurt me. Training needs to be performed asap because this could happen to someone else unfortunate. Management please revamp training
