Been to quite a few Sonics over the years. This visit was definitely one of the best. Parked in a stall and ordered. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh which is not a standard for fast food these days so I was very pleased.

Food was decent, but the service was horrible. After my incorrect order was given to me it took 15 minutes to respond to the call button while watching them stand around on their phones to get the correct order to me.

I visited the Edgefield Rd store this evening and when I arrived home saw a naked peppermint in my tots. So, I went back to the store, pressed the speaker button and waited and waited. I finally flagged down a car hop and asked to speak with a manager. A young lady arrived. I showed her the tots and asked for a refund. I was offered no apology whatsoever.

Literally watched 2 cars in front of me get served in the drive thru. Someone came on the mic and then cut out, and I was left sitting at the screen for like +10 minutes without someone even just being like "give me one minute". Said hello multiple times and got no response. Terrible service.

I got a meal from here 5/31 around 10pm. The burger was horrible!! Not sure if the meat was old but something was off. I had one bite of the burger and trash it!! Wasted money on something i couldn't eat.

Absolutely terrible. I've had multiple bad experiences here one of which involved an hour and 20 min wait til I finally went in and the food had been sittin under a heat light the whole time. Just the other day I ordered 6 breakfast burritos and 2 classic crispy chicken sandwiches and got home to find they weren't in the bag. Went back and they said they gonna cook fresh chicken so I waited yet ANOTHER 15 minutes just to get home and find LITERALLY a chicken patty and bread. No tomato, no lettuce, no mayonnaise, just dry chicken on bread. 48 dollars and all the run around to end up with THIS !

Our waiter was cool. My boyfriend and I picked at them and we made him laugh till us side hurt. Wish all our waiter/waitress were like him. He is was so accommodating.

I am so pissed! I live 20 minutes away from my closest sonic! I ordered 4- #7s chilli cheese coney dogs. 1 with ketchup, the other 3 with mustard & onions all with a large cherrylimaide. None of them have chili or cheese on them! The store refuses to answer the phone & the mailbox is full. I paid $43 for a completely incorrect order! This was far too much money & too far away for this to happen! I want my money back! This is not what I paid for! And they didnt give me a receipt! Angry doesnt begin to describe how I feel right now!

started cleaning ice cream machine and closed all milkshake/ dairy product sales an hour & 20 minutes before closing time. sat at the drive thru menu for nearly 5 minutes before even receiving a greeting or service. rude customer service.

Had problems with this place since they first open up long , long time ago. From the malfunctioning speakers, bad kiosks, to rude employees, burger pattys cut in half in a whole sandwich. But this was the last straw. I dont know who the manager is at this particular location but they me refused me service for the past 2 weeks I pulled up at the kiosk/ drive thru ( one to many days when they werent busy) . Any customer shouldnt be ignored, or have to wait 15- 30 minutes to order food , while other customers pulled in 5 minutes after I arrived order their food and left 2 minutes after ordering. Maybe Ill wait another 10 years to eat at this place again, or not!

They have stopped serving grilled chicken sandwiches. Way too run off your customers who want to at least feel slightly healthy after ordering your food. I pressed the order button and it was radio silence for over five minutes. My time is actually important Sonic... Left without ordering, and went to Zazbys.. who has grilled chicken sandwiches! And had fast and good service.. take notes!

Don t ever write reviews; however, this place has gotten ridiculous. This use to be a halfway decent location, at one time, but not anymore! I ve stopped by on several occasions attempting to keep in mind possible low staff, possible crowds, and broken kiosks. However customers are left to sit with no service for long periods of time, if any at all. I understand being busy, but at least get on the intercom and at least let the customer know that you ll be with them shortly . Or if a kiosk is out of order, put a sign on it, or walk out and let the customer know, so that they can move to another spot. But no, the employees just stare at you, and keep on walking with no communication.

Myself and my fiance experienced a mind blown experience at Sonic, today. When we got to the pickup window, the young lady informed us that she had NO change in her cash drawer!!! Luckily she only shorted us .71cents. Imagine how it would have went, if she owed us $5 or more..... .

This location is absolute trash. I kept coming back, giving them another chance. However, no more. The service is absolutely awful, many of the screens are either broken or malfunctioning, the drinks are terrible, especially the slushes...they hardly have any flavor. So it is like drinking frozen water with a hint of whatever flavor you ordered. I order ahead and always tip, and servers come out sour face, wont even greet or anything, just rude as all get out. Then Im mad I even tipped ahead of time. Finally, top it all off with a nasty bland slushie. Now I understand why all the low ratings at this location. My advice, take your money some place else with better service, food, and drinks.

I decided to go thru the drive-thru because the car closest to me where I parked to order had children playing with something that sounded like something percussive, reminding me of some type of small caliber gun. It was a bit unnerving. But the basic, 1/4 cheeseburger was delicious. I havent had any hamburgers in a long time so it was especially satisfying.

I did not send it back or have it remade simple because I dont trust the employees not to mess with my food since you cant see them preparing it. To be honest, I was terribly dissatisfied. First, I arrived at a stall at 4:00 pm, pressed the red button. After waiting for at least 10 minutes the screen went blank. I pushed the button again, waited another 8 minutes, no answer again so I went to another stall on the other side thinking the screen was inoperable. I went to stall #20 pressed the red button for service. This was approximately 4:15 pm by then. It was not busy. Im still waiting, no one answers to take my order again. I decided to go to the drive thru. I selected a.#10 which was a crispy chicken sandwich. I know because I asked for no tomato and light mayonnaise. I also mentioned about the problem I had to the person at the drive thru over speaker I had been waiting over ten minutes time at the stalls and no one ever came. Her response was simply just Oh, sorry about that. When I pulled up to the window to pay I was given my drink, at 4:27 according to my receipt. I waited again until 4:34. An entire 30 minutes to get fast food. Also I was given a crispy chicken wrap. I didnt bother trying to go back around because I was starving. I also noticed while I was waiting another patron waiting a long time at the drive thru. I have never had such poor, service in the two years Ive been coming to Sonic. If you have some stalls that were inoperable, recommend signs be put up so people wont sit there wasting their time. I dont know if it was a total disregard for patrons or the girls were spending too much time talking and not paying attention to peoples orders and whos at the stalls trying to order. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for.

I ordered a double bacon cheese burger meal and the gave me a toater bacon cheese burger with onion rings on it. My wife has had several issue with not wanting anything since she had covid. So bc they messed up the order she didnt eat. Thanks all!!!!

Placed a mobile order and drove across town to find out they were closed already. It says open till 11 online and in the app. Update your hours and turn off mobiles when youre closed!

Google shows that they are open till 11 and we show up to order at 10:15. We rudely get told that they are closed before we could even ask why when it shows you are open till 11. If hours have changed need to update it everywhere.

Their food is good sometimes and the staff is ok. I went there a few days ago when they closed at 11pm I arrived at 10:15 and ordered a small meal and i had already paid for it. I sat and waited for nearly 15 minutes only to get a notification that my order was canceled. They new what stall i was in and no one came out to tell me anything. I tried to ask why my order was canceled with the button but the lady who answered was rude and said that they where closed when there were other cars who where ordering. I work in the fast food industry so I understand how stressful it could get but come on man.

Love the breakfast burritos. The only thing is the egg isnt scrambled like in the picture. Its flat and sometimes not a whole egg. Depending on who makes it. For 2.99 sometimes not worth it. Starting to look like McDonalds skinny nothing. If they arent going to look like the picture you need a new picture.

They may have revamped their outside look with fun bright colors, but their staff must of been overlooked in renovation process! I have been coming here for years, I have lived in North Augusta for over 20 years and I have never experienced such poor customer service. Absolute pathetic. I will make the extra drive to Knox Ave just to avoid the horrible staff here.

Wouldve rated negative but doesnt offer that option. Ran by the Edgefield Rd next to Food Lion location on Saturday afternoon. Im lividly angry at the lack of everything, no hustle no customer service no care whatsoever; this staff is the embodiment of paycheck leech. My daughter and I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to have our vehicle skipped. Pulled up to the window to talk to someone; anyone and no one even acknowledged my F150 with me watching staff with headsets on walking back and forth eating. Im glad the staff is fed and they are doing such great business they can pick n choose who to serve.

It took a while to receive our order but it IS Friday of a holiday weekend. They were very busy. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster, a large buffalo wings, tots, and mozzarella sticks... No drinks. Spent $19.00 The burger was huge and all the food was good! A little pricier than wed like but overall, were leaving satisfied customers!

I work down the road from this location. Quality is going down hill. You ask for sweet tea and you get unsweet instead. You can be the only customer there and they will still mess your order up. I think Ill just find somewhere else to pick up lunch.

We came here and they messed up our entire order. The only thing I asked for was my sons hot dog to be fixed the way we ordered it, kids are picky and we re paying for it so rightfully so. This is their hot dog with ketchup, mayo, and cheese. Looks great right this is what we got back after I sent one thing out of an entire wrong order back in.
