Another employee yelled across the lot to me that they are closed. I told him that I placed an order about half an hour ago. I asked them if I was going to get my food. He said they closed 30 minutes ago. And I would get a refund in 3-4 days. Its hard to maintain civility at times... 🤬

I wait over 30 mins after checking in for a mobile order for 2 drinks. I watched as people pulled in after me, receive their orders. After receiving them the cups felt soft as if they were sitting on a counter the whole time I waited. When I tried it, the drink did indeed melt. Not wanting to waste anymore time, I went home. This location will more than likely not get any more of my business.

I will never go to that sonic again! 44oz strawberry limeade was spilled no sorry, had to ask for napkins she saw what she did with I dont care attitude. Received my drink and noticed it was full of ice, and I forgot to say no ice. Return to her saying no ice, please. She shut the drive thru door, and I could not see through the door. Another girl opened the door and handed me my drink with a straw and napkin and said nothing. I Thinking all was good, left. We stopped at the gas station. I opened the lid to pour in my Yehti cup, and it was full of ice! I was livid. They never gave me a new drink with no ice, but the same cup they first gave me. I accidentally spilled the drink on me, I was so upset, threw the cup away. Went back and argued with the manager why she gave me back the same cup with6 fullofice heasically said, I am a liar, an I asked for less ice. My husband, who is black, and I am white, got out of the car and came to ask her way she arguing with me, I am the customer? Another manager came and calmed the situation down and asked whated6wanted, a new drink or my money back? I wanted my drink with no ice. The managers got me my drink before I got it they wanted the cup I threw away. I told her the cup it spilled, and I threw it away. The manager said, Whatever, thats when I got mad. I said I would have my husband go back to Circle K and bring the cup to them. As I was leaving, I got my drink,with no ice finally. What a stupid hassle. Never go to Soni again!

Ordered a drink in the app & selected pick up inside (I assumed this meant the drive through). Boy was I wrong. A Slender and sassy man (identified himself as a manager) proceeded to tell me that I needed to pull into a stall to get my drink. They were not busy, and no one was in the drive-through line but me. I asked him if he could just hand me my drink since I was already there and he said no I need to pull in and get the drink. No other sonic in the area has any issues about giving a mobile order through the drive-through. What a jerk!

Im impressed by how clever the person taking orders is. I asked for a combo with and add on of moz sticks. The combo is supposed to come with tator tots ....when my order arrived, and they werent there I was told he just upvharged for the sticks...so I had to order tots separate. By my math he got $3 off me...if hes doing that to every customer I imagine that franchise is banking.

Order to route 44 sweet teas in Drive-thru to only drive to find them unsweetened. So turn around went back advised of the issue they advise be with us in a moment. After 10mins they bring out new tea take old back for us to only take sip that fills our mouth with chunks of sugar as in they just poured like cup sugar in cold tea.
